1401  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What impact of printing a lot of money on inflation and Bitcoin on: March 26, 2020, 05:39:25 PM
This was a situation we already knew for a long time. All FIAT currencies are assets that are designed to be playable at any time. The US government can steer the market as it wishes by increasing or decreasing money emissions. As long as the export advantage is in hand, this will continue like this. This increase in money supply has a chance to reflect positively on Bitcoin price. But nobody knows what will happen in the future.
1402  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin current situation on: March 25, 2020, 05:56:46 PM
Created this topic for some bitcoin investors to read about the current situation, please read and share your comments with me.

These days many people are scared because they think lose their money with bitcoin because of the price falling down.
There are two kind of people in my own idea:
1. Some people invested with their own money and they are also thinking long-term (2-3 years or more)
2. But in the other hand some other people, unfortunately,  using the money from dad/mom/loan/... Also they want to get the profit in short term.
Please everyone be careful, when are you using other people's money, you will get stress and you panic real fast. obviously, in this case you lose your money and leave the crypto world while you say "crypto is unless/scam".
Many investors are recommending people to do to enter any project with the money they need, use the part of money you don't need it. So, even if you lose your money you won't be depressed
If you know bitcoin for 3-4 years you know we had many pumps/dumps even worst than this. For example, a few years ago after closing BitInstant, bitcoin stopped trading and the price fallen down like hell. some people sold their bitcoins for a real low price and lost too much money with selling too cheap. Everyone said bitcoin is over and here it is! Today you sell/buy it for 6K USD.
Sooner or later... Bitcoin price will rise and having one single bitcoin will be a dream for other people.

We definitely know Bitcoin did not cause anyone to lose money in the long run. Bitcoin is still promising for everyone. And for the big price cycle, things aren't going well for now. But I think this cycle will definitely break somewhere. For this reason, we have to be careful when investing.
1403  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Which cryptocurrency do you use for gambling frequently? on: March 24, 2020, 10:15:25 AM
Doge is my favorite alt-coin for gambling. Low value, very low minimal bets, I don't risk much! For betting on sport usually I bet with
Bitcoin! I tried some other alt-coins for playing dices and other lucky games, but Doge is the best for me! I wanted to try gambling
with Tron, but minimal bets there are like 10 TRX, more or less, it's expensive for me and I can't gamble relaxed!

Which platform are u using for gambling with Doge? There is not much choices gambling with Dogecoin.
Usually you can BTC and ETH in gambling platforms.
1404  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: March 24, 2020, 09:05:44 AM
According to some reports from China, a drug was good for regressing the disease. This may be a glimmer of hope. If this drug is successful, life may return to normal in a short time. This means that leagues can be completed even if it hangs in the summer months.

The championship in the English premier league is almost certain now. But there was great competition in some other leagues. Therefore, it would not be good to suspend the leagues completely.
1405  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Which cryptocurrency do you use for gambling frequently? on: March 22, 2020, 10:54:25 AM
I like to use BTC in gambling or USD. Whatever is more convinient for me at that time.
Most of the time i just use my income from the signature campaign to play on gambling sites.

Good to play with BTC. But I'm not sure you understand what I said above. I guess we can say you're playing gambling to make money. With the fall of the Bitcoin price, you automatically lost money. This is exactly what I meant to say.
1406  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin minging at the end of supplies on: March 22, 2020, 10:48:56 AM
If the miners are the ones who validate the transactions in order to obtain the rewards from the network, what will happen to them and the network when the total supplies are reached? There will no longer be an incentive to maintain those machines and the validations will stop, won't they?

This topic has been discussed hundreds of times in the forum. I am confident about how mining will go, so you can find resources very easily. Satoshi was a smart person to think about all of this!
Please just some research before creating topics. Forum full of information which you are looking for. Just make a simple search in forum.
1407  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Digital Yuan as a possible Cyber Weapon on: March 22, 2020, 10:42:06 AM
In order for these theories to be true, they must be internationally accepted. And this is not an easy thing to do even for Bitcoin today. It is not very likely for me that a central entity emerging from scratch will be so accepted.
1408  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin trading by Italian Banks on: March 21, 2020, 06:56:32 PM
It's sad, but the whole world may be heading in this direction. The epidemic is growing day by day and has increased its effect especially in Europe. As I always say, monetary value makes no sense in this environment. But it is important to remember that cryptocurrencies are unique for such environments. Safe, reliable, community-based, and, as we always say, something decentralized is everyone's needs right now.
1409  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: value increase on: March 21, 2020, 06:48:10 PM
Does my bitcoin i have in my wallet (like 70 bucks) increase / decrease over time depending on bitcoins worth?

I think you don't know much about Bitcoin. It is technically the same as buying gold. If the price of gold rises, the value of USD in your hand increases; If the price of gold falls, the value of USD falls.

The same is valid for Bitcoin and other altcoins.
1410  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Very innovative BTC/ETH scam ongoing live, right now. on: March 21, 2020, 06:45:21 PM
I think there is a board for this accusations. You should have created this topic in there;

1411  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Will you gamble right after coronavirus outbreaks? on: March 21, 2020, 06:40:55 PM
I think betting is more important than gambling in this process. After the virus outbreak ends, conditions for gambling will soon improve. But for betting, it will be very important how the athletes take care of themselves and maintain their condition in this process. Individual performances are very important especially in team games. Therefore, each player needs to keep himself ready during this process.
For Gambling, only a good disinfection will be sufficient.
1412  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Which cryptocurrency do you use for gambling frequently? on: March 21, 2020, 06:28:56 PM
I think we need to completely separate the crypto money we buy for investment and the crypto money we use for gambling. Personally, from this point on, I will use as many USDTs as possible for gambling.

Actually most gambling site utilize the use of major coin such as btc, eth and sometime usdt but majority uses bitcoin. We cant comprehend the usage of such coin and suddenly shift from another coin just because we experience price melt down. Even gambling sites bleed to death as the value of their capital turn down due to crash of market. Why do you think usage of usdt could altered the effects of gambling? Though even using btc you just adjusted with the market tag price.

Actually, the answer is simple for me. I use the day-trade method to increase the number of BTC I have. But gambling is for both fun and money. For this reason, the USD value of the assets I use in gambling is important. That's why I decided to separate my investments for crypto and gambling.

I think we need to completely separate the crypto money we buy for investment and the crypto money we use for gambling. Personally, from this point on, I will use as many USDTs as possible for gambling.

First, money for gambling should always be separated from money for investment, money for expenses, money for savings, and so on. Money for gambling should be the least priority, if at all.

Second, if you gamble with USDT, what's the significant difference with using USD? I admit I haven't tried using USDT for gambling. Even the sound of it seems a little strange in a gambling site for me. I cannot remember playing at a casino or betting site accepting USDT.

By the way, I mostly use the leading altcoins for gambling.

No I didn't use USDT until last week. I always prefer ETH for gambling. But I've just decided to change this. I will use USDT anymore.

I think we need to completely separate the crypto money we buy for investment and the crypto money we use for gambling. Personally, from this point on, I will use as many USDTs as possible for gambling.

This should had been one of the very first precautions you should have taken as a gambler and not waiting for the market to experience so bad outcome before this pops into your head. Keeping your investing funds together with your gambling funds make it an easy spending source for when your bets aren't going your way and you need more funds to continue betting.

Regarding the coin I use to gamble, initially I started with the platforms native token and that was one of the criteria I used to select my preferred gambling sites since the bonus usually associated with them were mouthwatering but this day I used any cryptocurrency available on the platform surfer that coin can't determine or affect the outcome of my bets.

As a matter of fact, the amount I had already allocated for investment was separate from the crypto money I had reserved for gambling. But for both of them it was the amount of BTC that was important to me. But from time to time, I cash out the money I earn from gambling. That's why the value of USDT has always been important to me.

For this reason, I plan to keep the amount I reserved for gambling in my wallet as USDT.
1413  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: is this the best time to teach about bitcoin? on: March 21, 2020, 06:56:29 AM
we are now in the time of crisis due to coronavirus pandemic
almost everyone is just staying at home because of community quarantine and many companies already announce their stop-work order
i think this is the best time to teach people about bitcoin and get some potential new investor or holder in the future
but the big question is HOW?

many people are looking for a way to earn online but afraid to touch bitcoin
because of the rapid change in price and it's not newbie friendly anymore
but it will not be the same if there is some way to try it first without spending at the start
im also one of those who have doubt about bitcoin at the start
but because there is some way to earn it i have some time to learn it little by little until i realized the potential of bitcoin

that's why im looking idea how i can make people get into bitcoin without spending a single cent at the start
because i think one of the reasons why bitcoin is not gaining interest unlike before because it's not newbie friendly anymore
if we will compare in the past there is not a lot of faucets available now
even the signature campaign is not newbie friendly
they can join is some bounty in altcoin section with a high risk to get scam

if you have some opinion just let me know
Keep Safe Everyone Thanks  Grin

I think these were the things to be talked about since the day these events started to emerge. Dozens, perhaps hundreds, of topics related to Corona virus have been created. But most of them have nothing to do with our subject. For this reason, we should discuss the issues related to corona virus in the off-topic section. However, we can examine the issue between this virus and cryptocurrencies here.

Contactless payment has become a very important issue for today. Therefore, let's not forget that paying with crypto assets can be a very good contactless method. Let's raise our environment in this regard. Let's raise awareness in this direction. We can do this not only for the appreciation of cryptocurrencies but for the future benefit of human beings.

And please stay home as much as possible.
1414  Economy / Gambling discussion / Which cryptocurrency do you use for gambling frequently? on: March 21, 2020, 06:43:50 AM
With the retreat in the price of Bitcoin, this question started to come to my mind. I personally mostly like trading with ETH. I think both liquidity and mobility are faster. However, as a result of the price decrease experienced in the previous weeks, we have seen that the balances we tried to earn are rapidly melting against the USD.

I think we need to completely separate the crypto money we buy for investment and the crypto money we use for gambling. Personally, from this point on, I will use as many USDTs as possible for gambling.
1415  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Statistics on: March 21, 2020, 06:37:55 AM
There are a lot of useful website that I am following. And I am adding this one my list for following. We can reach same data from another sources but it one of the best.
Thank you for sharing with us.

Google trends data doesn't offer too much importance. Because it can be misleading. Because I remember that while Bitcoin price dropped down to $ 3000, Google trends data had soared, but it had no positive effect on the price.
1416  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BTC + Corona on: March 20, 2020, 05:49:55 PM
Recent developments have shown that everyone is still relying on FIAT currencies, and in a crisis, everyone prefers to hold FIAT, or USD, in their hands. I think this is a mistake for all of us. It means that we haven't been able to explain Bitcoin and crypto coins in the past years. Unfortunately, cryptocurrencies are considered only as a method of making money for the majority. I don't think we can fully understand how important something can be for the future of mankind. The reason for this may be the existence of many SCAM projects, shitcoin in this market.
1417  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: CORONAVIRUS IMPACT ON SPORTS GAMBLING on: March 20, 2020, 02:09:28 PM

Interestingly there are some games still going on, why they are doing it on face of death I will never know, even if players do not die from it, they could get infected and than infect others, this is a very big problem right now and nobody should take it lightly. Even esports events are getting cancelled nowadays so I do not understand why phsyical contact games are still around, most of the major ones are already cancelled it, so should the other ones as well, I do not understand why they haven't.

In any case, we could simply just wait, wait around and eventually sportsbooks will come back, most of the time even summers are filled with games so many people gamble I can understand that but for now just wait around and not gamble, if you are addicted it is a great time to stop, if you are not addicted surely you can wait couple of months.

Officials in Turkey for a long time all sports, they insisted played without spectators. But as things continue to get worse, they have temporarily postponed all competitions starting this week. All athletes put pressure on social media to postpone the competitions. Even Trabzonspor football player Obi Mikel has terminated his contract due to the decision to continue the matches. We don't live in normal times right now, and I think the best decision is to keep people in their homes. The whole society.

I didn't even use it but you may want to look at this: https://bitkee.com/
It seems not very secure. Still someone produce something to you so I am not sure if it is %100 secure.

Whales cashed out from the most stable asset in recent months (that is BTC of course  Grin)
To make some dollies on extremely volatile, classic, cash grabbing, roulette-like, FED(fake) stock market.
Change my mind  Cool

There's nothing changing on the Bitcoin side. Bitcoin is still a revolution for human life. But the age of others is slowly closing.
Cryptocurrencies have a purpose, vision. (not all) This still makes me think the potential is high.

Well that sounds logical, everything is cheap right now some could have sold their bitcoin to buy cheap stock, assets etc, then when the market recovers they sell and buy back bitcoin or whatever.

But if you happen to have a lot of fiat, currently bitcoin is also very cheap to buy, such an opportunity does not come often. If you survive the virus, that is.

Virus is annoying today. However, this will definitely be different in the future. I think there will be major improvements in the treatment of the virus in a few months. Because an epidemic is threatening not only 1-2 countries but the whole world.
Let's put this aside.
Cryptocurrencies are the easiest way to pay, even now. I think it is our duty to explain this technology, development and ease to people. So we can make progress.
