Super performing race again from Marquez,got past Bagnaia the last lap,he just needed just a couple of more laps again and would have taken out Martin too.Martin was making quite so many small errors and it was clear that he was very nervous during the last laps of the race.Marquez quite the opposite,brilliant riding without a single error and he took out the World Champion so easily in a track such technical,I understand him,he is getting as many points as he can as wins will come but when they come he needs to be in a good position and although he said he is not fighting for the Championship he is third now I think in the rankings,so he just needs to be patient.He had that Di Gianluiggi slowing him down otherwise I think he would have won this race.

Marquez finished 2nd yesterday although he started from the 13th, can he do the same or better today or he will fail to compete for the podium today?
Pecco failed to finish yesterday in the sprint race and I think he will do all his best today so he will not lose more points.

Earlier this morning I was going to work in a bus I over heard, some one complaining very badly that if the government tries to put an end to gambling. I really feel like Mclaren is the only team in the grid who when they said "we are gonna bring some updates" is true and that upgrades are really efective, because foe example he heard in this past raceweek Mercedes saying something like, " we come with big upgrades bla bla bla" and the car still like the same or the improve is really little, and Ferrari in other examples is like they upgrade but is never cutting the gap or cut by miliseconds.

Ferrari are expected to get nearly half a second faster in the Imola Grand Prix. I agree with you on another point. Sometimes these upgrades don't exactly give what is expected. That is because the other rivals also close the gap by making some improvements. We will see how it goes this time. I will try to watch Ferrari in practice sessions to see if there is really a change. Most likely they won't show their true upgrades in the practice as the driver concentration is not 100% in practice sessions yet it can be spotted if these upgrades have worked well or not,a glimpse of added performance can be spotted also in the practice sessions.Finally for the races we are getting back in Europe where surprise results are bound to happen and I think we already started them before coming to Europe during Miami race.There McLaren won so if in Imola Ferrari happens to win this means the 2024 season is going to be a great one to watch once again yet I don't think Redbull would be staying doing nothing and just watching other cars get better,I am sure they have their package upgrades too. |

Aston Villa what a disgrace to England football are you.I find it very difficult to believe that teams from England are having difficulties to beat teams from Greece as even Brighton screwed up in the group stage against AEK Athens or PAOK,don't remember who they played against and surely the quality of the Premier League is better than Greece Superleague.I think that Aston Villa does not deserve at all that position they are holding in the Premier League that will see them coming back and playing next season too,I think someone needs to implement a new rule that teams that play and lose against much weaker team in European competitions to be ban to play for 2 consecutive seasons in that competition again,let's see if strong teams will lose games again,NOT going to happen if they do that but they don't as corruption and money rules everything even football.

I think he won't be retiring, he debuted for Spain last year aged 33 and already has 10 caps and 5 goals.
He'll surely be a part of the EURO team and I would not be surprised if he'll want a World Cup experience as well.
I think he plays for a few more years - he's that type of player that won't lose much with age. He's not a pacey dribbler - most of his quality comes from positional experience that he increased with age.
I also think that definitely he will get a call in the Euro especially if Real win the Champions League.Nowadays the age is not that determining factor as it was many years ago and it is also based on what a player does mostly in the field.For the World Cup I would wait to see how he plays and how Spain does in the Euros before jumping to conclusions,as if Spain does not win or goes near the final in the Euros most likely he won't be that motivated to participate in the World Cup but if Spain plays so well and wins the Euro or goes very near achieving it then most likely he would love to give another go at the World Cup. |
