141  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Investment advice needed from experts on: August 12, 2020, 08:50:16 AM
Don't give me false hope, I need answers, is it a wise move to hold on to a coin that have continuous development but bad value? Or should I dump for other coin? I'm already in a big loss from 3000$ to 400$ presently, the continuous development is why I still hold on. This good or bad ? The project name is (Switch) aka ESH

I believe that the team behind this project is very active. I know youve had quite a loss already but if it were me id hold on for a bit, i heard ESH is jumping unto the gambling business, that might be quite a boost if luck allows.
142  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Never give up on: August 11, 2020, 07:52:14 AM
As a bounty hunter always expect failures sometimes

1. Just because a golden year occurred in the past doesn't mean we will witness such again, yes it's possible but better adapt to present condition.

2. Promoting two to three projects and waiting for your payment doesn't make sense, as a bounty Hunter the sky should be your limit, since we can't tell which project will pay or not I suggest continues hunting.

3. Listed bounties may not pay, it's still same risks as bounty projects that aren't listed on exchange yet, rewards may vary but who am I to tell? I'm not a great seer am I?

4. Scammers takes advantage of Cov-19 alot and many still fall victim upon all the warnings, now we only have few days left till next Bitcoin halving, few new scam projects will surface, keep your eyes sharply opened

Ive taken quite a few projects in the past up to present and i can confirm this to be true. The possibility of landing in a good and paying project after all the hardwork youve given is about similar to the same amount of risk youll be taking when investing your money on some coin. Never give up.
143  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do not be fooled on: August 08, 2020, 11:51:32 PM
Coronavirus is the reason why market is in very bad shape, it will be very stupid to exit because of this while others are making good choice presently, many are already saying it's the end for crypto but the fact is Bitcoin died several times in the past and it's still alive today, do not be fooled by those who don't understand the technology

Someone needs to hear this. People out there are panicking over the corona virus messing up the community and end up panic selling.
144  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The new drama has started in Altcoin on: August 08, 2020, 08:42:07 AM
AS for many days, the crypto market is now in good conduction as compare from the last three to four months. But now a new thing in coming to altcoin, that the prices of all altcoins are fluctuating very badly and not able to stable in a single position for at least an hour. So, what should we do in this dramatic conduction of altcoin?

Isnt the fluctuating prices the norm with these coins? Nothing to be done about it i guess. What i do with these mostly is wait until i feel like its time but i dont sell when its in the middle of a trend of rising up. I try to stray away from the panic.
145  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why lots of people got scam easily on: August 08, 2020, 12:29:16 AM
Things why a person can easily get scammed in crypto-world

1. Greed
2. No knowledge about the project
3. Trust

This are the three main reason why they get easily scam
Greed, because there are a lot of promise by the campaign and the developer we easily believe that its true
investing a lot of money in the project that is garbage.
No knowledge also is the second reason because of the trend they just go and invest without any knowledge of the said project
Trust because they trust the people in the project which sometimes pretends that the person is a member of the project
they can easily decieved that once they invest , they will soon find out that the person is just impersonating , and not really
what all expected.

Id like to add fear of losing investments. There are scammers who will message you saying your account is unsafe or there is a new exchange being used in your current project posing as the admin of the project. You forget to check if his really who he says he is since your preoccupied with the thought of losing 90% of assets. And so you hand him your coins.

The scenario seems dumb. But someone i know fell for that.
146  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: what new coins are promising? on: August 07, 2020, 10:11:49 AM

147  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do i get scammed? he want my encrypted wallet hash? on: August 07, 2020, 03:50:43 AM

you try to make a new signature on a transaction and it may not work causing it to be lost forever
[17:15]
which is why as I said I advise you not to move anything just yet
[17:15]
we're in the early stages of investigating this issue
[17:15]
can you get to your computer now?

Jeff Kirdeikisheute um 17:16 Uhr
there's around 90% chance that you'll lose coins
[17:16]
don't say I didn't warn you.

Definitely a scam. No operator or admin will ever say things like that. Just ignore it. A friend of mine fell for that, she lost atleast a 100k of tokens.
148  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What exactly does a good project needs. on: August 06, 2020, 11:20:02 AM
Some devs are good with project, but lacks community, While Some dev lacks good project, but their community noise can drive price to heights beyond a good project with lack of community can attain.

And if you will agree with me many solid project have gone below radar because of that while many over hyped projects are being shilled endlessly.

An example is the dynamite  with several hypes and wins community vote almost everywhere, getting listed in several  exchange, yet, no product, nothing just a lame project.

The question is, would these undervalued, poor dev projects ever compensate investors in terms of returns on investment?
I hope to learn further more below.

For me a good project needs a stable, thorough, attainable goal or goals and a supportive following. Its crucial to have a following that believes in the project, your following can be the very people that would market you, and what better way to keep a following but to provide them a solid platform.
149  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: New normal world will make crypto better on: August 06, 2020, 03:05:56 AM
Popular Cryptos are doing better than traditional investment. Whole crypto market is doing improvement during covid pandemic where traditional businesses are suffering a lot. So large companies, banks found crypto as better field of investment and thereby most of the giants have separate arms to handle crypto assets. They are adding cryptos mainly btc, eth, defi into investment portfolio. Good days are coming if we survive through Covid19

Atleast something good came out of this pandemic. Its hard to look at the bright side anymore considering all of the business economy is striving hard to get back on their feet specially the small businesses, cant help but feel sad for them.
150  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Huobi launches DeFi incubator, sets aside ‘tens of millions of dollars’ on: August 05, 2020, 08:37:29 AM
Let's hope they will create some new good project, and will not copy existing ones. I am sure the defi technology still has potential.
Much better if they will not create another some project that needs ICO/IEO or any offering and will make another coin.
But this DeFi project by Huobi is different and unique, especially DeFi is starting to become popular.
Let's hope this will become successful for the sake of DeFi technology and innovation too in cryptocurrency. This may be new for some people.

Hey you seem to know a lot about this Huobi project saying its different and unique, can you hook me up on this projects telegram, id like to know more about this. Thanks
151  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Whats your thought about New projects? on: August 05, 2020, 06:01:03 AM
If you visit some crypto forum you will see so many upcoming cryptocurrency projects coming into the industry but sometimes I begin to wonder what is their purpose of bringing in New crypto project knowing well that some of them have wrong motion of the project they are bringing, I have participated in so many of them last year but I have not hear from them again some are abandoned on the proccess with a lot of promises they come with just to gain your interest. What do you think?

These new projects are popping up like crazy. Its like there's a new project everyday, some show off quite a good a platform and honestly i might get swayed by some if i had disposable money at the moment. Guess youll just have to research on projects that caught your eye more, its hard to research all of them.
152  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Cardano to reach 1$ before end of year? on: August 04, 2020, 02:04:55 PM
Not necessarly asking if it WILL happen but do you think it can realistically happen?

I think it will achieve the 1 dollar per coin eventually but i dont think it will be by the end of this year. Tho it is rising up, maybe a 10% possibility of reaching a dollar before 2021.
153  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What was the first-ever ICO you’ve invested? on: August 04, 2020, 01:09:24 PM
My first ICO was Polybius (PLBT) had little knowledge about ICO that moment, it was not a good investment at all but I got even. There were so many project that time but I was hyped by my friend to invest into that project.
154  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you fear the president of your country, one day, making Crypto illegal ? on: August 04, 2020, 09:37:43 AM

What if, for example - like after that twitter hack - the President wakes up (in a bad mood) and decides with an executive order to make all crypto illegal in the USA?

Of course this probably will never happen in today's world, as the there is big money is invested into crypto currencies; but do you ever think that it is even remotely possible...

Or the next elected president is so "old school" and decides that crypto needs to go?

I don't mean only America, what about in your country; do think that a future ban on crypto currencies is ever possible in your country?

I dont think this will ever happen where im from. Theres little to no knowledge about crypto even with our normal citizens, the possibility that the president will even consider this is minimal.
155  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: top 6 cryptocurrency , Invest in 2020 on: August 04, 2020, 06:28:20 AM
Cryptocurrency has changed the way people make investments. In the past few years, the number of people investing in and trading digital money has drastically increased, and so is everyone’s interest in this new kind of money that promises secure and transparent P2P transactions.

But, before you invest in cryptocurrencies, you should know that the crypto market is still very volatile, as the demand-supply scale is hardly in balance and most of the governments around the world still seem reluctant to accept them as an authentic form of currency.

But, that doesn’t mean that you should not invest in this market. On the contrary, crypto investments have yielded some of the biggest returns in the last few years, and the trend is only going to get better in the coming year, if the statistics are to be believed.

If you are planning to invest in crypto this year, here are the top 6 high-potential cryptocurrencies you should look into.

Titan Coin
Titan coin is a digital payment currency that aims to make global digital money transfer easy, secure and affordable for everyone. With titan coin, you can make instant digital payments, no matter where you’re in the world.

Titan is an asset coin, which you can trade in exchange for other cryptocurrencies as well as products/services with certain merchants. One of the best things about titan coin is the presence of extensive use cases in the form of a number of titan projects or applications, which makes it one of the best coins to invest in now.

Bitcoin
Bitcoin is certainly one of the best coins you can invest in today and ever. It’s the market leader in cryptocurrencies and also the one with the highest market cap. However, one thing you should know about bitcoin is that the coin price is very unstable and may change abruptly anytime, as you can see the past three-year records.

If you invest in bitcoin, invest only what you can afford to set aside for a considerable period of time.

ETH
Ethereum was the first coin that introduced the public blockchain with the concept of DApp (decentralized applications), i.e. the apps that can be developed on the blockchain technology. The primary difference between Bitcoin and ETH is the variety of applications or use cases. Having a large number of use cases and ever-increasing demand, ETH is certainly one of the best BTC alternatives to invest.

Litecoin
Litecoin, or LTC, is another popular cryptocurrency that is slowly but steadily making its way to the list of the top digital currencies of all time. LTC has a high potential to grow, as we have seen in recent years. It’s also backed by multiple use cases in the form of digital, peer-to-peer money transfer. The best benefit of investing in Litecoin is that it’s cheaper than BTC or ETH, and you can buy a lot for a little price.

Ripple
Ripple, or XRP, is a “digital asset built for global payments,” which, same as most other cryptocurrencies, operate on the blockchain technologies. It provides a means for fast, low-cost global payments via its peer-to-peer blockchain. One of the best things about the Ripple coin is the ability to source instant liquidity, even in hard-to-reach markets. Ripple is one of the lowest price cryptocurrencies in our list and certainly a fair place to put your investments this year

Tether
Priced at $1 at the time of writing this article, Tether is one of the fastest growing cryptocurrencies of our time. The thing that makes Tether different from other cryptocurrencies in this list is its unique concept of bridging the gap between digital and fiat currencies by providing a means for converting cash into digital money for holding (tethering) its value.

Invest in the cryptocurrency for the huge potential it holds to continue to grow in 2020 and beyond.

As you may have noticed, most of the cryptocurrencies we mentioned here are digital payment currencies, because such currencies are high in demand and may have great future applications, depending on features.

I see youve included the Titan coin in your list. I cant help but think its in a different league than the others. Ive never really put the titan coin in the list of coins id consider but ill be sure to check it out.

There are a lot of new projects that are really like this. They provide you with some solid platforms and ideas and some just dont push through. Its hard to find projects that stay true to their objectives, i guess its just a part of the whole investing process.
157  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why are you still hodling that shitcoin? on: August 03, 2020, 11:08:36 AM
There are some tokens in my ethereum wallet that have lost value to the extent I don't think they can ever recover even if the bull market starts tomorrow due to the level of competition in the altcoin market. I also bought some coins but can't remember the password or name of exchange i bought them on (thinking it was cryptopia) I didn't bother transferring it off the exchange and most of them were bought around 1satoshi.

Back to my ethereum wallet, each time I see those worthless token I just laugh and continue with what I login my wallet to do. If you ask me why I'm still holding does tokens in my wallet I can't give a reply. Why are you still holding those shitcoins sorry altcoin

I hold unto some of mine because why not really. I think we all fell for that shitcoin hype back in 2017, maybe for the memories or we couldnt be bothered to get rid of them.
158  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Always consider and be a wise investor! on: August 03, 2020, 07:51:39 AM
as a project investor you must be wiser before investing in a project and will never open your wallet for any project without thinking about it 10 times or even 20 times. At that time or precisely in 2017, almost all ICOs were seen as potentially profitable companies and people assumed that there would never be an end to the boom that occurred in the entire cryptocurrency market. And then reality struck.

Today, the landscape has changed a lot and those who are burning leave the market completely or they continue but with a different mindset emerging from an unforgettable and sometimes regrettable experience. Investors demand more information and they want to be given real facts only because of the inclusion of the IEO project in a leading exchange. In 2019, it might be rather difficult to distinguish trends in knowing which types of projects might be a big success because there are many factors that need to be considered, but we hope that above all investors are more mature, more demanding and more discriminatory. Once again consider before investing in a project and don't give bait to the scamers out there!

This is what i keep telling my friends who are just considering getting into the investing business. Nothing's for certain but we can atleast lessen the chances of wasting our time, money and effort if we conduct the sufficient amount of research before investing in "promising" projects.
159  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you believe in Ripple? on: August 03, 2020, 04:24:18 AM
Hello guys, what do you think about ripple? I think it’s a centralized shit which is interesting only for banks and so on. However it is growing and people still believe in it.  why?

I'm actually keeping my eye on ripple for quite some time now. I got some a few months ago it was just given to me. Seeing it grow somehow feels more satisfying since if it does go down, i didnt really invest money on it.
160  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto predictions on: August 02, 2020, 02:36:07 AM
Hey

Where do you go and check for cryptocurrency predictions? Besides trading view of course.

i can't seem to find other good pages..

Hey friend, i wouldnt really count on those predictions if i were you. I think theyre just all speculations also we dont know what happens behind those curtains, for what we know maybe theyre in on those scams. This crypto thing made me quite paranoid.
