We have news about handling of the upcoming fork. In short we will handle it the same way all big players will handle it. If you want to receive BCC please use a wallet where you own the private key so you can access the BCC.
Contingency plan for Bitcoin Cash – UAHF

In the light of recent events surrounding Segwit2x and the Bitcoin Cash (BCC) hard fork, several industry leaders have decided to take precautions by halting trades, deposits and withdrawals to ensure that the users funds remain safe.
In order to comply with the current security standards, applied by leading Bitcoin services, we will temporary halt our service to ensure that your balances remain safe at all times.
Our services will come to a temporary halt on Monday the 31st of July. Starting with all Bitcoin deposits and withdrawals and later, at midnight, the buying and selling option of all other digital currencies will also be interrupted. It’s important to highlight, that except for Bitcoin, you will be able to continually deposit and withdraw all digital currencies via our platform.
If you wish to hold Bitcoin and Bitcoin Cash, you need to withdraw your Bitcoins from your bitpanda wallet before 01:00 pm CET July 31, 2017. If you are not interested in Bitcoin Cash, no further action is required.
What is the Bitcoin Cash (BCC) hard fork?
Bitmain, the largest mining pool and manufacturer of mining equipment, previously announced, that if BIP 148, a user-activated soft fork (UASF), should be activated, they will separate the Bitcoin Blockchain through a hard fork. This action would consequently create a whole new currency.
This new currency, Bitcoin Cash, would only be created if the BIP proposition saw the light of day, a prospect that was shut down by the activation of BIP91 (SegWit2X). However, ViaBTC, another major mining pool and trading platform, announced their regardless intentions to activate the hard fork. This means that Bitcoin Cash will probably become a reality on August 1st, and become its own currency, separate from the Bitcoin Blockchain. Bitcoin Cash is not a new or second Bitcoin, it will become just another altcoin in the industry.
Our opinion towards BCC
Given the nature of the user-activated hard fork (UAHF), a blockchain split is bound to happen.
Same as all industry leaders, we do not support the contentious hard fork attempts and hence won’t credit you with BCC coins according to your Bitcoin balance. In the future, it may be possible, that we add BCC as a trading pair, although this is yet to be decided.
Although we do not support the UAHF measure, we are happy to be here to guide and protect our community through this essential moment in Bitcoin’s history.

ich wohne in der nähe der österreichischen grenze und wollte mir mal so einen 500€ to go gutschein kaufen wenn ich im winter wieder skifahren bin, aber das scheint nicht zu gehen. ihr habt oben geschrieben dass man nur eine email-addresse braucht um gutscheine einlösen zu können, aber laut euren acccount verification levels hat man mit nur einer verifizierten email addy 0€ kauflimit und selbst mit ner hinterlegten mobilfunknummer nur 50€, dh ich muss so oder so euer webcamverfahren durchlaufen.
Das ist richtig. Die Kauflimits gelten für Coinkäufe aber nicht für togo. Wenn du auch noch über andere Kanäle Coins kaufen willst, z.B. per SEPA oder Neteller dann gelten die Verifikationslimits die du beschreibst. in eurer faq steht, dass da dann irgend so ne firma für euch meine identität feststellt und meinen passport (!!!) checkt, aber ich will doch gerade das vermeiden dass ich meinen ausweis im internet irgend einer firma zu der ich nichts weiss so zeigen muss dass die den abfotographieren und wer weiss was für schindluder damit treiben können. das muss ja auch nichtmal in böser absicht geschehen, kann ja irgend ein russe der weiss was diese firma macht versuchen die server der firma zu hacken und mitzuschneiden. ich will übers internet meinen ausweis nicht mal meiner bank schicken müssen.

Man kann 500€ Bons kaufen, und ihr schreibt dass nur eine E-Mail-Anmeldung erforderlich ist.
Frage 1.) diese Coins kann ich mir dann auf eine eigene Adresse weitersenden, ohne dass mehr Daten von mir verlangt werden?
Du kannst die über Bons gekaufen Coins an deine eigene Adresse weitersenden ohne dass du mehr Daten als deine Email angeben musst. Frage 2.) wie ist das Limit, für Bons, ich meine man kann ja 10 + 500€ kaufen und einlösen.
Du kannst so viele Bons kaufen wie du möchtest. Im Grunde möchte ich wissen, ob man später wenn man sich seine Coins zu einer eigenen Adresse weitersendet (die man selber mit dem Private-Key kontrollieren kann), auf einmal doch mehr Daten verlangt werden? Mich wundert außerdem dass es bei euch nirgends Informationen dazu gibt. Wenn es um Vermögen geht sollte man eigentlich ausführlich darüber informieren, das erwarte ich eigentlich von einem seriösen Unternehmen! Es soll nicht heißen dass ich euch als unseriös ansehe. Denn ich finde es generell ein Unding wenn Betreiber nicht konsequent ihre Muttersprache anbieten können.
Es gibt Menschen die Englisch noch immer nicht in Perfektion können! Besonders Ältere Menschen! Ein paar davon haben auch einiges übrig um zu Investieren

Die Tickets haben in den letzten Tagen bereits Antworten erhalten. Wir möchten Dinge die die persönlichen Accounts von Usern betreffen nicht öffentlich behandeln. - 5.) in euren Datenschutzbestimmungen steht u.A. nichts über die Videoverifikation, ihr wisst aber schon dass Unternehmen ihren Kunden mitteilen MÜSSEN welche Daten sie sammeln, was damit gemacht wird, und wem die Daten noch weitergegeben werden. Mit den Videoverifikationen ist ein komplett FREMDES Unternehmen betraut, die meisten wissen nicht dass ihr damit einem "anderen Unternehmen" die Daten weitergebt, das ist höchst bedenklich, da man darüber nicht transparent informiert wird
Wir geben keine Userdaten weiter. Die an der Verifikation beteiligten Unternehmen unterliegen natürlich alle auch den geltenden gesetzlichen Bestimmungen was den Datenschutz angeht. Ich zB. würde mich gerne bei euch Anmelden, habe aber aus Sicherheitsgründen keine Webcam, und werde auch nie eine benutzen.
Leider bieten wir die volle Verifikation nur über Webcamdienste an. ICH möchte immer wissen (ich vermute dass es noch andere Menschen gibt denen ihre Privatsphäre wichtig ist), - was mit meinen Daten passiert
- wer diese bekommt
- wie sicher die verwahrt werden (zb. bei Hacks)
Für dass ist eigentlich die Verpflichtung gedacht dass Unternehmen darüber informieren MÜSSEN, wie persönlich Daten behandelt werden. Bietet ihr für Menschen die sehr auf Sicherheit bedacht sind auch eine Möglichkeit der geschäftlichen Verbindung an, zB. direkte Verifikation in euren Büro´s? So etwas können wir leider nicht anbieten. Eure Tageslimits Bei Gold-Verifikation, solltet ihr auch mal überdenken, oder kann man das Individuell verhandeln, wenn man mehr braucht?
Bitte sende uns ein Ticket dahingehend und teile uns mit welche Limits du benötigst. Ich hätte noch mehr Fragen, kann man eine Telefonnummer bekommen?

There was some problem with the exact name of my bitpanda account and bankaccount (it also mentions my wife's name).
They asked me for a photo of my ID + bankcard, which I send some days ago.
But still I have not received my bitcoins!
this is not fast and reliable, please look into this.

Hello, yesterday I opened an account on bitpanda and made the full verification via webcam.
After that I deposited some money to buy BTC.
Now I wanted to send the BTC to a wallet on bittrex but I always get the following error message:
"Your wallet transaction couldn't be confirmed. The reason for this could be a negative balance."
I have a balance on both wallets. The error message is really making me feel uncomfortable, "could be"... But if its not, what is it then? Perhaps also a case for the UX designers at bitpanda. A lot of unanswered questions arise while navigating through the website. I also made a support ticket in german and english but both are unanswered. Very frustrating experience so far.
Can anybody help out?

You sent the transactions with a very low fee so the bitcoin network did not confirm them yet. Practically the coins are still on the sending address until a transaction confirmed that they were moved. This didn't happen yet. |

Question regarding 'tell a friend' programme. On the website it says: * You receive a 2.50 € bonus* for every referred, Gold verified customer after the initial order.
* Additionally you will receive a lifetime 5% bonus* on the collected service fee, for every order your referred customers fulfil. Then asterisk note says: *Bonus can only be withdrawn as Cryptocoin order. Minimum order is 25€. Can be combined with normal order. Valid: 180 days from issuing date. Are 'lifetime bonuses' limited to 180 days? Or was it meant only for the €2.50 bonus, but if so, why did you put asterisks for both bonuses? Bit confusing. Also, will you be implementing "sell" options for all the supported cryptos other than Bitcoin (ETH, dash, LTC)? You will be paid regularly with the voucher amount. These vouchers have a lifetime of 180 days. You can order with them in a voucher alone order or the voucher will be calculated into a coin buy you do. The lifetime bonus isn't touched by that.
