I just wanted to start a thread for my best buddy and business partner, Vince. Yesterday he had a seizure he most likely wont be completely coming back from. The doctors havent given us any good news yet, but im still hopeful.
Vince is a prodigy programmer who started programming when he was 5 years old. The things he does with computers amazes me. I will forever respect him as the technical genius and artist that he is.
Vince and I had known each other for 3 years, we had several projects in the works where he was going to be the main programmer. We just started going full time in the bitcoin space, we had dreams of making it big and being in the very center of it for years to come.
This is a reminder to everyone that everything in this world can be taken in an instant. Just try and make the best of it while you can.
Sorry to hear this bad news. I started programming at 13, but only because that's when the first PCs came out! Live every day like you'll die tomorrow, but learn everyday like you'll live forever. |

Is it a problem or is it normal?
Normal. It updates every 2 weeks. Lot of other threads on the subject. I've read that my old *not reclaimed* activity I will receive it every hours, or am I wrong ? I registered in 2011. You are wrong. It updates every 2 weeks. |

You would have to hire a lawyer and sue them to get your money back. Are you willing to spend thousands of dollars to do that? I suggest you find new guys to do business with. |

I just have a funny feeling that if bitcoin's price keeps falling and difficultly keeps rising that alot of miners including myself will stop mining and goto alt coins instead. The difficulty did drop recently but the price of Mining vs the cost of electricity to some that don't have it free will cause negative profits. I know I will get some hate posts or just be ignored, but I can just fell it coming. Also think this is caused by alot of businesses mining that have hug amounts of mining power. And no I don't do the solo thing I use p2pool but that's not the point.
The same thing is happening to the alt coins my friend. You're not the first person to come up with the idea to stop mining bitcoin. |

There really is no point in removing negative trust from newbies like this, especially not right away. I think there should be some waiting period (maybe 2-3 weeks) that needs to elapse when they can remain active in the community and contribute.
