141  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Announcement - ASIC mining processor by Butterfly Labs on: April 08, 2013, 06:18:49 PM
Would it be possible to get a new shipping estimate from an official BFL employee?

I didn't find up to date information on the BFL website.

Asking on the official BFL forums, I only got trolled & ridiculed, no valuable information was given to me.

I wonder why.

They say in April.

Your price is too high. There are people like me who have ordered earlier than you and are willing to sell for 60BTC.

I can confirm that they actually have a real company registered in Sweden. Very nice! I guess we will finally have good options for EU customers.

I find it very funny that the page about delivery does not exist.

I would also like to know a little bit more about your company. I assume it's registered in Sweden? Names of the people behind the company?
146  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Tracking Update On PrimeAsic on: April 07, 2013, 07:18:26 AM
Unbelievable. There has been over 30 pages of discussion about primeasic being pure scam and a really bad one. Yet they manage to get bitcoins. No wonder new sites pop up everyday.
147  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: New PrimeAsic Demonstrating The Miner They Sell on: April 03, 2013, 09:53:46 AM
I will pay 3BTC for supervised 2 minute remote control session. I just want to see it hashing.

So is it only declared a finished product once they meet the power target? Are people who have already been waiting 9 months for the product supposed to sit and watch people who ordered after them mine with these "beta"s while waiting for the proper product.

THEY set the goal, They set the consequences for missing the goal, at this point it seems entirely likely they are going to miss the goal. Why should they not face the consequence they set?

Everyone has had 9 months to cancel their order and ask for a refund. BFL never stated which product should be 1.1W max per gigahash. I sincerely hope that BFL doesn't give ANY money away, even if they fail miserably with the power consumption. That requirement could be for a 3rd gen. BFL ASIC.

Just let trolls complain. Nobody else cares.

Waiting for your response frizz or smoothie...
151  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: BFL batch 1 & 2 customers: Do you really wanna have a ticking time bomb? on: March 30, 2013, 01:13:15 PM
Haha, you guys are just two fucking losers. No matter what BFL does, there will be a new thread full of shit with you two assholes running your mouths.

152  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Does anybody recognize the hardware that scammer PrimeAsic used in their pics? on: March 29, 2013, 03:26:02 PM
Last units available. Lol, what a joke.

One terahash for me. Thank you.
154  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: The latest Avalon announcement in China(Translated). Batch #3, price and more. on: March 20, 2013, 07:38:45 PM

I really wish the BTC to crash hard just after Avalon starts taking order. We shall see what happens to their BTC 88 - 115 payment plan. Greedy bastards.

How are they any more greedy than miners?  Based on this thread, miners themselves have no confidence in BTC and view it only as a means to earn USD.

Bwahahaha, this the exact reason why I don't respect some of my potential customers, I don't even want money from these people. In afterthought, after raising the price it must stopped a lot people were purchasing because how brainless the profit was, now there is some math and faith involved.

Explains the communication regarding batch 1 shipping.

I used to heat my whole house with mining rigs this and last winter. I had at least one in every room and rest of them in the balcony. It actually got so warm every day that I had to open all the doors and windows for cooling the place down. Average temp during the winter is/was about -10C I think.

158  Other / CPU/GPU Bitcoin mining hardware / Re: I need advice from a miner on: March 14, 2013, 06:42:07 PM
I have about 5BTC right now to purchase a piece of mining hardware. I would like an fpga, so if you can could you advise me on what to buy and where?

Thank you Smiley
-battmann

Do not buy any FPGAs. Where did you even get that idea? ASICs are right around the corner. There are actually several ASICs mining already. My advice is to wait or look for a second hand ASIC when someone is selling them. The price will be very high though.

Typical FPGA with 4x spartan chips gives you about 800-900MH/s and consumes 40W. You might get it with 5BTC but don't count on it.

ASIC are 30x faster. Price and power consumption are the same. Only problem is that you won't get your ASIC in a few months if you order now.

159  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: PrimeAsic - 80 Ghash/sec Asic Miner on: March 10, 2013, 09:37:08 AM
Common dude, BFL make this game of preorders since their FPGA era - 2011. As far as i know they didnt deliver any FPGA, even the existence of that prototype is not clear.

You are beyond silly. I personally have many BFL FPGA Singles mining right now. Hundreds of people have FGPA singles. No one doubts their existence.

Can you post a picture for me, I read a couple of threads that ended before BFL ship any FPGA single.

You have got to be kidding. I even have them here in Europe. BFL is a legit company that has manufactured tons of FPGAs which are now in the hands of customers. I don't mean to be rude but you should definitely read more threads.

There should be one named "pictures of your fpga rigs" which is full of pics of BFL FPGAs
160  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: PrimeAsic - 80 Ghash/sec Asic Miner on: March 09, 2013, 09:01:29 PM
I'm pretty sure only one at this point. He used Paypal and counts on buyer's protection (I wouldn't). Everyone else is making orders and hoping that this is legit.
That was me. But I already posted that I canceled my order via email and got my money back already.

What? PrimeAsic sent your money back? Or was the transaction somehow canceled?
