Did you ever save the settings back to the wallet? I believe
Code:
setstakesplitthreshold 20000
tells the client to not allow blocks greater than 20k. Or is it the other way around?

Really? I was convinced it was the other way around... meaning
Code:
setstakesplitthreshold 20000
would prevent my blocks from becoming smaller than 20k  Huh

What do you mean by "saving the settings back to wallet"?

How can I check my current status and/or remove this setting altogether?

1422  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [HYP] HyperStake | High PoS | Secure | MultiSend | liteStake | Adv Coin Control on: June 22, 2015, 02:45:17 PM
Some time ago I was messing with the setstakesplitthreshold and set it to 20k.

I wonder if this has any influence on the freezing of my block???
1423  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [HYP] HyperStake | High PoS | Secure | MultiSend | liteStake | Adv Coin Control on: June 22, 2015, 02:36:22 PM
Guys,

I have a 138k block that is now more than 19 days old... And the wallet is still claiming to need an extra day to produce any stake!

Is this normal? Is the difficulty so high that a block this size has to wait so many days to produce a stake?

You are making me crazy. You accept that they steal your money. In other words you are happy that they are not stealing you ALL the money but PART of those. I have no words. Sorry for my reaction.

Let's end this conversation, shall we? We live in different worlds, and we speak different languages.

In a week or so, I will have recovered my initial investement and from that point on I will be making profit. I call this profit, you call it theft. There is no point in continuing this debate.

Take it easy  Wink

But if they don't give you the money you invested (at least those) where is the difference from the other "masters" that has stolen you before?

There is a major difference between paying less than "promised", thus increasing your time to ROI, or just running away with your money.

These guys are paying me back. Not as much as I wanted to, that's a fact, but they are still paying. The same cannot be said about GAW, LTCGear, Cointellect and so many others.

Let's hope is this but if the earnings are the same every hour (for a week with two difficulty) I don't think that the luck of the pool have to much to do. So you tell that if the luck of the pool will be greater the mine hourly earnings will go up. I will continue to monitor my earnings and I will not reinvest nothing just for understand if the earnings will go up or not. Let's hope that the "masters" are honest people.

I know my explanation is flawed but when you invest in a cloud mining company who refuses to share info or photos of the mining farm, you should be aware of the risks involved. They also removed the weekly earning estimation because people were complaining.

Having said that, I have been with them since January and appart from this last incident with the missing payout, I got no major complaints. Let's hope this continues to work smoothly, even with payout flutuations.

Happy you!!! If they are correct with the payouts but not with the amounts earned your invested money will have never return. I don't understand how you can justify this. They may not share nothing but they cannot be thiefs. If this happen I cannot understand your happiness. Sorry for being rude.

It's very simple: This is one of the very few cloud mining operations running without major problems and paying regularly. My relative satisfaction comes from that single fact: They pay! I have had some money simply stolen by some other companies... got it? Compared with the rest of the landscape, Cloudminr stands appart. At least, for now  Grin

Payout received!

Better late than never! But never late is better...  Grin

Thanks!

I have a question for you Trimegistus. The last two times the difficulty has gone down. Have you earned more from week to week (the last weeks) or less compared with the time when difficulty was up?

It is almost impossible for me to compare my earning on a weekly basis because I reinvest everything every other week. Therefore, I only get paid once every two weeks. But I can tell you I believe last two weeks the payout seemed somehow bigger than before. I just don't know exactly how much... Grin

Thanks. It should be. I am new (not in mining) and I invested in cluodminr.io hoping that the difficulty will be almost the same for some time and I will have the same earnings during this period. But seems that this week my earnings are less than the previous week. I have to wait the end of the week to be sure but I'm checking every hour and seems that my hourly earnings are less. Sent ticket to support but no answer. How is this? How is possible to contact the "masters" to have an answer?

Contacting the "masters" appears to be mission impossible Tongue

Concerning this weeks earnings, I'm getting the same results. Assuming Cloudmnr.IO is a legit mining operation, this is normal because a pool will not find BTC blocks at the same rate. Sometimes, even with lower difficulty, a pool might just run out a luck for a few days.

Did you get your payout Trimegistus?

I know they had some support issues in the past, but understood that this has been resolved.

I got my payout on time this week.

Nope...  Sad

No payout, no answer, no explanation, no apology.

This is starting to smell a bit fishy to me... Roll Eyes
1432  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: [ANN] CLOUDMINR.IO Mining Contracts || 50k users || As low as 0.0011 BTC / GH/s on: June 02, 2015, 12:13:59 AM
If your payout amount is above the minimum you should get paid automatically along with others I guess.

Otherwise it´s probably some issue that they´ll resolve.

I've been with them since January and this was the first time something like this ever happened.

What really botters me is the total absence of any kind of support.

Appart from not getting paid, of course!
1433  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: [ANN] CLOUDMINR.IO Mining Contracts || 50k users || As low as 0.0011 BTC / GH/s on: June 01, 2015, 11:01:58 PM
We're processing the payments right now. It will take 2 - 3 hours. The website does appear blank from time to time. We are in the process of upgrading our servers.

24h have passed...

My balance is still on site, instead of being in my wallet after yesterday's payout.

But I got no payout!

I sent three support tickets, but none was even acknowledged by the system. Of course, I got no answer.

I sent two PMs to the @CLOUDMINR.IO user of this forum, but got no reply either.

So, no payout and total silence!

Am I the only one having issues?

Anyone else?

Still waiting for this weeks's payout... Angry

Am I the only one? Huh

is your autoinvest "on" so you don't get any payouts!!

so turn off, check your btc payout adress

No, I'm not autoinvesting. They just missed my payout. I opened a support ticket but the system didn't register it. WTF?

who is the man behind?
trust the man to trust his compiled software

i would suggest to compile a linux/rasperry  wallet on ur own

OR use a prebuild wallet from a source u trust

update: its feldenthorne it seems i would trust this source BUT everyone have to decide by himself
every precompiled wallet not released by DMD Diamond Foundation is used on ur own risc

every precompiled wallet released by DMD Diamond Foundation is used on ur own risc too  Grin

I tottaly agree with you. I used his advices to compile the previous version of the qt-wallet on the RPI 2. I also took a look at his source and it look clean. However, each and everyone of us should be aware of the risks involved. I compiled my own executables, using the official source code and adjusting it with feldenthorne's tips.

I would change your rpcuser and rpcpassword now that they are public information.  Wink

Hehehe, already done that. But thanks anyway ;-)
1440  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [HYP] HyperStake | High PoS | Secure | MultiSend | liteStake | Adv Coin Control on: May 01, 2015, 04:18:58 PM
I'm now running the wallet with this conf file:

Code:
rpcuser=hyperfodaxHYP
rpcpassword=l3IeiH3OSwTuPriffksssfrfv026OQ7nQBvRaHOO5lz
rpcallowip=127.0.0.1
gen=0
daemon=1

I tried the "strictincoming true" and "strictprotocol true" commands but there was no apparent effect. I also tried to repair the wallet but there was no need for it.

This is really weird cause I've been running this wallet for a few weeks with no problems. But suddenly... it behaves like a very heavy app.

Any other sugestions?

Thanks!
