1401  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Are Casino Sites Cheating Us? on: March 23, 2023, 10:46:18 PM
It's not anything too different from the normal happenings..
I seemed to have observed that too, along time ago...when gamblers will plece a stake with say - 10k and the outcome might be 4700 - even though the game was a win....That's usually as a result of the combos, then it's also the time for the casinos to make alot of profits even when you keep winning.
On the other hand, I think it's manually controlled atimes (or atleast it's programmed not to work too much in favor of the bettors, that's a STOPLOSS function) to avoid too much loss; we all know that in any business, if you have 'em losses More, then you're actually losing woefully.

There's no manipulation - as to the odds and potential win, nothing changes....what looks manipulated somehow is how the whole games changes against you when you've been sure to have them the other way -- in your favor (I meant to say).
I'll prefer the live bet, mostly popular European games because it can't get manipulated in anyway, so all you have to do is - make sure to have a good contrast between the two teams, and with the little or vast experience that you've got, you MIGHT hit your target,... everything depends on how lucky you are, friend.

This had been discussed already and we gave different opinions.
Why would a gambler decide to bet on a fixed match?? Most especially when the options are unlimitedly given?? It'll only decrease the chances of getting a win outta that and, that would only mean wasting 'em bucks for nothing.
I learnt that some football matches too are usually fixed and them fixtures are smuggled out somehow, to be sold for a huge amount...so irritating! Except otherwise, any gambler won't wanna try betting on wrestling matches.

1404  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The future of CBDC in gambling. on: March 23, 2023, 10:19:52 PM
I'd say it's a big YES....
As much as I know, the world is evolving and everything seems to be affected temporarily or permanently as the case might be..
CBDCs are simply the same FIAT we're using currently, .... although they've been made to look like crypto - in terms of Trnxs and means of operation -- but anything that's managed by a certain organization and doesn't have a Blockchain in charge of every trnxs and record keeping isn't crypto.... It follows digital processes doesn't mean it's BTC itself.
On the other hand, it will not just be a part of gambling but it might even affect the process and create some restrictions, Which are stictly unwanted.

If you are called upon to work for a decentralized exchange like Uniswap or Binance exchange which is a Centralised exchange, which offers will you grant yes? Assuming the payment or salary is the exact same amount every month which one will you prefer to work for and why?
Huh?
Whatchu mean by if I'm supposed to choose between two centralized exchange, which I'm gonna go for? Or was that an overwrite? Cus I don't understand... AFAIK, decentralized exchange won't even have a need to call you upon request to work for them... whatchu got to offer??
Well, if I'm choosing, I'd go for binance; not for the fact that I really trust the whole centralized process...it's not even about their 5 years of existence either, FTX was 3, then they suddenly disappeared... I just think I might comfortable with the proceed, you know what I'm saying?

I love the fact that you've made illustrations to the original post....
You seee sometimes, I'll end up stumbling on Posts that haven't been properly conscripted, talk more of it's topic sentence.... Sometimes, it might actually be a helpful thread (that already has answers to whatever questions pertaining to the subject in question),....but, the Op could decide coming up with a topic that looks like he's asking the community - how to go about the whole thing - have you stumbled on such? ... its not usually funny to experience that since I could actually get a clear description as to what your post carries, without even reading it yet.

All the tips are cool, but I'm sorry it hasn't attracted any merits yet..
I'm not tryna say you're merit-hunting or something, but for every stressful and technically written answers, questions or tips like this deserves some accolades -- no effort was acknowledged here dude.... This are simply fragments of ideas from an already written thread....lol, Jesus Christ...
On the other hand, it's gonna be very helpful for them rookies that are still in search of tips like this to foster ahead

Yunno, the world is evolving massively and alot is going on in our daily lives... Cyber Fraud is actually increasing as the days pass by, and nothing can be done about it just immediately....
The evil fees you see there should even be one of the reasons why you should think this site is genuine; though we've got other sites, with different jurisdictions too, that's how ours looks like.. it's called the PROXY BAN.
You can't get banned unless you violet the rules, or you just want to.
I think that's a major challenge that could've debarred you from reading, talkless of giving your own opinion.

I think the hatted coiner is in need of a chance to try; he ain't requesting for someone else's concern to curb the mismanagement and incessant trolling... afterall, if anyone saw the need to have done that, it would be long settled.
THEYMOS, on his own part isn't that quick -to-do kinda human, AFAIK. he has some specific schedule to follow suit, until everything is done properly... secondly, I read a post from Cyrus as an indication for interest to anyone that wants the moderating position,.. that happened years before I got registered -- I mean, peeps just came around and showed up Thier interest, but to his criterias, no one was valid... It maybe the same way moderators are being selected., Or Maybe through voting? I can't tell, but that's what it looks to me like.

1410  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Diversified accounts for children on: March 21, 2023, 10:59:04 PM
Am planning ahead for my children, early this year I open four bitcoin wallets with my children's names overtime I will be dividing my investment either profit or capital and send to their wallets, no one will have access to it until you assume certain age of 18.

this is certainly a good plan, make an effort to really leave some significant sum in those accounts.
Why does this sound to me like you opened bank accounts for them? why do they need to be "in their name" and where did you open those wallets?
Are you sure that the way you opened the wallets guarantees that in xx years it will be possible to access them?
That's where the problem lies now.....it's not even about how good the whole idea is; but since we ain't even got a clue on how best he could go past the maltreatment he got from his parents, and how he could make 'em kiddie's lives meaningful -- mostly for the fact that the world is moving to its renaissance, where even the smallest amongst the toddlers would operate a stock market -- his decisions are impeccable.
How secure is it? How safe are the wallets?? How about if one of these kids don't take the whole idea of the digitalized world seriously, since you haven't even started it from birth with them, and for the fact that some peeps don't even like everything they see or hear?Huh? What's happens in that case?

The both ways you've mentioned is very possible and could be actualized, but not by everyone....you seee, the first one you did - which is simply buying 'em coins, and storing them for sometime in your non-custodial wallet could be done by anyone since it doesn't need any additional skill, but the other one does -- I'm supposed you know the whole thing is like a market, where you could sell and either make profits or losses.
So I won't advise 'em rookies to go into the trading aspect, since they'll only end up losing all their cash Capital in a twinkle of an eye; the volatility rises too high atimes and keeps PROs on the run.

No, you won't get banned but why would you even want to? Seems kinda futile to do so.
I think he'll also be thinking in his mind; how well can I really identify a banned account?...maybe for that reason, if he ever had Smerits, he'll have to wait to be really sure he's not tryna cause unnecessary arousal...lol, the dude be so perspicuous...
Dude, do well to follow them Bpip links to be able to ascertain a banned profile Least youget screwed by tryna be applauding...Yeah? "Screwed".. cus that's what it feels like wasting resources when you don't even have anyone left.

1413  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Who is most reliable person? on: March 20, 2023, 11:22:29 PM
Giving out your private key or seed phrase means you want the person to have access to your assets. Once they have it they can carryout transactions without your consent so its best to keep it to yourself. Don't make the mistake and give your keys to anyone especially the person who taught you about bitcoin.
Trust No One because money can be tempting so expect the worse whenever you share your keys with anyone.
...and then peeps talk about trust? Especially When you've only been shown how to HODL without being properly oriented on the DO's and DON'Ts, how to avoid every possible scam, What's yours personally and should remain your privacy except otherwise....
They'll simply ask you to go copy them seedphrase and paste for them, all in a bid to something you won't even care to ask, since you're not even tutored how the whole system works... before you'll realize what happens, your whole wallet's empty, then you'll begin trolling with BTC's impeccable name as being a SCAMMY project......I believe this is the reason why you were introduced into BTT.

The hug problem here isn't even about buying and HODLing them coins, it's about how safe it'll be in prolly a decade from this day... RUNNING A FULL NODE IS AN ANSWER

I am a newbie and this is my first ever forum account and i am addicted to it, i log in many many times a day, what can i do to stop addiction, "every addiction is bad"
is it happened to your sometime when you were newbie?
Are you assuming your logging in very many times like a newbie as an addiction? Since when?? ...and even if it should, isn't it what every good learner would crave for?
I'm supposed you know how tedious it is to surf around the whole forum just for a single idea?! Then chill, if it's growing as an addiction, you need 'em more.
Point of correction; not all addictions are destructive, some are needed to build a solid passion and interest. I believe if you're faced with challenges everyday, YOU'LL have no choice but to log on everday to fasten 'em belt and further your quest

Yeah... sure, there's a particular way it's being calculated and it's simply the same way you've heard almost everyone say...
You seeee.., when I got registered in here, I initially had my activity to merit ratio getting too aligned, so I was told I had a decent history.
I didn't actually know how the whole thing's been calculated honestly, I only thought it'll be cool and even more decent to keep the 12 merit -12 post -12 activity ratio.... I think this particular topic is been clearly explained on one of the intro threads, read them.
Edit:
I write posts, that's why I joined the Signature campaign, to make post also earn something if that is possible, But who will give me Merit, the administrators of this forum or the other members.I don't understand Merit at all.Nor how anyone values them.
Then, this particular account isn't rightfully yours...🙂
It's either amongst one if the big alt farm, or you're simply a merit hunter; well, that's some kinda hypothesis anyways.

When peeps simply don't wanna go into gambling, it doesn't mean it's not influencing other people's life positively, it is....but that's not just enough reasons why you should jump into it; people wey meant to make it major through different ways....it's not necessary that you go ahead to try something your instincts doesn't tell you anything positive about...it's called "LUCK".
It's really important that anyone sets his parts right; cus that's what defines you most time.....I'm sure those successful ex gamblers haven't mentioned how much they' Spent already init,  just to win big ??..

Whatever happened to Juventus in Serie A, I'm sure Juventus will continue to rise from this downturn, the same way I saw the Serie A tifosi, because it was the first league I saw and poisoned me about football until now. Italy is a country that has a strong and unique character in football from any point of view beyond the existing minuses. It's proven now that in the UCL, Seria A sent 3 teams.
Juventus is a strong, toughly-belt uncoordinated team.... believe that if you want to.
They Haven't really got a big problem cus everything seem much okay with them to some extent; remember when Ronaldo was there? There isn't much difference from the time past, compared to the present.
Although they've practically won several games on Thier last fixtures, except for the fact that they lost against Roma which is now becoming a thorn to their flesh. Now they'll have to play against inter Milan next tomorrow,.. that ofcourse could displace inter on Thier position if they lose.

Barcelona has the opportunity to get closer to winning La Liga if they can beat Real Madrid in this weekend's El Clasico match, For now Barcelona is still in first place with difference of 9 points and victory in the El Clasico match is 12 points to make Barcelona even further away from Real Madrid. But not easy winning in el clasico games exactly Real Madrid on confidence performance after winning from Liverpool and have been success lead to quarter final champion league.

Good news if Pedri confirmed back from injured and Xavi has many option on midfielder area, seems he will not give Pedri first minutes playing and potential get as substitutes player in this el clasico match.
Barcelona is already winning on this whole thing and, without a doubt, the isn't gonna be a possibility that Madrid could maneuver across and get the El classico trophy as they've been given too much of a difference between Thier point as you said.
On the other hand, I think Xavi will have to pair pedri along with Gavi, Pablo Torre and de jong if he must have a solid midfield...other proper arrangements could be made depending on the formation setting, but I'm sure Xavi won't let pedri play for a full time.

Madrid can't lose for anyone at this crucial point....I'm solely a Barcelona fan, but I can't dare to guarantee a win against Madrid.
As at the last match, everything went wrong when Barcelona took possession on the ball and -- after all they tried, it was impossible to make a goal -- then, just at the closure of the match, an own goal came from militao... That was a pretty big flop.
Since these is a different tournament entirely, they'll have to keep their finger crossed -- let's assume they are able to defeat against Bayern, then they'll have to Play finally against Napoli.
