I think u didn't read the whole thread.If u have ever used uber u would know using a referral code isnt illegal because uber itself sells code for marketing.Regarding ban evasion that pretty lame to blame the whole thing because being a new member certain rules I didnt follow,bcoz I knew but Mods are well aware of how the forum works.How they can independantly ban someone for no reason at all.Sorry or the strong hold here but I have equal right to appeal as any other member of this forum.The message is straight : If I wasn't banned at all I wouldn't have created a new account.If I'm not unbanned I would simply leave the forum for good and ascertain how monopoly rules this forum.

But you sold accounts to uber yes? Can you prove these accounts used a legal source? You can name off possibilities, but unless you prove they were done with a legal way it is assumed cracked sadly due to people who were selling cracked codes. Most logical people think your method was cracked accounts. If were from codes they sold from marketing show emails, logs, proof it was legal. Ban evasion is far from lame. It shows you think your above the law, and cannot follow rules. You knew the risks and went for it.... so you will get no tears over being banned for evasion. The fact you still think you were banned for no reason shows you have not learned, which is the goal of a ban. It does not say free rides up to X amount... so it would make most lean twords carding or cracked accounts. But you will need to show accounts you tried to sell and show info within them using that method to prove you did nothing illegal. This is due to you already being banned for it (possibly among other things). And even if you get it proved you did use that method which most would see as unlikely. You have the ban evasion. So it's pretty much a losing battle with so many strikes against you. But best of luck that is between you and people far above me. Stop guessing! The concerned usernames are rslsrkr and Ubercode.Both of them have similar service rather same service.
It was the case that I've remembered. I can't tell you why rslsrkr was banned (I don't know), but I'm the one who nuked Ubercode due to ban evasion. If one is banned, they are only allowed to create a thread about their ban in Meta (from another account). Posting somewhere else results in a permanent ban. Alright! So what now,both of them are banned forever or the ban can be appealed? And regarding this particular service,I have a future perspective of starting the same service,can I or that might result into a ban too? IIRC "your friend" might be the person that was banned and tried to sell the same uber stuff from a new account. There was one case that I remember. However, if you want an exact answer you would need to provide us with usernames.

Public distribution on sites where you are a contributor but not the primary content owner (e.g., Wikipedia, coupon websites) is not allowed. It is illegal against Uber terms, but, AFAIK, this forum does not enforce terms of service. In many countries, terms of service are not legally binding. Traders can figure out their own legal risks. The forum will not enforce terms of service.

In my case, I tried to setup escrow with a few recommended individuals but they weren't accepting/replying fast enough. The op contacted coaltin. By the time someone I contacted replied, the deal was already underway.
First transaction was amazing and a great deal. The OP came through and I was very satisfied with the transaction. Saved me a lot of money taking a trip to Chicago.
Second transaction I contacted them both again to initiate. OP didn't reply at all ever but escrow person replied with identical directions to the first experience implying that he had been in communication with OP. I fear the worst as both are continuing to check in to this site but neither providing any support in this thread anymore. I was very hopeful this would work out differently and I've never given negative trust to anyone yet but I'm giving them 24 hours to deliver or refund before I neg both of them.

It's good to see that corporate like Disney is hiring a blockchain expert. But in the job description, it is nowhere written that they need a developer. They just need someone who knows a bit of PHP programming and have good experience in wordpress.
