During the industrial revolution back in the 18th and 19th centuries, many people were afraid that the industrialization and the massive implementation of machines would cause extremely high levels of unemployment. That didn't happen.
Nowadays, we are witnessing that same fears about AI. I don't believe that AI would cause big unemployment. Perhaps implementing AI could cause a boost in efficiency and cutting all the "bullshit jobs", that are a problem right now inside the big bureaucratic structures of the multi-national corporations. Most of the people will have to adapt and survive(by learning new skills).
The "average Joe" won't lose his working class social status because of AI. Grin
We cannot deny that in this era many jobs have been replaced by robots and AI. Therefore we are required to be more creative and able to develop abilities that are not possessed by artificial intelligence. As humans, we have emotions and the things that create innovation. We just need to control this skill while maintaining existence. It cannot be underestimated, even in my remote place, some people have been able to take advantage of what robots and AI offer to complete tasks. This means that little by little the shift is real and we can see it clearly.

See the machine industry, textile-producing factories and many more have taken advantage of the sophistication of the machine. So the point is, no matter how much we think about this shift, this fact will make our eyes wide open about the era that has shifted to an automated system.

This won't be a challenge any more for Ten Hag. Newcastle was defeated by Manu in the EFL cup finals with 2 goals to nothing, Newcastle would have been a challenge to Ten Hag if they were maintaining they pace they used when the season started. For now they are inconsistent and unpredictable. So far this season Newcastle have been unable to defeat Manu in all competitions. Casemiro will be missed in this very match but Fred can fit in to strengthen the midfield.
Manchester United only needs to win in that match and stay away from Tottenham, which is 1 point different. Enough for Manchester United to maintain 3rd place and become a club that really has even bigger potential next season. Tottenham will face Everton and in the last match won by Tottenham, so the opportunity for Manchester United really needs to be achieved in any way. Even though in the Carabao Cup Final Newcastle had to submit but at least this match will be very well utilized by E Howe's troops.

Perhaps this season is Napoli's perfect achievement. So I understand you are very confident in their performance. But the UCL is very different, maybe against Milan for Napoli is very advantageous. This is because they are against a one-country team. Mentally, Napoli are very confident, they lead the league with perfect results. Halfway through the season Napoli managed to win 2-1.
Agreed. Napoli has not yet faced a strong team from another league. The match against ac milan can't be considered as measurement if napoli is barely strong at this moment. That's why I'm feeling disappointed with the draw. It would be even better if napoli get an enormous challenge by facing another strong team like real madrid or manchester even bayern. That will prove whether  napoli's performance is still good when it comes to compete with a strong team in UCL or not. To be honest, i can't use ac milan as measurement to determine how strong napoli in UCL.
As far as i can see if napoli is always facing weak teams. Napoli has not yet faced team with stronge mentality in EPL like real madrid and bayern. I think that the result is going to be difference. I hope that benfica will win against intermilan.
The match between benfica vs napoli will be so good in semifinal
In my opinion, so far Napoli will definitely qualify and get a win from Milan. Therefore the next game we want to see and which club will face Napoli. It is very likely that Benfica and again Napoli will still be the top clubs to qualify for the final. If you look at Napoli track record, of course everyone knows that Napoli potential is huge to be able to reach the final later. So just look at the left side between Real Madrid vs Chelsea and Manchester City vs Bayern Munich which will be very difficult to predict.

PSG are seeing Rafael Leao move as an alternative to Messi. You know that there is a possibility that Messi could decide to leave the team. He isn't intending to extend his contract soon as it seems. Most probably we would see him being free agent and thinking about his future for some time. He would wait an offer by Barcelona to make a return as well.

Leao would be a really strong move for PSG honestly. He doesn't have the same playing style with Messi of course. But still Leao would keep the team very strong considering his performance so far.
However, it can't really match Messi, right? it just doesn't matter if we see Rafael Leao as the choice taken by PSG in anticipation that Messi is already feeling uncomfortable at PSG after failing to lead the club to qualify for the Champions League quarter-finals. Nothing should stop Messi from leaving and Mbappe also needs to take other options to broaden his experience. Letting PSG go their own way and making changes in every line will be a lesson for them going forward.
1425  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2022/2023 on: March 25, 2023, 01:43:02 PM
This will be a tough match for both teams and I think it will be difficult to predict who will be the winner. Newcastle's form has been on the decline lately but I think they are slightly better than Man United because they had positive results in their last 2 matches, while Man United only got 1 point in their last 2 matches. Even so, it does not mean that Newcastle will win this match because, after all, Man United is still a strong team which, of course, will also target a win to strengthen their position in the table.
I will look at their game history in the league cup match where Manchester United were able to beat Newcastle United with a score of 2-0. from that match it was clear that manchester united was able to end the match with a promising victory. but in the upcoming match manchester united will travel to the newcattle united headquarters which will make it a little difficult for manchester united to beat newcatsle united in front of his supporters. but anything can happen, I mean if Newcastle United loses their good form in that match, chances are that Manchester United will be able to steal points in this match.
Regarding the match between Manchester United and Newcastle, it will certainly be a test for Erik Ten Hag in extending his positive trend this season with the Red Devils. What's more, the potential to win is quite big and on paper Manchester United is superior. However, it seems that Casemiro will not be able to join to strengthen the midfield, which indeed cannot be replaced. Need an ideal option in midfield because, without a red card sanction, Erik Ten Hag needs to change the rotation of the game.

On Tuchel, great manager, ridiculous Chelsea sacked him. I’m not surprised he has ended up with Bayern. I have no idea why they sacked Nagelsmann though, he has done nothing wrong. They are doing really well in the CL, they are on of the favourites to win it. They are literally 1 point behind Dortmund in the Bundesliga and. Make Bayern favourites to overtake them and be German champions.

Sacking Nagelsmann does not make sporting sense, it must be either for personal reasons, maybe he has ill family or something. Other than that, he must have had big disagreements with the owners.
You are right, this is also my question so far regarding Bayern's dismissal of Nagelsmann. With the results of the Bayern Munich team's performance both in the Bundesliga and bringing their squad to the Champions League, I don't think it's ideal if Nagelsmann is sacked for no apparent reason. Although in the end Tuchel was elected and was not a problem for the Bayern squad. Tuchel still fits in at any club and could even deliver a win. However, the media has not fully provided a definite reason for Nagelsmann's dismissal.

And of all the clubs that qualify, maybe Napoli vs Milan and Benfica vs Inter will be a smoother path than watching the matches between Manchester City vs Bayern and Liverpool vs Madrid. As a strong competitor, Napoli are used to fighting Milan, even early next month in Serie A, the two will meet. So it's just a matter of looking at the difference in the strength of each one which is already very different.

Until now I still stand between Bayern and Manchester City. It is very difficult to make a choice where this season the two clubs have shown fantastic results. Whoever wins will have a big impact to continue advancing to the finals with full confidence.
1428  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2022/2023 on: March 23, 2023, 06:38:10 PM
I also noticed that Liverpool is a team of mood, if they do well from the very beginning, then they play with courage the whole match and do not stop until the final whistle. But if their game does not work out from the very beginning, then the match becomes very difficult for them and, accordingly, the result will also be bad. The exception of the last games is the game with Real Madrid, where after a good start they failed the whole match. City are in much better shape now, so I expect them to win this match.
Manchester City is undoubtedly the best team in the English Premier League but Liverpool are no less. Liverpool's recent form may have been poor but they can turn around at any time. Because we know form is temporary but class is permanent. Liverpool is a top class team.
There will be many possibilities that will happen in the Manchester City vs Liverpool match. This is a match we will see the outcome of unexpectedly. Liverpool just needs to play solid against each other and Manchester City needs to show aggressive play like in their last game to get the maximum score. Haaland will be the main focus of Liverpool's back line, but at least Pep Guardiola has prepared other options as bait.

So far Manchester City will be very dangerous to gain a lot of points and catch up with Arsenal. That is the only alternative for Klopp and will not give up easily just because he is 8 points behind.
1429  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2022/23 Season on: March 23, 2023, 08:44:57 AM
When Chelsea was drawn against Dortmund, many people overlooked Chelsea's superior performance in the Champions League compared to Dortmund's superior performance in the domestic league. In the end, we saw Chelsea triumph over them despite losing the first leg match. Experience counts in this league, which is why it's called the League of Champions.
Chelsea was almost making it by going to the next round if it's not caused by the goal in additional time that was eliminating chelsea last season. Chelsea will face king of UCL three times including upcoming duel.
As a former coach of chelsea and i think that if ancellotti is also aware about what's gonna be a weakness of chelsea.

Ancelotti urged its players to be careful against chelsea.
Both of them will be equally careful and alert because they feel that either Chelsea or Real Madrid will definitely show solid football. This is what is even more interesting meeting to reach the final has always been a subscription for Real Madrid. Likewise, Chelsea also needs to work harder. Graham Potter may not have much hope in the Premier League and his position is already very disappointing. Then this is the only chance for Potter to take back the fans' trust in him.
1430  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2022/2023 on: March 23, 2023, 08:34:12 AM
Can't predictable about the winner games between Manchester City or Liverpool because both team have their players in national team and potential can't return back to the team without any injured.

When you consider the squad depth in the both teams, you can always give the advantage to Manchester City and not just because of how good they have been this season but because they have a squad depth that if they were to be playing for Liverpool, they'll easily get into the first team and send whoever is playing in their position to the bench.

Manchester city has been so good this season that's making Erling Haaland get multiple hattricks this season and it looks like it's nothing. He's scoring hattricks in all the competition Manchester city is playing in. Form the premier league to champions league etc because of how good the team is.
In my opinion, this is the right time to show that Liverpool's condition is not consistently good. So far in terms of the squad and players who complete the strategy, Pep Guardiola is superior. However, let's see how Liverpool's front line, namely Moh Salah, Gakpo, and Nunez started the match against Manchester City. Everything can be seen when the three Liverpool players are on fire and able to play solidly, at least the goals that are created will be more even. Even so, if the three attackers are in bad condition, Erling Haaland, Mahrez, De Bruyne or Foden will make Liverpool unable to do more.
1431  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Arbitrum Hype on: March 22, 2023, 05:16:44 PM
Got a little drop of arb, but I will watch the market movement and see which point I could sell this, of course Im planning to earn from this airdrop using buy backs after the hype. Its always good to use fund from airdrop to earn more.
Personally, I would also do what you mentioned. As an Airdrop recipient, I would sell it for the highest price, and when the dump hits rock bottom, ideally reallocating around 50%-80% of the sales proceeds to buy it back on a long term hold. Arbitrum is L2 which is one of the many Ethereum scalability that deserves the attention of investors. They overcome the cost of Ethereum gas, and both investors, traders, and those who have always favored arbitrage will definitely choose L2 as an option.
1432  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Can old trading strategies work again? on: March 22, 2023, 03:24:48 PM
Thinking about how trading strategies need to always be changed and how one strategy may not work for a long time, what do you do with the strategy that you are about to change. do you just forget about it completely once a new strategy starts working for you? or do you keep it in remembrance for the future. If you have experienced this before; has any old trading strategy that you decided to apply work for you? Is it possible that old strategies may work in the future again?

There is no expired strategy because it all depends on how we are able to adjust the movement and put in the right strategy. You are right that trading strategies need to be changed but again that doesn't mean the old methods are no longer valid. If you are based on market behavior, of course there will be very various types so many traders make so many strategies to adjust pattern after pattern.
1433  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2022/2023 on: March 22, 2023, 02:33:51 PM
First time seeing the odds for Man City vs Liverpool and I'm quite surprised that Liverpool is the heavy underdog @5.2 on moneyline. I mean it's understandable that City will still come out as favorite but I did not expect it to be by that much. There seem to be no major injury on the Reds' side but I guess Haaland's recent five-goal fest at the Champion's League had a significant impact on the odds.
The rate given to Liverpool is very high.  It's surprising that there is such a big difference between last year and this year.  Overall, this was due to Liverpool no longer being seen as a favourite, after an unsuccessful year.  Manchester City is a strong team and I think they can easily beat Liverpool.  A coupon who wants to surprise according to the odds can try to bet in favor of Liverpool for a low fee.
However, Man City still will not consider Liverpool to be easily beaten. Like several matches Liverpool may perform poorly when they face lowly clubs, it's just that when their conditions are forced to face a big club and have the same popularity as Liverpool, ego and prestige to show poor performance are considered a burden. That's why Liverpool in the Champions League can qualify for the top 8. On paper, Manchester City are superior and can secure more points, especially Haaland who is on fire and able to keep up with Van Dijk's tight guard at the back.
1434  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2022/23 Season on: March 22, 2023, 11:48:14 AM
All the teams in the quarter-final round are very strong. There is no opportunity to think of any party as weak here. I think every team that qualified for the quarter-finals has the potential to qualify for the semi-final round.
They could beat their opponents in round of 16 with luckiness at some moments in two matches but to finally be eligible for quarter finals, they are all good and competitive enough. They have good experience and ability to play well in knock-out phase that is dangerous for opponents in quarter finals.

You're right, other than that the level of motivation to reach the semi-finals for each club will be anything but it could even be that we're going to see an unexpected club qualify. For example, Chelsea, which is still in doubt, also seems to be a little difficult to predict, so Real Madrid is really wary of Chelsea players.

There is another thing that has caught the attention, namely Manchester City vs Bayern Munich which are considered to have strong defenses against each other. Both Bayern Munich and Manchester city are quite balanced in their strengths and could possibly end in a penalty shoot-out.
1435  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2022/2023 on: March 21, 2023, 11:39:48 AM

After Arsenal's relegation from the Europa League, they are only focused on the EPL... With 8 points to spare against Man City, I think they will be League champions this season... Man City really have a lot of challenges where they need to perform well... I think the Champions League is more important for them...

We can say Arsenal as champions if Manchester City lose against Liverpool in the upcoming match precisely in April
But if Manchester City wins then Arsenal are not safe the race will continue maybe until the end of the season
Arsenal can be said to be safe if they leave Man city with a difference of 10 points.
With the current 8-point difference that Arsenal has, it's definitely not something easy for Manchester City to follow. Despite Manchester City's performance, I know Sefang is committing massive aggression. But they also still have to be able to secure the condition of their players for the continuation of the Champions League.

But apart from all that I will admit that this season Arsenal are really closer to the trophy than Manchester city. The remaining few matches will be very carefully considered by Arteta.
1436  Economy / Economics / Re: Scarcity of money on: March 21, 2023, 11:02:18 AM
Why is money not in circulation please?
I don't know if it's right to say there's a scarcity of money when the government can print money at will without thinking about inflation. When the back up of multi paper money runs out, as the policy they adhere to the dollar, the risk is only the value of the currency itself and affects economic income.

I was wondering what you mean by scarcity of money? or rather you do not have a source of income supported by skills.
1437  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2022/23 Season on: March 21, 2023, 04:25:55 AM
I think Manchester City vs Bayern Munich will be the toughest and most interesting fixture amongst all four games because both teams are strong and eager to win the Champions league trophy this season. I think that Bayern will try to mark Haaland aggressively since he’s City’s top scorer, but Pep will be expecting this strategy. I would like to see what strategy the managers will be playing on match day.

All the clubs that qualify for the Champions League have almost equal strength. Manchester City and Bayern Munich are of course giant clubs and in terms of their strength, there is no doubt. But I'm also still more interested in big matches like Chelsea vs Real Madrid, where the chances are more promising. As for the rest, Napoli and Milan will determine the Italian representatives, it is clear that Napoli has more potential.
1438  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Arbitrum Token Initial Price Speculation on: March 20, 2023, 03:31:23 PM
...Btw the 23rd will be the date when many exchanges will trade $ARB such as Mexc, Kucoin, Bybit, Huobi, and several others exchanges.

Today, Binance released an announcement of the upcoming ARB listing: "Binance will list Arbitrum (ARB) and tentatively set to open trading for these spot trading pairs at 2023-03-23 17:00 (UTC)" - https://www.binance.com/en/support/announcement/binance-will-list-arbitrum-arb-c9cae13aa4ed405e97af29da3e509b46. Such a listing on the largest cryptocurrency exchange should significantly increase the price of ARB.
Yes, that is our last hope which really wants to hear from the biggest exchanges. Until I calm down enough and make good use of the selling moment. Although this is the result of an Airdrop at least I am quite happy that almost all exchanges simultaneously announced $ARB. Maybe, as we already know, the Airdrop sender will actually sell, so I made 2 options by preparing capital as well as preparing tokens to sell.
1439  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2022/2023 on: March 20, 2023, 03:06:57 PM
He was given the freedom to buy players in the last transfer market, but the fact is that the players he brought were unable to make significant changes to the Chelsea squad. Maybe before that Chelsea's performance also decreased, but after he became a coach it meant he really had to be responsible for what Chelsea experienced this season. It won't be easy, but as a coach he should understand what this team really needs.
As a coach, of course he has to be responsible for the performance of his team. With clubs spending so expensive and spending a lot of money, he still can't figure out how to manage the team properly  in the Premier League is still chaotic and Potter still hasn't found a solution. away from him because management had believed in Potter for a long time.

Maybe we think this season Potter will not bring Chelsea any better unless he has to be able to stay in the UCL, but for next season we have to see Chelsea differently because they have looked at a bigger squad than this season.
It's even more ridiculous than buying striker Modryk with a record that is still said to be not very famous and the purchase is considered rushed. And what are the results? not at all so good for Chelsea's class who have many demands that their history in the Premier League and the Champions League needs to be at stake. Chelsea always gambles with their decisions and large purchases are considered just a waste.

So Potter's bet with Chelsea in the Champions League will be difficult, but let's see how they play against Real Madrid. As for the potential in the Premier League, it is clear that nothing more can be expected and tickets for next season are unlikely to get them.

I found some pretty crazy stuff done by Balaji, who is the co-founder of the Board and former Chief Technology Officer of Coinbase. On March 18 yesterday he held a bet on Twitter with several people, namely he bet that within 90 days Bitcoin will reach $ 1 million. It sounds extreme, but reading all the explanations about hyperinflation knowing this will be met by increasing the value of the dollar makes me quite optimistic. But again he is betting that in 90 days if Bitcoin does not reach $1 Million then he will voluntarily give USD money to the winner.

Make a long enough thread on twitter and you can see people's response to the speculation. https://twitter.com/balajis/status/1636827051419389952

I will quote the terms of the bet: Terms of the bet:
Quote
ideally someone can set up a smart contract where BTC is worth >$1M in 90 days, then I win. If it's worth less than $1M in 90 days, then the counterparty gets the $1M in USD.
