1401  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Why do conservative worldwide oppose "drugs" legalization? on: April 26, 2017, 02:47:29 PM
Have you ever felt a gun pointed at your head by a trembling hand of some junkie? I'm not conservative I just felt the consequencies of drug addiction on myself. Of course people do terrible things without any drugs. But I believe that if any chemical substance has a negative psychopharmaceutical effect powerful enough to alternate one's personality to the point of posing a hazard to other people's and one's own life and wellbeing, it should be regulated by the law and healthcare standards. It is a personal choice to take drugs but a drug addict doesn't feel responsibility for his/her actions and it's not about education or personal morals - those terms don't exist when you need another fix.

Indeed. A lot of heinous crimes committed are drug related. You wouldn't know the difference between an animal and a person and sometimes there are hallucinations that makes people do harmful things towards others. Of course there are natural drugs that can be used for medicinal purposes but chemical drugs like meth and coke can very well ruin any society once legalized
1402  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Artificial intelligence. on: April 26, 2017, 02:38:58 PM
In my country a lot of corruption in the courts. I really want to be in my country as judges was a computer running artificial intelligence. It would help to get rid of corruption and make life easier for people.

As long as people are corrupt and wicked life will be hard. Even with the use of artificial intelligence if the corrupt people will program them to serve their selfish and personal interest then artificial intelligence will also be corrupted. The best thing to make the life of people easier is to go back to the educational systems and family and integrate wholistic education and child rearing coupled with morals and values. That way corrupt minds and personality will no longer be there for future generations.

Good view dude i agree with you. Using ai to even punish corrupt people may lead to those movies that have apocalyptic themes with ai in the mold. I think people should focus on the betterment of lives and definitely ai and robots could very much do a lot for it. Medical, technological and even personal betterment are just a few of the things advanced ai can provide us
1403  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Why not government create new law for dead people with crimes to serve ??? on: April 26, 2017, 02:34:56 PM
Dude when you're dead you're dead. Why should i care about what happens to my body after i die? I'd just leave a lifeless shell of what i used to be ready to be eaten by maggots in the coming years. I think few people would care about how their corpses would be handled after they die. I don't think such laws would have any effect at all.
1404  Other / Politics & Society / Re: North Korea Speeds Its Nuclear Program, U.S. Fears Time Will Run Out! on: April 26, 2017, 02:27:55 PM
Kim's missiles still need to be transported outside Korea to reach USA and this would mean a NATO response. I wouldn't want to be him if whole NATO forces visit him one day.
He's an idiot if he thinks he can accomplish anything with those 5 missiles he's parading around. Sure, one of them might get through all the anti missile systems, reach US soil and kill some people, but when it hits there will be hundreds of missiles flying towards NK from all directions and NK has no anti missile systems at all.

My friend, I think you've got it all wrong: Check out the details below to discover the process these North Koreans have been made in the recent years!

And also who told you NK doesn't have anti-ballistic missile defense system??? And if NK got few nuke heads they may create some decoys to avoid their real nukes head from getting shutdown by U.S anti-missile defense system, dude! War is a Chase Game Smiley Smiley Smiley
North Korea sucks. They have no decent weapons to confront the largest and most modern army in the world. Today China launched its first aircraft carrier. It is also not a good sign for Kim. In South Korea profit us missile defense system. Kim no chance.

Let's hope someone talk little sense in to Kim's mind because that guy believes he got nothing to lose, no matter what happens!

LOL allnit needs is one small mistake for kim and he'd be blown to pieces. He kniws this and i think he's afraid. Though the sad part is if kim is taught a savage lesson here, we may very well be on the verge of a third world war. Its unfirtunate that our demise will be caused by a north korean brat who barks loud than bite
1405  Other / Off-topic / Re: Would you kill your own children if God commanded you to? on: April 26, 2017, 02:23:07 PM
Would you kill your own children if God commanded you to?
A perfectly valid legit question.

Please no attempts to derail the thread with nonsense like "God would never say that" or "God would never change the rules with murder" etc....

No. The story of abraham may just be a story to test people's obedience. Realistically, there's no reason at all for me to even think of killing my children. If i have to go to hell for being disobedient, i'd gladly take that punishment than to listen to a god that would have such morbid instructions.
1406  Other / Politics & Society / Re: How do you feel about the death penalty? on: April 26, 2017, 02:19:54 PM
I'm all for the appropriate punishment. If a person is a serial killer and a psycho then this person deserves to die and not be a trouble for society anymore. Why should my taxes feed and maintain this piece of sh*t? The only problem is that such calm and relatively fast death by lethal injection might not be what this criminal really deserves.

Cause you can never be 100% sure that the guy is guilty...
That's why you pay. To be sure that you're not killing someone innocent. That's what makes you a bit better than a serial killer.
Otherwise what's the difference between you and the guy you're killing?

Of course I can be sure when all the evidences, witnesses and the criminal him/herself admits the crime. Some of them not only adimit, they are proud of what they've done.
And the difference between me and that guy is that I don't want to kill and rape people I just want to prevent more deaths and suffering.

Well for this it has to be that the justice system in a country hasbto be rrliable and fair. There have been several cases of people being metted the death penalty only to be proven guilty after they've been executed. I agree that these people who do ruthless crimes should be punished with death penalty but we have to make sure first that guilt is 100% certain or we may very well be killing innocent people
1407  Other / Politics & Society / Re: If you believe we should kill all Muslims... on: April 26, 2017, 02:16:35 PM
i don't know what to say... but terrorists should die and burn in hell! Angry Angry Angry Cry Cry Cry

I also don't know what to say about people generalizing all muslims and incorporating them with these terrorists. Guys as many as there are terrorists doing their deeds in the name of islam, there are far more peace loving muslim brothers and sisters who just want peace. Lets just open our minds here and not spread hate towards others because of their religion
1408  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Why is russia the only country (regime) supporting dprk at the un? on: April 26, 2017, 02:14:17 PM
Russia wants to appear to be a world power, though I've no fucking idea why as it's a pointless and wasteful role.

To do that I suppose they decide to prop up the cheapest options out there with the most to gain from being given a hand job by them. And it annoys everyone else.

Russia does not want to seem like a world power, and it is a strong world power led by a powerful ruler. And it really annoys everyone, but they can not do anything.

Russia is still a shadow of its former self. If you compare Russia as of now and the USSR of the early 1980s, then it is clear. The USSR had a population of close to 300 million, and their armed forces were as powerful as that of the United States. Now if you look at Russia, it is having a population of only around 145 million, and the armed forces are clearly inferior to that of the Americans. That said, their resurgence after 1999, when Putin took over has been nothing short of a miracle.
Under Putin, Russia has become even worse than it was. How would Putin's propaganda did not shout about their successes really demonstrate to them no one can. Russian during this time quarreled with almost all its neighbours. Now is a potential enemy. Modern Russian weapons too, on their own can not do, and components abroad can not buy because they are under sanctions.
Well that could also be because there are a lot of international rules now that putin choosesnto follow compared to before. I think it's safe for us that russia isn't as powerful as back then but still they have a very good capability of causing damage to any nation. Though i don't think putin would be that dumb to initiate any conflicts that he knows may very well destroy his people
1409  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Who's your bet in nba finals , GSW or Cavs? or what team is your bet? on: April 26, 2017, 01:57:02 PM
I agree. For the third time in three years we.may be seeing the same team battling it out in the finals. Though hopefully some other team would get a decent shot but im only seeing that happening in the west. Durant's entry would be a very big difference maker if these two face each other off again and i'm betting that we'll have a new champion from the west this year
1410  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UFC 211: Miocic vs Dos Santos info and Prediction Thread on: April 26, 2017, 01:53:20 PM
I should say jds still has a legitimate chance of beating stipe here. As we all kniw already i think jds is one of the best heavyweight strikers ever and he's been out for quite a time, i think if somehow the old jds will show up miocic would go down. He's been beaten by jds before and tbough dos santos came from quite a long break, i think he has miocic's number. My bet is on jds and its quite exciting now to see him fight again
1411  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2016/17 NBA Season on: April 26, 2017, 01:48:04 PM
Eventhough Russell Westbrook or the Oklahoma City Thunder didn't won the series for me Westbrook will be the 2016-17 NBA finals. Your thoughts or opinions?
What are you talking about? 2016-17 NBA finals MVP or what? If you mean about the MVP thing, nope, he will not be the MVP in the Finals because his team is already eliminated. Westbrook is good but championship matters for good players actually, his best chance for recognition is just to win an MVP for regular season due to his statistics, but as a basketball fan, I don't mind, I want to see who will be the Champions.
I’ll give credit where credit is due and Russell Westbrook clearly deserves credit for carrying the OKC Thunder all by his lonesome. Victor Oladipo has failed to live up to expectations of being the great support behind Westy. If Westbrook loses the MVP race to Harden, that might be his last chance to be this great as the Thunder would surely find some missing pieces that will lighten the load of Westbrook.
we all knew that westbrook is deserving for that title but harden also did his best to be a good contender together with those stars that still
showing their best to be included with the selections of candidates I also personally wanted harden to take this and hope to see them in the west finals against my San Antonio spurs.

Well team performance wise, of course harden's rockets would edge russ' thunder by a mile mainly because of the support harden gets. Im not downplaying hardens numbers also as he's not farbfrom westbrook when it comes to personal statistics. But westbrook for owned the Mvp rights. Day in and day out considering that he doesn't get that much help, bringing his team to the playoffs on its first year in the post durant era, almost singlehandedly, that would be enough to get him the mvp nod for me
1412  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you prefer 100% or 150% Welcome bonus ? on: April 26, 2017, 01:42:49 PM
Ugh 150% Lol of course i'd prefer a higher percentage bonus dude i don't think anyone would have a reason to choose the smaller percentage if they have the chance.  So simply put, the more bonus we can get the better
1413  Economy / Economics / Re: bitcoin benefit of saving for a long time? on: April 26, 2017, 01:17:00 PM
I started buying bitcoin at 650 dollars last year. It's been a great ride so far. Now I am trying to party with the alts to make my crypto ride even better.  Grin

Well that's good it seems you've doubled your capital already and though it would take more time i think it would ve better to still hold on to your btcs for now. I think the best is still ahrad of us and your btcs may be a lot more valuable in a couple of.months or by the end of this year
1414  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin and Africa on: April 26, 2017, 01:05:41 PM
Parts of africa certainly may, but a large part i think won't. Of course this dorsn't only apply to africa as there are parts of the world also that has limited access to modern tech or internet connection. In africa, i think illegal businesses would be one of the first to embrace btc because of it's anonymity. Like poachers and drug syndicates. These are mostly the ones who do transactions with other countries illegally
1415  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it better to save money or invest it? on: April 26, 2017, 01:01:37 PM
In fact it's all good at keep money in bank, investing it online or in gold
All there are disadvantages and advantages of each
keep money in the bank with little profit, gold may be safer but take a long time, better invest in bitcoin that has greater potential to grow.

But take note also that bitcoin price is very volatile and it means that it can easily collapse anytime once some big investor pulls out their stock. For me keeping at the bank is much better rather risk it on bitcoin. But if you are a risk taker  then go on bitcoin because it can give a lot of potential profit and that also serve as an investment.

You're right buddy, bitcoin prices are very volatile and that means it can easily collapse anytime. Okay so not to take too much risk, what if some invested in bitcoin and some keep it in bank.
It will make two profit and much better
The risk is always on us but with that risk comes with great reward, if you still believe that bitcoin has a chance to grow more
I think keeping bitcoin is always worth to us. We don't control the future hence put only what you can afford to lose.
At the end of the day, we must ensure we have more savings than the amount we invested.

In essence there is no guarantee of all that between saving money in the bank or investment, at least we have to keep the bitcoin always valuable to us. Do not let bitcoin be worthless in the future, it will make me and everyone sick lol

Lol of course there will come a time when your savings will have to go. The good thing with btc is that you're basically doing both thinhs simply by buying btcs. You save them and at the same time its already considered an investment. When it comes to btc, of course we would have to let go of our saved ones to keep btc moving. That in itself is already an investment because we eill profit when we do that. Proper timing is reslly the key here
1416  Economy / Economics / Re: If you were in desperate need for money.... on: April 26, 2017, 12:57:26 PM
I think earning money will take a long time, unless you do the work that is daily, or the daily salary, such as self-employment or selling a service, but it will not give you a lot of money to you. he amount of money you will receive depends on the amount of work you do. So it is not fix you don't know the exact money you will receive.

Indeed. Being in a desperste situation basically doesn't give you too many options. Well the best thing to do would be to avoid being in such a situation in he first place but if it comes to that, you shouldn't shoulder it on your own. There's nothing wrong or shameful in asking help from people close to you. Or you can sell personal belongings though there are times when thst would be regretful after you've survived the situatiin
1417  Economy / Economics / Re: how much do you earn with 25$ investment on: April 26, 2017, 12:50:07 PM
It does not matter what the amount of the investment is. If the odds and the rewards from the investment are large then a small investment will make a bunch of money depending on that.
$25 could get you $4,000 in a few months if you know how to invest properly.

Yeah i've just read a story about btc in facebook about a man who purchased btc worth 27$ i think and then he completely forgot about it. Now his investment are roughly 800+k dollars. Can you imagine that. Sometimes people are born lucky. I may be doing the same thing today with some upcoming alts and then i'll just leave it hopefully i get the same luck in a couple of years
1418  Economy / Economics / Re: Is trading just educated guessing? on: April 26, 2017, 12:46:46 PM
When you say guessing, basically you have you're not basing anything on facts and is not really prepared. Trading requires a lot of studying, observation and analyzing. Of course you won't have an idea if your trades would hit the mark but that is not simply guessing as you are not blindly selecting which coins to purchase or not. Its far more than guessing imo
1419  Economy / Economics / Re: Can Bitcoin also lead to corruption ? on: April 26, 2017, 12:42:41 PM
In my opinion, everything leads to corruption if it is used in the wrong way.

I agree especially if it'll involve the government (which I doubt will happen anytime soon) and if the people becomes so greedy; corruption will take place.
Which is not rrally that impossible with btc. It involves money of course, which ultimately is the cause of greed. I think anything that is connected with miney is automatically prone to corruption. It's likely that the bigwigs would be taking advanatge of the regilar users like hs. The sad thing is, in thus world, corruption has a very strong grip that normal people like us would juat have ti accept since we won't be able to do anything
1420  Economy / Economics / Re: The dream of getting rich with bitcoins on: April 26, 2017, 12:40:33 PM
Op has got a nice dream of getting rich with bitcoins. If you have so many bitcoins, definitely will become rich. But my question is from where do we get bitcoins. Bitcoin is not a thing that we get for free. Its just like other currencies out there. The only shortcut to earn bitcoin or usd or whatever it may be, is hardwork.
You should convert your dreams into a plan, without a plan on how to accumulate a good number of bitcoins will
make it remain as dreams. Nothing will happen if we will not move and face the risk, we should do it based on our plan.
I am sure it's not impossible although it is hard, we must be inspired, it will help us.

You're right. To be rich especially with btc you should have guts. If we'd all have been gutsy when btc first came, and bought ourselves a lot years ago, that dream would alrrady have been realized. I kniw therr arr people who actually did that and are enjoying the rrwards now. We can try to check upcoming alts today that have a very low price and hope it would be the same as btc but of course it would beed guts, same vuts as those who got rich niw with their btcs from then
