Yeah Skip, I agree with what ffmad said. You got to have patience. Our day will come. I have noticed this project is starting to get a lot more respect and attention all throughout the community. You admit the tech is good, so why did you dump so cheap? The volatility is going to be significant in this tiny market. A 20BTC buy pumps the price extraordinarily, and a 20 BTC market sell will dump the price significantly. So when people buy high and sell low, you can guess what happens. How are you going to feel if the price pumps huge one day? Perhaps you bit off more than you can chew for your portfolio. You could lighten your load if the volatility is too painful for you. Maybe try to keep 10K instead 100K, and just sit on the sidelines to see what happens. I see a lot of big things coming in the near future. The marketplace has been having significant progress being made, and designs are supposed to be released to public in the coming days. The Zeuner review is also supposed to be coming. This is the most undervalued coin in this space and its only a matter of time before people catch on. Shadow is a diamond in the rough, and a lot of people have not found the project yet because it is lost in a sea of shitcoins. But awareness is spreading. Our time will come. Very well said. Good initiative but China blocked bitcointalk. Should be good to open the same chinese topic in shadowtalk and to translate all shadow websites to chinese. EDIT: We could approach some chinese exchanges like btc38 and ask them to add SDC. I have good trades history on btc38. I can try to contact them. Ugh, I'd forgotten all about that. I've replicated it over on ShadowTalk. We were planning to do a give-away on 8BTC in order to spread awareness and maybe broaden the community a bit, so wanted a place where people could go for more info. Translating the website's a good idea - thanks. I don't think we have any non-English language options for the new wallet yet either, so we might need to sort that out before any give-away. And please do contact btc38, they might respond better to a request from someone who's traded there previously. Yeah, and we also need to make a more professional website before doing the different translations  Agree the website needs a major rehaul. I brought this up long ago and it still isn't fixed. You can't even read half of the descriptions they are cut off. This is a must fix and it should be done soon. Also anyone else have thoughts on ShadowTorrent? i think with the i2p stuff adding something like that to our roadmap would increase value of SDC. As long as we think our devs could deliver a system like that...similar to what vtorrent hopes to do...would be an amazing addition to an already amazing coin imo. It would also draw many people to SDC core and they would in turn use the marketplace. Imagine that SDC will become something like the modern day Kazaa or Limewire and it cant even be shut down or stopped by anyone or any government. Imagine the press ....imagine how many people are going to want to get there hands on the ShadowCore client ...i can see it now |

Is the dev team working on the issue of SDC>Shadow>Shadow>SDC conversion time rules?
If someone converts SDC to Shadow, sends it to another Shadow address and that person converts it all back into SDC right away, the anonymous nature of Shadow>Shadow wont matter much. Anyone can see on the blockchain that one SDC address was debited by a certain amount and shortly thereafter another SDC address receives an almost identical SDC amount (after the Shadow was converted back into SDC) and thereby "link" the transactions with basic logic. Yes this would not be proof of the transaction because they are not directly connected on the blockchain, but common sense links them quite easily.
One possible fix could be to set minimum (and perhaps random) time limits before a Shadow transaction can be sent after a SDC>Shadow conversion and between the time a Shadow transaction is received before it can be converted back into SDC
Can the dev team comment on this? It seems like an easy way to improve practical anonymity on the network

Holy fuck volume ive been gone for a few days. You guys think SDC can hit .50 within 12 months?
- Sorry for sounding like an asshole about the HTML wallet earlier. However there are too many advantages of being able to put the SDC core on a USB stick and give it to associates of mine and people that work with me. It would make things easier. No HTML. I work for people older than myself that do not understand crypto at all...our uncles. It took along time before they approved us using the darkmarkets and their products. I have to present SDC to them at the correct time and when the time comes i want SDC to be appealing and have the most real world use cases as possible. Right now it has a ton of potential with the non HTML wallet and everything built in...that is the future. This is something many many people who are involved in many things are in desperate need of. I can not tell you how much respect i have for the devs that put this entire thing together. I just want this project to succeed as mush as you all do.
