1421  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it digital gold? on: March 01, 2018, 08:16:03 AM
Bitcoin is like digital gold ........ is it correct? It is a transferable asset but not duplicable ..... do you agree? What are the points in favor and those against this statement? I would like a very analytical and specific arisposal.
By the way bitcoin is not a digital gold it is a digital currency. So it is not fair to compare it to gold a metal.

Currency also transferable and not duplicable so if you have any valid point to say this a digital gold then I will agree with you.
1422  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: How to find new tokens on exchanges? on: February 28, 2018, 06:37:48 PM
Hello,

how can we find recently listed tokens on exchanges? Coinmarketcap isn`t so fast in listing all exchanges which have recently added a token or coin.
You can ask them about the listed exchanges on their ANN thread but if yoi want the fastest reply then join in their telegram group and shoot your questions there. But most of the tokens are listed first on etherdelta exchange so you can check your token listed or not before searching for another exchanges.
Yeah, they will always be in the best position to give all that information and since most of them have their telegram announcement page anyway, that makes it pretty easy and any community member can as well ask any questions. And like you said, it seems Idex and EtherDelta now are the ones that quickly gets token accepted except for some of these shitty exchanges like Yobit and Hitbtc as well.
But recently there is a problem with the Etherdelta exchange,is anyone have issues with the etherdelta exchange recently?

It is always better to ask the devs for the listed exchanges but what we have to do is hold that token if we want that project to get succeed or the token will lose their value from the ICO price if everyone urges to exchange when it is listed.

1423  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: For a country still illegal against bitcoin? on: February 28, 2018, 03:07:12 PM

In some Asian countries bitcoin is very influential for people to invest. why it is still illegal for a particular country. to be more clear and can be received by the government like where?
I think the country Bangladesh and Nepal are the only countries banned the bitcoin in their countries but many Asian countries are in the legalization process so we have to wait for the respective governments to announce officially. In my knowledge there are only countries made bitcoin usage illegal in their countries.
1424  Economy / Speculation / Re: The price of Bitcoin and its further prospects on: February 28, 2018, 01:22:17 PM
The price of Bitcoin and its further prospects

The main crypto-currencies have struggled to maintain their upward momentum, provided earlier this week. Bitcoin fell again below the $ 10,000 mark, while Ethereum is very careful to exceed the threshold of nine hundred dollars.

Earlier this year, the Bitcoin dominance index hit a record high. Throughout the recovery period in February, the Bitcoin dominance index, which measures its share of the entire crypto-currency market, rose significantly to about thirty-nine percent, largely because of the fact that most of the currencies in the market followed the price trend of Bitcoin itself.

More
Actually the dominance of bitcoin keep decreasing from year to year it was around 51% in 2017 but later it went to 35% now it increased a little bit tp 39% so actually the dominance also recovering when the price increases but it is a good percentage of dominance it shows that people also start using altcoins too it is good for the future of bitcoin too,if bitcoin dominance increases too much then it will become unusable.
1425  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will courts forbid banks in denying service to Bitcoin? on: February 28, 2018, 05:28:35 AM
Israeli supreme court issued temporary injunction order forbidding a bank from halting the account activity of bitcoin exchange firm. This has been seen as a major victory of cryptocurrency industry and may set example to other businesses struggling to get bank services.
So given that, will courts of other countries follow suit in forbidding banks to deny services to bitcoin exchanges?
Share your thoughts guys.

https://news.bitcoin.com/israeli-supreme-court-forbids-bank-denying-service-bitcoin-exchange/?utm_source=OneSignal%20Push&utm_medium=notification&utm_campaign=Push%20Notifications
It is a good move from the Israel government but many government will not take action like this because most of the governments depend of the banks for the revenue so they will support the banks not citizen. But the regulation will give the permanent solution for this kind of problems. So no one can deny us from using bitcoin.
1426  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can maths help you win in gambling ? on: February 27, 2018, 05:23:13 PM
I just read one article that's about math can help you win at roulette game then i want ask with you all, did you believe math can affect to gambling games? i'm not expert in math so i don't know

No, not at all. Can't think on any circumstances in gambling where understanding math will give you an advantage. Besides, in some games like dice, the odds and house edge are clear and understanding math would do nothing. Perhaps the one thing math would do is steer us away from gambling by helping us realize how unfair a game in a gambling game (house edge).
If you analyze it carefully you will see that the house edge is in their favor and that would mean we have lesser chance of winning.
Not that we do not have a chance because we also win sometimes if we are constantly gambling, but notice that you will still gonna end up losing in the long run.

Well obviously the house edge is in the house's favor? It's not like they are trying to hide that fact Cheesy.. But simply stating that in the long run you'll end up losing, that does not have to be true. Some people could lose more and some people could lose less.. Some could hit the jackpot and end up with a good win. That's why it's called gambling.
The game like roulette is one of the hardest game to win and this kind of games are highly in the favour of gambling sites not for the players. But maths in gambling may help in winning but it will definetely help you in caluculating how much you lost in the games. Grin
1427  Economy / Gambling / Re: bustadice – Dilution fee lowered to 1% on: February 27, 2018, 05:06:20 PM
wow, the popularity of bustadice getting great, congratulations
@dev @yahoo I hope to be able to join the bustadice team again,  Grin Grin

I've just deployed an update that makes a few changes:
  • The dilution fee has been lowered from 10 % to 1 %. Investors that have paid more in dilution fees than they have gained have been refunded the difference in fee rate.
  • The maximum leverage has been lowered to 3:1.

Cheers Daniel. My tiny investment got busted out early on and now have some bits to gamble with.

every investment has the advantage and risk of loss. Do not ever invest if you can not afford to lose it. do not babble about your fucked investment

I was previously a member of the bustadice signature campaign team, until I was finally removed because of negrep. and today I am investing in bustadice
I never say anything about my investment that has come in, because there is time for us to make a profit
Yeah, bustadice is getting too much attention around the forum and I hope more new players will come and join in bustadice in future. At the moment the campaign is full but in future there maybe slots open so you can apply so wait for the chance, and I hope bustadice signature campaign also will be a long running campaign like other gambling signature campaigns.
1428  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is your Dice gambling strategy? on: February 27, 2018, 12:20:27 PM
There is no strategy involved in the dice gambling because it is pure luck based game so we can't do any strategy to win in a dice game but we may keep some strategies too keep our loses in limit by keeping limit in the betting amount.
1429  Economy / Economics / Re: Implication of regulation and the securities status on: February 27, 2018, 06:44:47 AM
Hi all,

just want to throw out a question. Whats your opinion on the regulation of cryptos to a securities status (global scenario) ?

As an example, in Switzerland the financial regulatory agengy FINMA has set regulations that will limit the possibilities for new ICO's and provide more safety for investors.
(see: https://www.finma.ch/en/news/2018/02/20180216-mm-ico-wegleitung/)

Resumed, I think it will be good for the market and future of ICO's but others think it will suffocate new startups. I would be very interested in some opinions on the subject.

Thanks

In my thoughts about the regulation of cryptocurrency in a country, it is better regulated than being banned. Regulations means no harm to investors and it gives security to the nation as well. It is made to minimize the crime that is involving in cryptocurrency like drug money and scam.
I don't think the regulation of crypto currency can stop the illegal activities but it is better than totally banned because people of that country can get the benefits it.But the regulation is not good new for the investors because if it was regulated then they need to pay huge taxes becaus most countries are charging the taxes upto 40%
1430  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: As a beginner is it too late ? on: February 26, 2018, 03:54:56 PM

1432  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Which coin do you think is best for gambling? on: February 26, 2018, 12:28:55 PM
Litecoin is also a good coin for the gambling website because the fee is very cheap and transactions are also happens faster when comparing to bitcoin but many websites are still not added any other crypto currencies that bitcoin hope they will do it soon then it will attracts more players towards their site.
1433  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: India taking measures to control crypto on: February 26, 2018, 07:07:15 AM
In the new 2018 budget of India under the Modi government, it is said that measures will be taken to control the spread of cryptocurrencies in India.
Is it good or bad? Comments.
Is he said like that, proof please. Grin

If it is true then it is good for the crypto currencies because India is a big populated country so other countries will follow their rules so the crypto currency will spread more over will result in price increase for all the currencies.
1434  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Government on legalising bitcoins on: February 25, 2018, 12:41:33 PM
I strongly think that government should legalise bitcoin, because it may become a great revenue source for the goverment by imposing taxes of more than 30% and it can develop our country in so many ways.
Definitely they will do not for the sake of country's development but for the development of their own wealth because many countries politicians are mainly involved in the corruption so they will make money out of everything that's why they are trying to implement taxes on bitcoins too.

But if they use that taxes in the right way then it will be great source to develop that country but 30% is very high so they have to implement the taxes at the affordable rate for both citizen and the country.
1435  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin will have a price of $50000 on: February 25, 2018, 09:27:19 AM
I don't think it will reach $50000 by end of this year because many governments are regulating the crypto currencies so the investors are afraid to invest on the bitcoin than before so I think it takes more time to hit $50K but I never say it is impossible.
1436  Economy / Gambling / Re: bustadice – Next Generation Dice (Ƀ 20 max profit) on: February 24, 2018, 06:20:31 PM

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2997443.new#new

I am running a chat game on bustadice right now if anyone is interested
Bustadice is really a nice game, I participated in this chat game and luckily we won 5277 bits each. I really enjoy the game it is highly fair and very simple to learn, surely many people will get more interested in playing this dice game site when they see the amount of income they could actually won.
Ohhh no,I missed to participate in that game and it is very good that 9 players worn 5277 bits each Smiley

Yeah bustadice is really nice game because my winning percentage is more in bustadice and it is much easier and user friendly looks will help even the new players to understand quickly.
1438  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 15,000usd at the end of Feb for Bitcoin?? on: February 24, 2018, 07:09:24 AM
It is not impossible, but less likely. February is almost over, only seven days left. With everything that is going on, and with so much fluctuation, I doubt Bitcoin could reach $15000.
Some people are still scared from last drop, because of that many will sell when they think its appropriate time. Because of that price will stagnate. So no, it will not reach $15k this month.

News that South Korea relax the grip around cryptocurrencies is good news indeed. But time of regulations is coming, and that will be cloudy days for crytpo.
Nothing is impossible bro,did you forget that the price of bitcoin at the end of 2017,but I didn't I still remeber that bitcoin jumped from 12K to $16K in a day so it may heppen now also because we still have seven days left.
But I don't think it will happen because in the beginning of every year the bitcoin is mostly in the down trend so I hope bitcoin can able to hit $15K in March or after that.
1439  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why i Feel Like Beggar after bounty campaign? on: February 23, 2018, 06:09:12 PM
hey friends,

I want to ask that why i Feel Like Beggar after bounty campaign? every Bounty Campaign (Mostly) i feel that i am a beggar... mostly time spend in every day on telegram chat or BTC bounty asking about token or reward distribution and they ignore... it is my personly feeling.
MMost of the bounties want us to work for them for free thats why they are doing like this, you can avoid these kind of feeling when you are working under a reputed manager the chance of happening like this is merely low.And some bounties are also uses escrows so you can read about their Op before joining them.
1440  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How much have you won/lost on bitcoin gambling ? on: February 23, 2018, 04:12:35 PM
How much have you won/lost on bitcoin gambling ?
and which sites did you play ?

start with me.. summing up all the wins/lose i did together.
and i lost about $1500 on rollin.io

what about you ?
I didn't calculate how much I am used in the gambling and most of us also not making notes of how much they lost or win from their gambling experience.
But recently I am only playing dice games at my free time and in the site itself says my winning percentage is 60% so I earned some money in the recent period but I don't know how much into the conversion of USD.
