421  Other / Meta / Re: I HATE YOUR SIG CAMPAIGN, ALL OF THEM on: February 27, 2018, 04:39:03 PM
Some of them even capitalise the titles. Smiley Actually those stupid glyphs that they include are worse.

I've found the answer, you just put the poster on ignore. It's amazing how much it cleans up the threads. Of course it means the poster has a reduced chance of earning merits, but tough!!

Exactly what I have been doing. As you also said, no chance for sMerit though.
I'm not doing this anymore when the merit system was introduced, I'll consider them as human too.
Not to mention we all start from a newbie even satoshi/nullius himself/herself/themselves
422  Other / Meta / Re: I HATE YOUR SIG CAMPAIGN, ALL OF THEM on: February 27, 2018, 04:10:42 PM
I wish we could get rid of them all. I hate the stupid huge banner when I'm reading. I hate the stupid posts and stupid threads written just to get sig views. I hate having to scroll down past them. I hate having them on the screen, blasts of useless eyecatching colors in between the posts I want to read. I hate having to try and decide if the poster is stupid, ignorant, in need of help, or just trying to earn a few satoshis.
 I hate hate HATE them.
Ban them all.
Forever.
There's an option where you can turn off avatar and signature click> profile > layout preferences > then check Don't show users' avatars.
Don't show users' signatures. You could also turn off everything as someone intended/wish to Don't show users at all. click> alt+f4 or unplug everthing you see that's plugged in your house supposedly that's really interesting.

Sorry for my sarcasm at all, but it seems you are not reading just scrolling the scroll button I'm not irritated personally when I'm reading a good topic you can just standby/participate in this section where signature is auto disable by default. > Serious Discussion, Ivory Tower

P.S It has been an issue way back the forum become popular in canaille, it might not be the right section to address this issue as signature advertisements is not, will not, shall not, become forum problem itself.
423  Other / Ivory Tower / Re: The practical aspects of running a Bitcoin node over public WiFi. on: February 27, 2018, 08:52:03 AM
A pleasant discussion over here, you give me such a good read folks.

The only thing you're talking about that I personally knew was VPN and mitm
I use someones VPN before to have a free internet connection over my ISP, and the next thing I know was the password of my dummy gmail had been changed.

Mitm
This one is very familiar to me as I've searched something similar before, and God forgive those who installed a coinhive script at public wifi in my country.
This is very serious stuff only a technical literate person could have only installed that in my country, this is a new news in my country, might as well tried it once to have an experience I perhaps will be interested for the long run.

I download nyo yung apps sa google na word of the day makakatulong sa inyo yun mga papsicle.

426  Economy / Services / Re: (BOUNTY) my computer only detects 4 out of 7 Cards on: February 26, 2018, 09:33:15 AM
I am not a very technical dude, but I suggest to look very carefully at your graphic card if it is installed in the device manager, you can do right click and scan for hardware changes to see if the card was detected.

P.S Try to uninstall all the drivers that's not installed properly and restart your PC, then install it again.

You can ask the same question in the section of professional miners or to specifty the question related to the rig hardware

430  Economy / Lending / Re: Neteller Loan - Collateral BTC - 1% weekly on: February 23, 2018, 11:53:20 PM
Why a trusted lender didn't make an offer to your terms?
it looks legit as you're going to put bitcoin as collateral if this sound true that's good.

is there any issues with this post that I have no knowledge of?

432  Economy / Services / Re: Seeking additional Bounty Managers on: February 23, 2018, 09:15:35 PM
We're looking for a few more bounty managers. Please PM us on BitcoinTalk. Thanks in advance!

There's a lot of good managers offering their service in this section, and you just created this thread that's totally useless for the server memory.
Could it be kind of you to tell exact details of your seeking offer?

For an instance the payments for handling campaign per week or bi weekly?, are you going to pay in Bitcoin or Altcoin/Token?

P.S This board is only for bitcoin payments you might want to move your thread in altcoin marketplace, if that isn't the right section I don't know where it belongs.

433  Other / Meta / Re: Scam duplication of Bitcointalk.org? on: February 21, 2018, 06:37:46 PM
I came across to that site long time ago last three weeks I guess can't exactly remember when.

But when the javascript to fight bot isn't working it raises some suspicion (on my side), I deduce the site full intention is to have your login credentials.
or it might have some coinhive script to profit from the forum clone itself, however upon checking it also have the same xhtml front-end not sure in back-end you can see a small difference like the news we are seeing in the mainpage..

Working, waiting for you.

I've been using my signature  to have a referral commision in this mixing service.

If the user make an order in onion links do they need to use the same referral onion link from me before I can get a commision? or is it all automatically creadited?

Some of the members are egoistic and others are altruistic there's no doubt they will all start an arguments in one way or halfway through.

Especially if the topic is indeed truculently trending.  Grin
436  Economy / Services / Re: Looking for verification service - will pay 0.1 BTC !!!! on: February 21, 2018, 01:05:25 AM
If everyone can do this for O.P whom he/she needs to trust from all of you, you could just made a brief information so you might appear trusted person.
Every I.D is stolen outside of this forum you might get in some real problem if you choose the wrong one O.P

The very gentle one that you will choose could be a real criminal.

Goodluck. Wink

438  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: Need to recover keys . I have found prefix for xprv and xpub. 4/2010 on: February 19, 2018, 04:13:46 PM
What Satoshi said a lost bitcoin is a donation to everyone.
If the hardrive crashed several times, it might become corrupted that will lead to your bitcoin to become lost forever.

I tested parrotsec to install in my Laptop and it has a very technical issue before you run the system, remember to look carefully if it still has a healthy partition and you still able to boot with that linux0.3, you can only recover the funds if you only fully boot the partition.
439  Other / Meta / Re: A summon to all native or non native English speakers. on: February 17, 2018, 09:58:22 PM
A native speakers can also make a mistake by speaking because it can't be edit the phrase is can't take back what you said, however a written post can be edit as much as it sounds perfect, and being grammatically wrong doesn't mean your a bad mannered person so it doesn't need a correction.
the old saying goes to err is human, but to forgive is divine.

Some of them is earning from a certain amount of posts others is earning per post.
Meaning to say if I need to make a certain amount of post per week I need to constructively make it, unfortunately that is not always what happen.

There's a lot of important things to correct first and grammar is not one of them, for someone to be precise in making a statement he/she needs a lot of practice before he/she can make a grasp of it.

Facepalm..

"being grammatically wrong doesn't mean your a bad mannered person so it doesn't need a correction."
illogic.. just because you are not bad mannered does NOT mean it doesn't need to be corrected..

IMO the first line of your post there is indeed bad manners anyway..

"Some of them is earning from a certain amount of posts others is earning per post."
Right, and they need to be fired for their terrible posts and they are pretty much spammers a lot of them..

"Meaning to say if I need to make a certain amount of post per week I need to constructively make it, unfortunately that is not always what happen."
NO!!
You do not "need to make a certain amount of post per week"! not at everyone elses expense, for your benefit, to get paid.. GTFO

"There's a lot of important things to correct first and grammar is not one of them"
Grammer is one of the most important ones.. You and many others are about to find out the hard way..
The forum is cracking down and rightfully so..

If you can't even make an effort to write properly, if you feel that "grammar is not one of them" things to be concerned about when posting, then you don't need to be here..
Especially don't need to be being paid to litter the forums..

Yeah, I've thrown some google translate into some foreign language boards to get a message across a couple times, but I sure didn't spam or get paid to post there..

Are you butthurt in my statement Huh
I just said what is true and logical at least in my opinion.
They don't need a correction human can survive in every sort of life, and being grammatically wrong is just a mere weakness.
A person can learn as long as it needs for oneself survival.

The capacity of human brain to learn is only limited, endorphins had the major influence in this.
440  Economy / Services / Re: Docademic - Evolving Healthcare Signature Campaign. 30 Slots. Upto 0.01btc FULL on: February 17, 2018, 02:18:51 PM
Every address is believably compromised as long as we are using it online.
We could all avoid that altogether if we use a none split fork address everytime we join in a sig campaign.
Luckily O.P didn't put a rules about changing of address.

I wasn't trying to be cute or philosophical, I am 99% sure that my private key is in the hands of someone else. I didn't see any rules about "keeping the same address" throughout the campaign, so I was hoping I could get it updated (especially because I gave multiple notices many days before payment). Anyways, the payment ended up in my hands anyways, so I suppose all is well.

Could you PM me more information about how "All addresses online could be believably compromised"? Or did you mean, unknowingly due to keyloggers, 0-days and other things?
There a major evidence that we are receiving a botnet from email or script in HTML I've read somewhere, that script will run in the background especially if you bought something online, also I highly believe that it is possible as I practice Javascript and Python it could work out if a black-hat-hacker gets their hand in our Laptop/Desktop, it is a different story if you are using the an Android/IOS phone it requires a different kind of script.

So yeah every address is vulnerable as long as we are using it online, they just only need a manipulating script to work everything out.
