What's gonna happen to drk? Tomorrow it's gonna be dumped in huge amounts. Why is that? Because this happened to BlackCoin before. This is darkcoin now: What's gonna happen next? WTF Man, stop giving away the show, I want to watch it live.

I sent coins without realizing I did not update the wallet, now I updated but the transaction is shown as unconfirmed and my wallet balance is minus the transaction amount. What can be done?
Next time invest in a coin that doesn't hard fork every week.

we are going under 0.01
Not yet, the ride has just begun. trust me, get out now, its happening - bubble exploding
don't scare people off, this is going to be very entertaining I really dont mean to harm...I'm just telling you from my experience. better get out now and buy in again when its lower. But it's more entertaining when people don't get out in time and lose everything. EDIT: You see? like this guy oever here: Every coin I enter< I lost money .... Lost 1,1 BTC today ... decided to earn some $ to pay debts ... Fucked by crypto ...

Are you the same Koolio from BTC-e?

Like the op states, there are no free transactions, and the minimum fee is 0.01 mon (can be more depending on transaction size, inputs etc). This is so that users will get used to the higher fees that will be needed later to offer incentive for people to mine the coin, once the block reward goes to zero. All fees are paid directly to whoever mines the block including your transaction. Alright, already paid 0.7 MON in fees to get my coins on Poloniex, the show is starting and I want to play the ups and dows to increase my holdings

Show is over, waiting for the "return to normal" phase.

Grabs Popcorn
Edit: And we have reached the first bull trap phase.

I'd like to remind everyone that you can merge mine this with Monocle MON which is currently 1/3 the difficulty of VTC.

Is there a TDLR summary on what's special about this coin? What sets it apart? Is there anything that makes it better than DRK and DRK's developer?
We're not competing with DRK. Do your own research and go with whatever is best for you, just don't come back crying later when you have maxed out your credit cards to buy DRK and the bubble bursts right after that Is there anything in place or planned besides this N-factor component (dont a lot of coins have this now)? Just trying to look ahead and figure out if Vert's sure footing for the next wave. The basics behind VTC is to keep ASICs away forever, if some manufacturer delivers a Scrypt-N adaptive ASIC then the devs will simply move to another algorythm. ASICs are easy to beat because a lot of research and investment has to be put to create one, so we can simply move on right after they release their ASIC and they will never reach ROI making ASICs for Vertcoin a lost cause. Haven't other coins adopted this Scrypt-N adaptive factor? Just trying to figure out what makes VTC unique - that seems to be the only secure bet in this market these days. I just explained it to you, maybe you should just go and buy some DRK.

Don't listen to the people warning you, buy more. If everyone keeps buying the price goes up forever and everyone eventually becomes rich

Guys, dont discard DRK just yet. They have a dedicated dev team that has delivered before. X11 is voulnrable to FPGAs though.
That's the problem, FPGAs are raping it and getting all the coins, that's why they are pumping DRK so hard. The fall is going to be very hard and painful.

hei! what`s going on? the price is so low! bubble burst, pump is over. BC is on the bagholder phase, where all the idiot "investors" see their money dissapear and are left to hold the worthless coins.

The pain isn't over yet
Bingo

That red candle is brutal

DRK isn't favored by miners... it's unprofitable even if you factor in the lower power consumption.
It depends on how much one pays for electricity really. In Europe it can get pretty bad (>0.40$ / kwh). Do the math and let me know.
