1421  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: A portion of my clothing store's weekly profit is invested in Bitcoin on: June 14, 2023, 05:40:08 PM
There's nothing wrong with your investment if you think it's good, but in the weekly income from your shop, is there another percentage where in terms of shop rental or other needs that also have to be set aside?

You should also know that investing in bitcoin comes with risks but I think you understand how bitcoin moves in the market and can observe that in each of those weekly buys or closer to DCA.

Why don't you accept bitcoin as a payment?

You can start small, generating a new address for every purchase in a mobile wallet (or even in a hardware wallet) and see how it goes.

I bet some customers will like the idea and you might even get a few extra sells. I don't think lots of people will be buying using bitcoin, but it is a start.
I think the OP is from Bangladesh, isn't that country prohibited for bitcoin, especially in payment transactions at a shop or as another medium of exchange?
1422  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC > 1M ? on: June 14, 2023, 04:47:36 PM
I don't know where this reasoning about bitcoin being worth $1M comes from. Somehow it seems impossible to me. So far, people don't have such a huge need for bitcoins. But if it's going to be in demand around the world, then probably 1M isn't fantastic.
It's still very hard to believe bitcoin reached the fantastic price of $1M, I don't know about the predictions that will come with a long time but it's likely that a lot of people will believe at this price because bitcoin availability is limited then that's what might be a higher value bitcoin.

Will the whole world evolve to bitcoin? I think it will be very difficult for a country to maintain their fiat as a medium of exchange and bitcoin may only be an alternative option, but then again I believe in the rapid change of bitcoin.

Arsenal are reported to be interested in Kai Havertz who has two years left on his contract at Chelsea [1]. Recently Real Madrid also were reported to be interested in Havertz but seems to have backed off after Chelsea tag on Havertz of 75-80m Euro around. 75m Euro was also reported to Arsenal and Arsenal also seems to uninterested in paying that much. But from Chelsea point of view, it is understandable given the price they paid to get Havertz from Leverkusen.

Reference:
[1] https://twitter.com/FabrizioRomano/status/1669002478086414336

That price is too high for Arsenal, even if Chelsea want to keep the price of £75 million, it is likely that Arsenal will step back and prefer the purchase of Declan Rice from West Ham over Kai Havertz, it was also said in Fabrizio's statement that Real Madrid would not pay more than £50 million for Kai Havertz so according to some media the price set by Chelsea is indeed too high.

It's possible that Chelsea will lower the price, it could be that Kai Havertz will target him more quickly, on the other hand, as long as Real Madrid don't want it to be too high because they are eyeing other strikers who are more promising than Havertz
1424  Economy / Economics / Re: Is poverty a lack of money? on: June 14, 2023, 03:31:11 PM
In the context of poverty, there may be many other things. I agree that poverty is not only in the form of money, which has other basic materials that must be fulfilled as a necessity of life.

But it is more correct to say that money covers everything and has greater power than food that is owned from plantation products or they have livestock, but they definitely need money for all the goods that must be purchased with what if they don't have them they cannot do it. anything, even with work in the garden, usually there is a wage that must be given, so money is very important.

But what we see most now is that many people perceive a lack of money as poverty.
1425  Economy / Economics / Re: Money is never enough! on: June 13, 2023, 07:26:27 PM
Many people always think that money is everything, in my country poverty is increasing so there are many crimes, and of course the main factor is money, many state officials have been arrested for alleged corruption, and the best thing is that we always think wisely with money.
Money is very important nowadays. but money is still money, namely only legal tender. So in the end we really have to be wise in interpreting this. and the most important thing is that we have to control ourselves personally, especially in terms of greed. because usually it's not money that's always not enough but it's ourselves who are always controlled by greed which always thinks everything is not enough and wants more and more. and it is also still true if we can earn money the right way. if greed drives us to do something that is not right then that is what we must avoid.
Everything now always needs money without this object we will not be able to live but with money people can be damaged because they cannot control it properly or use it wisely, yes because of greed that causes them to still lack everything even for other people with little money It's enough to leave us alone to determine whether we can live better with money or even grow more than before, this comes back to us and try with the money we have, we must have the principle of saving for the long term.
1426  Economy / Speculation / Re: Buy the DIP, and HODL! on: June 13, 2023, 06:39:55 PM
And keep in mind that Bitcoin does not have FUD, and what is affected by FUD today is Altcoin, which indicates that Bitcoin is the best choice, and the use of wallets in full control by yourself is the right lust in storing the Bitcoin owned. What happens now, I think we have to be aware of where we have to save our bitcoin.
I think it's useless we do DCA and do many strategies of buying Bitcoin, and get a cheap price but if it is still using in third party, the Bitcoin that we have has the potential to disappear.
Hopefully with this situation, more and more people are aware, Bitcoin is the right choice and storage with full control is a strategy for investment in bitcoin not in vain.
Bitcoin will only be attacked by people who don't like it, so they can spread FUD, an example like this new case where the SEC continues to accuse several exchanges that have an impact on bitcoin, of course there are still many people who believe in exchanges, try if they are aware of saving in a personal wallet, maybe not will have an impact down with the presence of FUD.

And hardware is the best wallet where to store your built-in bitcoins, although there are other wallets that can still be trusted as long as they store the private keys securely.

Your second point is quite good where we have to remind them without involving third parties because it will have a high risk, by building a DCA strategy it means we don't use exchanges anymore to store it, and it is best when a correction is to buy.
1427  Economy / Economics / Re: Landed properties is the best investment on: June 13, 2023, 06:09:54 PM
Real estate is an industry that will never fade away and is always in demand by everyone. Every individual has at least one dream that needs to be realized: a home for their family. Without a home, one cannot live comfortably. Engaging in a business related to a basic human need is undoubtedly promising, especially considering that property prices keep rising year after year.
Every individual wants the land property that they own because prices will never drop worse because what we know from year to year prices continue to increase, try to compare prices from 10 years back with current prices maybe it will be more than 10x that's what they believe in This business has a value that will never be subject to inflation.
A family really needs a house with a comfortable life for them, so the demand for land is increasing every year. Try to imagine how many people who are married still rent every year. That's how important it is to own a property.

However, there is a crucial aspect to consider. This business may appear promising, as long as the land in your country is free from war. War poses a vulnerability to the real estate industry, as nobody wants to reside in a conflict zone. So, take this into account to ensure you don't incur losses.
I think it should be avoided and choose a location that is peaceful in the country, so if it leads to a situation where the country is having a property price war there it won't sell, there are lots of buildings that are destroyed.
I'm sure many of them have locations that are very peaceful from any threats unless we have to know about locations that must be protected from flooding or other natural disasters.
1428  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto exchanges on: June 13, 2023, 05:24:13 PM
Hey, everyone   Smiley
I have recently started to be interested in the issue of cryptocurrency, please, tell me which exchanges are considered the safest and most convenient?
So you want to use an exchange which is a lot of advice with decentralized exchanges because it's not centralized like other exchanges, but I'm a bit hesitant for beginners most of them are choosing centralized exchanges even though I know many have gone bankrupt for example FTX and many others.

To be honest I only use centralized exchanges but only temporarily and don't put assets there, I use Binance and Kucoin it's fine but warning is always there because centralized exchanges will have control by the government because they have regulation.

I hope the OP can understand with the links shared by others.

1431  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin gift to wife on wedding. on: June 13, 2023, 04:23:53 PM
Does your prospective partner understand bitcoin so that when you give it on the wedding day he will understand the value of the bitcoin that is given? If you still don't understand, then this will be very difficult for your wife, especially in your country where it is illegal, of course your wife is too public with bitcoin investments, so this will be a new problem, as much as possible, you and your wife must be as private as possible for this if you want to do it.

I read an article about this and it exists but bitcoin is legal there so it won't be a problem while the wife who was given bitcoin already knows and understands how to properly store these assets.
Maybe you can reconsider with other assets. I'm sure your future wife will be happy with any gift from you.
1432  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Saudi Professional League 2022/2023 on: June 12, 2023, 01:33:01 PM
Ronaldo joining Al Nassr was a big mistakes as they'll be regretting not signing Messi which was their first choice. Ronaldo joined the club yet they couldn't win anything, they got knockout from cup competition and missed out of the league. Next season Ronaldo better helps the club in winning the league or he'll be cancelled meanwhile Messi will be celebrated and probably been made the ambassador of the 2026 world cup since he's now the most popular football player that's in the country. Already the club he signed for are getting positive returns from this deal as ticket for the full season are sold out at expensive prices.
I don't think Ronaldo has ever regretted joining Al Nassr they had enough good intentions so it was their choice, I know Ronaldo still failed this season because he couldn't bring any trophies and this club failed in all competitions but that doesn't mean Ronaldo has regrets because that and of course he has made a lot of contributions including to the team and also the fans are glancing at this SPL league.

About Messi it has been his choice to Inter Miami but I have never heard that he will be the ambassador for the 2026 world cup later even though it is very close to him, the real thing that Messi earns more money is that there are several clauses from other sponsors who are part of Messi.
Yeah Inter Miami has been selling tickets more expensive than usual but look at Al Nassr has sold a lot more jerseys including the broadcasting rights of the SPL league now it's even more extraordinary because of Ronaldo's popularity.
1433  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Easy or hard to quit? on: June 12, 2023, 12:48:27 PM
It really feels hard to stop because human nature is more greedy even if you have won a large amount and that money can change your life, but still in my opinion it is still very difficult for a gambler to stop.

I believe some have succeeded in getting out of gambling from big wins but most of them are still difficult to stop even though some people think that a lot of money can change their lifestyle but it depends on your discipline, but for me this is still difficult for me can't make money from gambling because this is for my pleasure in football betting and other games, so it's impossible for me to win millions of dollars because what I bet is small and it's still very far from that dream

But then I drained that $40 and stopped.

It is sad that I failed to capture the image of the bonus round where I won the $150 from the $5 free bet but I am happy that I am able to bag $160 winnings from the $5 free bet as initial bankroll.
Lucky enough for you from 5 free spins to bring a sizable win and bring luck in the 5th round as the last round to get 10 free spins.  Shocked

No need to be sad, you have shown a picture of the withdrawal and this is your pleasure to be paid quite a lot, especially from free spins.
I still haven't had much luck despite claiming the free spins several times, I'll be waiting for the right moment to play again.
1437  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Stake platform on: June 11, 2023, 03:57:10 PM
Obviously this is a ponzi scheme.

I am thinking to put 1 btc on their platform, but not before I get some advice from someone who used it already.
Thank you.
Why put 1 BTC in an unclear project, are you tempted by the percentages on offer, so it's easy enough for you to be tricked? Remember ponzi schemes don't get any better and platforms like this are clearly scams, you will be in for a trap if you deposit there.

If you have 1 BTC better hold it.
1438  Economy / Economics / Re: Try to save money while you still can, will you ? on: June 11, 2023, 03:14:21 PM
Almost every country is now suffering economically due to which people's cost of living is increasing day by day and various companies have laid off their employees. If I were in his place it would be really difficult for me to manage life.  Those who have no earning source know how hard life is, life of men without job is very miserable.Saving is a very important thing in people's life, those who have no savings understand how important saving is at some point. So every one of us should save money effectively in this case we need to save in some way from our needs.
That's why it's so important for us to have savings and investments while we still have income. Take advantage of every opportunity that exists so that we don't regret it in the future.

Saving is sometimes quite difficult to get used to. Sometimes we become too relaxed and forget not to save money when our economy is doing well. Even though we have to get used to saving behavior even when our economy is stable. so that we always have a backup plan and a reserve fund resulting from the savings and investments that we have made of every money we set aside from the habit of saving
Only lazy people ignore this opportunity, while people who have dreams will definitely think about the future with their savings and investments as long as they can still earn, especially at a very young age, so that's important and you have to get used to saving for long term needs or when ongoing crisis.

Actually saving is a trivial thing but it's hard for most people to do so they often ignore it, it's no wonder their souls maybe only for a moment when getting a salary from work is only spent for a month with unnecessary needs while saving is to create a reserve fund and it will be enjoyed when we can't work anymore maybe for old age later.
1439  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2022/23 Season on: June 11, 2023, 02:47:04 PM
It was quite unexpected because in reality, Inter had the ability to dominate the match but unfortunately, Inter were still not lucky to be able to beat Manchester City. So, because Inter were able to do well in the Champions League final, I honestly think Inter deserved to win because of the great effort they put in.

What's more, De Bruyne was injured again and then substituted before the end of the first half and at the very least, this incident is enough to make me worry whether Manchester City will still fail. But fortunately, finally Rodri was able to score a goal and it became the only goal in the Champions League final this time to bring victory to Manchester City and his success in getting the treble winner this season.
No one thought that Inter Milan's game would be as good as this, maybe some of you will think the same as me, it's just that Inter did quite well in the final with this performance, many praised Inter's game last night, especially at the last minute it was really tense for Manchester City but fortunately it can still be maintained properly.

I also felt the same when De Bruyne was taken off due to injury Manchester City would be a little difficult to deal with him but I have to praise Bernardo Silva who played quite impressively to make my defender Inter a little overwhelmed and in the end it was the only goal for Manchester City to win.

I see a lot of news about Manchester City's victory trending because of the new history they have written, as well as Haaland who was lucky enough to get everything in his first season at Manchester City.
1440  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The role of Bitcoin in eliminating unemployment in our country on: June 11, 2023, 02:18:51 PM
BTC and many other cryptocurrencies have helped decrease unemployment rates to a small extent around the world based on my research. Trading, mining, advertising etc are just some ways how this happened.
However, these jobs are unstable which is why they are risky in nature.
I believe that the existence of bitcoin and other coins can help them increase their finances, it can also reduce the unemployment rate and this is more possible if there is even more accurate data, about how to earn here, there are many ways and various advertisements and programs with expertise they certainly can produce.

Even though the work here is risky and unstable I think there are still many who survive and they can still make some money.

The signature campaigns on this forum is another perfect example.... People in 3rd world countries can live off the income of a weeks signature payments.  Wink
Of course with 3rd world countries able to help them with signature campaigns I think for example with a payout of $50 or so it's more than enough for a week.
