141  Economy / Speculation / Re: I've learned to trust my gut instinct on: May 04, 2018, 06:29:10 PM
Honestly it's usual to some of the crypto enthusiasts and Im also doing that but not to the point that I will tell anyone what's on my mind.

In my case,  making analyzation + execution + guts and thoughts = strategy.

After all, when dealing in trades or just by simply holding, people need guts to face the risks as no matter how good and well detailed their analyzation is, that can only be applied upon entering the real trading scenario to know the result.

And besides, if the purpose is just to hold then people must don't mind if $10,000 or above price will not reached at end of May because literally it will really happened and we have lots of reasons to stick on that thought.
Theoretically speaking a trader once said if there's a volatility in the market we can make profit and then a lot of speculation have been discovered from researching to analyzing so they can distinguish every possibly profitable zone.

I've learned to trust my gut instinct

in this very volatile market trust in instinct is the same as saying: "today I want to lose my money because I have so much then I will not need it" and you will lose money

We will be seeing $10.000 - $12.000 by the end of may. Trust what your gut's telling you.

So you're making this prediction because your instinct is telling you? I prefer to rely on credible and concrete news, I prefer to see comments from credible analysts, I prefer to do research and some technical analysis and then I buy, but I do not buy because my instinct tells me to buy, because I've done it in the past and lost my bitcoins.
There's nothing wrong for relying in a concrete information about certain prices.
But trusting your instinct is also like trusting yourself and psychologically speaking trusting yourself is a good sign of being independent our amygdala will help us don't lose any fraction of bitcoins.
142  Economy / Speculation / Re: I've learned to trust my gut instinct on: May 04, 2018, 05:25:33 PM
Okay we will not take things for granted sir cyrptnos.  Smiley

The fact that the price of bitcoin increase is somehow very nostalgic it might even spike to the same price last year.
Mostly crypto spammers are getting nothing in return for spreading the word of bitcoin will be 10000$ this month or something similar because they are so busy spamming the community how ironic is that?

145  Economy / Gambling / Re: need help for Provably Fair option for our game on: May 03, 2018, 07:40:14 PM
No I can't write that kind of code it is extremely laborious and I'm not ready to study it now, I'm only familiar with loop and simple function statements.
But the idea is simple to be verifiable (i.e: every players have a different hashes and every outcome of the roll or hit is can be verified using their own hashes) to put it more simple give every players their own unique hashes and every time they roll the encrypted hashes can be decrypt using their own hashes to know the generated roll or hit for the second time to know that the contest is not rigged or something.

146  Economy / Services / Re: [FULL] CasinoRoyale.bet Signature Campaign - Sr./Hero/Legendary Members! on: May 03, 2018, 07:14:16 PM
I hereby declare reflector have the wrong avatar please consider shooting him/her a pm.
Why not you yourself shoot a PM to him before DECLARING here ?

Being friendly will not hurt anyone. Hope you may reply to me like you have already sent... anyway I also have sent him a PM to look at this issue...

@Hhampuz
Sorry for heading up here. I cannot resist myself when some people work for building their reputation by ruining other's instead of giving them chances.
How to say this constructively well I only stated that facts because Hhampuz is the CM and I think reflector will listen to him rather than to anyone such as myself.

@aencarnaci I am not in any aspect building any blocks of reputation here as this is only a community and I do like to help others as far as possibly I could and trust is merely depend on your own discretion even inside job is clearly an issue way back then alternatively building a reputation is nothing as green trusted member could also device a plan to scam someone so I think prevention is better than cure if somehow you misinterpret my wording of that phrase I'm sorry but I am enlightened and can't think of any other way how to said the same freaking thing.

Honestly I didn't pmed him/her being friendly will not hurt anyone you need think twice about that.

This is what concern means.its so few now that someones being concern for the betterment of others..
If i see this by myself i guess i will shoot a pm to the concern ASAP since i think hes not aware of some mistakes, though it's he's obligation being participant to check the thread from timw to time..

Apology for interfering youre campaign Hhampuz just want to express my feeling in same issue.GoodLuck to this campaign Long Live..
The only thing I like in your post is the words Long Live.. Cheesy kidding.
It must be really hard to type what you want to say on a busy day and using mobile phone especially the touch screen one that made your comment look like ASAP. Roll Eyes

I've reached out to him as well, all is good Smiley
Now that is nicely done s/he will pay more attention because s/he received now two message instead of one containing the same context.

Is there a place to sell a virtual currency exchange account in Korea?

The Korea Exchange does not accept foreigners. So I want to sell my account to foreigners. All verification is complete.

https://t.me/BitMex01
You are in the wrong board https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=234.0
if you move your thread to the right board there might be someone in need of your account.
virtual currency exchange account probably someone is interested in that but to not make your hope high I will tell you first that account is really hard to sell unless account is trending.
148  Economy / Gambling / Re: need help for Provably Fair option for our game on: May 03, 2018, 01:36:45 PM
bump still in need

You can try to have a python script or any programming language in which the first person to hit jackpot will win the contest.
I can't write the code but I think it is possible especially if there's a live site for the contest and an announcement will be publicly stated upon hitting the jackpot as for the transparency you didn't rigged the contest just make it verifiable.
149  Other / Meta / Re: banned post for 10 days on: May 03, 2018, 12:45:26 PM
my friend is banned for 10 days post how the solution will go forward? whether the account can be as whole as before or gain negative trust
I've been banned before I reach Full Member rank in which I don't know that shill posting for a certain projects/ICO is against the forum rules I wait for almost 2 weeks if I remember correctly perhaps your friend portrait the same behavior as I had back then and consequently had the same outcome IMO.

I hope your friend didn't spam just to have activity increase.

Wait ten days obviously. You won't get negative trust for being banned unless you already have it.
This^^
150  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: There's a vulnerability found in MEW. on: May 03, 2018, 11:23:54 AM
This kind of problem is not new nowadays and in fact this method is the one used to attack etherdelta that caused great loss to both investor and the exchange site.
Stop spamming guys because of your paid signature please avoid that sort of behavior as it kind of sucks to feed anyone reading this with false information and misleading knowledge.

Your campaign manager could be a good person and pay you with 5 post in a week if s/he considers that your post really contributed something somehow rather than posting a 30 senseless reply.

Even if I don't know what happened to Etherdelta AFAIK just don't get (phished).

Hey etherdelta is the exchange it is not private key secured as I know. I do not know why you are comparing the exchange wallet with the MEW. These both are different variant mate.
I do not find the people using the wifi or on sharing network loosing their fund on MEW wallet. I have more 6 tokens in 2 MEW wallets but I did not get any issue. DNS spoofing is possible but how could accept that they can track your private key or json file.
If DNS changing means you are not on a right URL. If we make correct, we will not get the problem at all.
Wrong the cache of your google chrome or mozilla or whatever browser you are using could be steal and when you browse and log in to etherdelta somehow if I use the cache in your PC I am also log in with your etherdelta accoun in which case I can hurriedly withdraw all your funds.

And even if the withdrawal request goes to your email account I'll just go to that website and if you didn't clean your browsing history chances are indeed you are automatically log in with your gmail/yahoo/ or (any) email you've been using in a months.

152  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Kentucky Derby -May 5th ! Discussion and Picks - Biggest Horse Race of the YEAR on: May 02, 2018, 08:51:40 PM
May 5th is the birthday of my friend but the number 23 is not on the list so I would go for the 21.

Horse Race gambling it might be a new experience to me.
But this year I'm practicing my abstinence to limit my gambling activity perhaps if the game would be organize by one of the escrow I'll put my bet on.
153  Other / Meta / Re: Paying people to post on Bitcointalk on: May 02, 2018, 08:12:44 PM
I think there are way too many of those nowadays... "bounties" merely for posting on a thread and that sort of thing. what can be done about it?

I don't feel like posting links right now, but there are various ones, I even saw ones that pay people to send sMerit to their account.
Sending sMerits to someone with a (bribe) is against forum rules you should never think about joining in this community if your only purpose is earning free money for posting on our forum use bitlanders instead for the comprehensive attention I gave in that site I thought the site is very generous if you have enough followers.

Learning a few things like PGP and BIP structures would really help you established as a decent member not a cryptomaniac that the only desire is to post unsubstantial opinion due to weekly limit to add stake.

P.S I do hope this is your only (account).
154  Other / Meta / Re: Merit is a proof of brain concept on: May 01, 2018, 07:27:53 PM
When the merit system was introduced it really brings so many generic post however one or two quality post could be read sometimes.

I agree with this, but you're asking way too much of the average Jr. Member who only wants to crank out the maximum number of posts for his weekly altcoin bounty.  There are even buiilt-in spellcheckers on a lot of devices that could be used, but the fact is that most members who are only here to earn money could care less about spelling.  It's a major achievement if they even get the grammar correct in one of their typical sentences.  I really don't think they're interested in improving the content of what they write, much less the little things like spelling, punctuation, and the rest of the variables that make the written word beautiful.
You can't blame them if they have an upcoming (monthly) liability henceforth what you wrote really implied that most of the newcomers were just here to earn airdrop money in which case always had been the looped.

It is most likely that a fraction of registered new members is genuinely interested in bitcoin as a general (peer-to-peer) payments not a place where oneself could have an insatiable temptation to create a new account for the sole purpose of ripping this forum off.
155  Economy / Services / Re: The One With One Bitcoin on: May 01, 2018, 03:51:38 PM
I could even open my long unused twitter account with this competition.
One bitcoin with just one tweet sounds good to be true I think I have my very own statement about one certain coin I will be using the #JACKMATE be sure to look with that best altcoin of the year.

Cheers,
156  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: There's a vulnerability found in MEW. on: May 01, 2018, 08:30:05 AM
Easiest solution ever: Download the MEW source code from its GitHub repo (https://github.com/kvhnuke/etherwallet/releases) and always run it locally. No more DNS spoofing!
Wait, I thought MEW still connects to internet even when opened Locally.
You know, to load Tokens balance, create a new Token listing and to broadcast transactions?
Anyway, since it's DNS spoofing, we can easily tell when your MEW are being hijacked when the certificate returns as false Smiley

Technically yes in signing a transaction you do not need an internet connection AFAIK.

Perhaps if you will only check the balance of your ETH.
Why? Can't you do everything in the local version - including creating and broadcasting transactions?

Are you saying that there are limitations?

Yeah I'm only using version on github when I'm signing a transaction, and then change PC to broadcast the transaction.
In my side there is limitations.

According to the other comment from the pos, Google DNS is collecting data that can steal your ethereum.

Well, I stop using mew past few months due to confused how their gas works when sending ethereum to another wallet it's always failed and I tried different gas limit, but same until my ethereum reduces my balance because of a failed transaction.

The only good thing in MEW its supports all tokens compared to other wallets.

I switch to metamask as of now I still did not experience any issue yet when sending ethereum and I use this wallet for receiving mined ethereum and bought tokens from ICO's projects.
Google dns spoofing is false. as long as someone isn't manipulating your router you are good to go every time to make transaction and other stuff.

I have experienced the same fate where all my eth was consumed in a transaction fee that never been sent.

Been using MEW eversince when i do store up erc20 tokens but i havent experienced any issues on setting out gas even though they do make suggestion anytime of 21gwei but still you would able to push out with just 2 gwei on non-inflated network or do have lots of transactions.Lucky for me that everytime that MEW is compromised or do have attacks or issues i havent logged in my MEW accounts which i do avoid those possible loss of tokens.

Reading up on op,i didnt expect another vulnerability by just using up router or wifi connection. How possible? You cant broadcast transaction if connection is absent.
I even do have a different PC when accessing my mew funds luckily I don't even have much to worry about my router connection if it has been jockeyed or what not.

Using a different connection in where you possibly believe that the connection is very secure because it could increase the possibility of your funds being well protected  Roll Eyes

I am also having some tokens on MEW but not in huge amount so hackers might not interested in it,but for the people who are investing largely in tokens to earn money in short term are need to be careful in storing their funds. But as far as I know MEW is bet for tokens if someone want to save only ETH we have so mny multi wallets which can be safe and we can add 2FA to increase the security. But if the fund is large then don't hesitate to spend $100 on buying the hardware wallet which is most secure wallet.
Hardware wallet is good you only have to access the funds in it if necessary or you just have to whether to cash out something or need a financial support better late than sorry IMHO.

The invalid SSL certificate should have been an obvious tip-off not to enter your keys. It's not a fail-safe, as SSL certificates can be faked, but this wasn't the most sophisticated hack.
~snip~
That's what I'm talking about as long as your connection isn't compromised or the website in which you trust didn't jockeyed or something your funds is safer than your life.

Everyday black hat hackers are being ingenious to device something in a particular manner that even your browser couldn't even detect that there was something not right and you just know it when it happens.

I still find metamask toolbar pretty safe compared to MEW for my ETH but its bad that metamask still can't broadcast token's transaction so at end we have to rely on MEW to send tokens out of metamask.

MEW recently got their DNS hacked (as they claim) and many lost their ETH who have accessed site but didn't care about the invalid SSL certificate at the top during the hack.

SSL certificate is there to encrypt your input data like your private key so if their is no SSL on top of the site its better to not put any private data even if the URL is same like before.

Downloading MEW github and signing transaction locally is not that hard but many newbie might end up getting confused with all those things. We are born familiar with easy to navigate user interface in our payment wallet... Wink

It is just being hacked because some ppl always accessing their funds in mew and hackers find a way how to spoof their DNS but in theory DNS spoofing is only available if you have the same router connection or the hacker is well-versed.

157  Economy / Lending / Re: Apply for Bitcoin Loan without Collateral. ID Validation Required on: May 01, 2018, 07:11:43 AM
That is the most unforgivable crime someone could commit steal someones identity and use it to an untrustworthy circumstances the right word for that is (malice)  You've been warned use O.P lending services at your own discretion.

Some of the folks here is so desperate I supposed someone would still use O.P lending services despite reading all of our comment in this thread.
Be safe (offline and online).
158  Other / Meta / Re: Auto-lock of topics after a week or 100 posts to solve spammer problem? on: May 01, 2018, 06:41:33 AM
Asking a moderator to reopen the thread again hmm not likely to happen.
The constant complain is such a pain in the head moderators will not worry about the thread that could be necrobump. They are more worried about how to stop spamming from within not a temporarily solution that could be exploited nonetheless.

And we all know that Bitcoin Discussion is all about increasing your activity and such a like before but when merit system introduced that what's you called a frog pond nowadays.
159  Other / Off-topic / Re: Is it true that the united states are spying on their own citizens? on: April 30, 2018, 05:26:30 PM
America is really good at contemporaneous technology.
Luckily I didn't born in the US where your privacy is always a daily problem I can't even imagine how to live peacefully in that country not to mention the constant prying eyes of your neighborhood.

The thing is I know that in USA the freedom of speech is and will be an unending battle.
That's why a lot of foreign American nationals have always been thinking of living in asia or any country that crime rate is below average in their ratio.

I know you clearly stated the part that applicants need to wear the avatar and signature before applying but the minimum participants have already posted their application and I guess I'll just wear the signature and avatar upon being accepted.
