1181  Economy / Economics / Re: Concers About Going in Business with a Friend on: April 25, 2023, 03:47:31 PM
Many years ago, I heard the story of a man whose business partner did dirty. They were business partners for almost 5 years and the suddenly the business partner left with company's money. Even after several years, this man didn't recovered. He ended up sounding it as a warning to his kids never to go into business with anyone. The trust was destroyed and never recovered. This is just one of those sad stories.

On the other hand, there are many success stories of friends who went into business together and succeeded to together. If you have ever gone into business with a friend, what were your biggest concerns and how did work through it.
It doesn't matter how long the two of them have worked together even though it has been 5 or 10 years, but if you are a big advantage that has the opportunity to take it, then it doesn't rule out malicious intent. Moreover, driven by a need. In business there is no such thing as friends because business is still business, it has a structure and management that is planned and must be done legally on paper and to anticipate something like this happening so that legal action can be taken with strong evidence.

This is where the role of the business system works, the consequences of the rules need to be implemented properly. Don't just because he's a close friend doesn't mean rules can be set aside. Remember it's about business, and if you're one, you already know what needs to be done.

Pochettino might seem a more experienced manager considering his age and history as well but I can't say that Nagelsmann is the opposite. He has increased his experience level even more by managing a big team like Bayern Munich. He was doing pretty good in general there as well. Pochettino is one step ahead about one thing though which is that he played in the Premier League for many seasons before. But let's see what Chelsea's final decision will be. They were looking like they might prioritize Nagelsmann instead.
Previously, didn't Nagelsmann withdraw from the Chelsea coaching candidates? the news was even confirmed by the famous journalist Fabrizio Romano. But it seems that this is just a rumor that wants to bind readers and Chelsea as headlines for the past few weeks regarding who will be the next new coach, they will continue to update this news. But I think Pochettino is the only strong candidate left at the moment and there is no doubt about his experience having coached Spurs at the time. Even so, I still quite hope that there will be another candidate besides Pochettino so that Chelsea doesn't get the same result as now.
I think Nagelsmann or Pochettino would be more suitable to manage Chelsea than the current coach. Because Frank Lampard in terms of experience is still not enough. Therefore Chelsea needs a coach who really changes the composition of both players and strategy and more importantly, the coach's wishes are supported by Todd Beohly. According to rumors, most of the coaches who were sacked by Chelsea had a bad relationship with Todd Boehly or rather did not agree. Therefore, to equalize goals with one another, in my opinion, it is Todd Boehly who needs to fully support what the coach needs, especially regarding player selection.
1183  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2022/23 Season on: April 24, 2023, 05:32:28 PM
I think this time it will be different and it won't be that easy for Real Madrid as it was last year. The addition to Haaland to Manchester City clearly has made them a much better team as they eliminated Bayern Munchen that easy and Bayern Munchen had not lost a single game up until the faced Manchester City.

Also Real Madrid had an easy opponent like Chelsea as they did not go full power to beat them and we don't know the real power of Real Madrid but for me this time Manchester City is going to qualify and why not have a go to win the Champions League.
Well, everything has a possibility even if you are optimistic about Manchester City in the end, no one knows. Indeed Manchester City this season is quite convincing and not only the Champions League trophy and other competitions such as the English League they are favored even though Arsenal are currently leading but Manchester City potential to follow is very promising. Then in the FA Cup final against Manchester United as well as a trophy that is closer to achieving. So if this season Manchester City wins 3 trophies at once, it will record them in new history as the Treble Winner.
1184  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2022/2023 on: April 24, 2023, 04:53:45 PM
Tottenham Hotspur management should better look for good coach in the Summer, it's obvious they can't qualify for the champions league next season, they lack good coach to lead them to top four of the league, Newcastle is in top form ,same with Manchester United. So it's be difficult for Tottenham to finish at top four.
But there is still a possibility for Tottenham to qualify for the Champions League if the goddess of fortune is on their side, after all for now the top four positions are still being fought for and if you say it is difficult, it is difficult for Tottenham to qualify for the Champions League but there is still a slight gap when Newcastle make a mistake. then Tottenham still has a new hope.
As for the coach, it seems that you are right in saying that Tottenham does not have a good coach so they must prioritize finding a better coach next summer so they can have at least the chance to lift the championship trophy.
And unfortunately Newcastle will not let that happen. We hope that there will be a miracle, although of course we cannot rule out the fact that Newcastle really will do everything they can to reach the Champions League they have always dreamed of. Tottenham have experienced many problems and competing this season with Newcastle is quite difficult. Let's see the results of the Manchester United vs Tottenham match and it will be an opportunity that Harry Kane and his friends are thirsty not to waste.
1185  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2022/2023 on: April 23, 2023, 05:17:25 PM
After watching this horrendous match for Tottenham I don't give them any chance to finish the season in top four. That performance especially in the first 20 minutes of the match was terrible I mean.

Newcastle were playing like they had a very weak team against them in the match. Of course Tottenham were doing really bad in the recent times but not this much bad in the end. They can't have any explanation for this terrible performance in defense. Kane was the scorer of the only goal as usual and he must have been very angry at his team for this performance here. Newcastle and Manchester United are more deserving teams for top four at the moment. While there is a six-point gap with Tottenham they can both qualify for the Champions League.

Tottenham has been inconsistent during this whole season, one good performance was backed by 2-3 bad performances and this has been the case with them, that is why I am not surprised at all at this result although I must admit no one of us expected Newcastle to score 6 goals against Tottenham as their attack has not been that brilliant during this season while they scored a maximum of 2-3 goals in most of their games.

I don't think Tottenham deserves to be in Champions League, they did not show anything during this season there and I think it would be better for them to try their luck in Europa League where teams are somewhat easier to compete against.
Yes, I agree there is nothing strange about Tottenham's defeat, in this match Newcastle managed to hold them from going any further. This a satisfying result for Newcastle, at least their performance is starting to improve, and they will continue to compete with Manchester United. The last time Tottenham met Newcastle the result was the same, namely a loss. So far Tottenham has not been able to do much. Next week's opponent is Manchester United and statistically, the two of them might be able to draw or the advantage is in favor of Manchester United.

In my opinion, pep Guardiolla will not fail to take revenge in an opp unity he meets Reaal Madrid in this season's UCL. Last season, I will say that Guardiolla and. His boys were dealing with a little inexperienced challenges bit the squad was quite okay to win the title though not as good as this season's. The mindset that Manchester city holds now is very far from that of last season and I believe pep Guardiolla will leave no stone unturn .
Although personally I stick to Real Madrid to win the Champions League. However, I also don't close my eyes that Manchester City is on a positive trend this season. So, because this meeting will be very emotional and based on the stability of the two teams, of course we can prove that in the match later. Madrid, with its experience, was able to control its mentality even though it was filled with several young players, Rodri, Vini, and Camavinga. At least there are senior players who have gone through many Champions League finals such as Kroos, Modric, Benzema, and Carvajal who can motivate and calm anxiety against strong clubs.
1187  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: April 23, 2023, 11:00:05 AM
True, what Paris Saint Germain has to do is change the whole team, not just make changes on the front lines. It's useless that their front line is very good but in the midfield and back they are weak. Focusing only on star players will not make them better, they need to make transfers according to what is needed, not just look at their status. There are several star players who failed when defending PSG, not just one or two players.
No matter how ideal PSG's front line is, it cannot prove capable of winning the Champions League trophy because PSG always misses its midfield. What they have done is good enough, but it cannot be said to be perfect if they only focus on the front lines with the superstars. So if you really want to have that mentality in the UCL, solid players also need to be implemented on every front. Reflecting on the clubs that have beaten PSG, of course we can see from the midfield that was built to play solidly.
1188  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: April 22, 2023, 01:33:26 PM
Nagelsmann is such a good coach and I still did not understand why Bayern Munich sacked him. To be very honest with us, assuming Nagelsmann was the person that took Bayern Munich to this battle against Manchester City, the result would have been different. I support Nagelsmann for withdrawing from the Chelsea race. Chelsea does not only have performance problems, but they have management dominance. It will not be fine to put himself under such a pressure, it is not every coach that gets result under pressure. What Chelsea needs is old hand coaches like Pochettino or Mourinho to instill discipline and consistency in the team.

I hope you recall that Tuchel's takeover from Nagelsmann resulted in their Bundesliga topping. they have being second in the standings throughout March, Tuchel turned things around, and they have been ahead of Dortmund by 2 points ever since even though the margin isn't that big, they have been relentlessly pushing forward. I believe that a team's victory depends entirely on their performance on the field, regardless of how well the coach trains them, not all players will execute the instructions accurately.
Tuchel leadership cannot be compared to Nagelsmann who has led Bayern Munich for a long time. Likewise, the results that Bayern Munich has achieved while with Tuchel are still not enough to prove his leadership. So so far Tuchel is working his way up and he should definitely be able to deal with this from time to time. Everything needs a long process and it's impossible in a short time. It takes a match between the wishes of the coach and the players so that a solid collaboration is established.

Regarding Chelsea, I hope that so far Lampard has not really been able to improve things. What's more Todd Beohly will always take a trainer he can control. For example, one of the reasons for the dismissal of Tuchel was the result of the dissimilarity of goals between the two.
1189  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2022/23 Season on: April 22, 2023, 01:14:02 PM
Again we will be shown an interesting match in the semifinals. 2 representatives from Serie A, 1 from England and 1 from Spain. What's interesting is that it's been a long time since a Serie A team has been able to compete strictly in the Champions League since its golden age. Now they can be counted on to be able to win the title again in the Champions League. It will be very interesting if a Serie A team can win the title.
But don't forget that the opponent will not be a club that can be easily beaten in the final. Certainly so far, even though the Serie A representative team has been able to reach the Final, it feels like this moment is still not fully capable of overthrowing the representatives of England or Spain. An imbalance occurred in this semifinal where Milan and Inter should have been separated, that is, it would be more suitable to cross between Madrid and Inter or Manchester City against Milan. So that it can prove that the Serie A representative is capable of lifting the trophy again.

Arsenal must have just decided to give first place to Man City because I have no explanation for last night's game against Southampton... Man City have two games in hand and a five point difference... I think there will be a new leader in the EPL soon...
Perhaps Manchester City is simply too strong this year, and Arsenal did their best to take advantage of their initial struggles at the beginning of the season. Therefore I would not say that Arsenal is easily giving up the first place since they are doing their best. Yesterday's match is just football regardless of the fact that Southampton is currently at the bottom of the standings list. So what i see is either Arsenal gave them less importance and did not expect them to be a threat, or Southampton is trying to avoid falling to the EFL so they played with everything they could.
Manchester City is striving to win as many trophies as possible this season and win every match. But I believe that if Real Madrid can stop them in the UCL it will affect their performance in the Premier League as well with Guardiola’s philosophy . Other than that in my opinion nobody can stop them.
The fact is that you can't deny that currently, Manchester City has 2 games to play while Arsenal has thrown away 2 matches including all three with a draw. Meanwhile, the remaining 2 matches are against Arsenal and against Fulham. Automatic Arsenal is much more depressed even though they already have 5 points which should be farther away. After all, Manchester City's results in the Champions League will not affect anything to stay optimal in the Premier League. Because so far Pep Guardiola team has been mentally quite under control. Like it or not, Arsenal's position is increasingly threatened and one cannot avoid the fact that 3 matches did not get optimal results.
1191  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Europa League 2022/23 Season on: April 21, 2023, 01:04:35 PM
Manchester United are rubbish... I don't understand how they couldn't even score one goal... I'm sure a lot of gamblers lost money yesterday just because of them... Sevilla certainly played well yesterday, but Man U amazed me... Both matches played so horribly... They don't belong in EPL but in Championship...
A busy schedule and a storm of injuries made Manchester United's performance slump. The line-up that was installed by Erik Ten Hag had no other choice. Following the fall of Manchester United from the Europa League, maybe the positive point is that they have sufficient rest schedules and can focus on the Premier League. But to be honest, looking at their game against Sevilla, it is clear that the game was the most disappointing, including the question that must be asked of Erik Ten Hag, why do you still entrust the captain's armband to Maguire?

Manchester United's sales season later his name will definitely be on the list. The demands of the fans were never approved. And includes another solution for Manchester United to become a great club, namely minimal ownership and the most suitable to manage Man United must be the Arab.
1192  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Europa League 2022/23 Season on: April 20, 2023, 07:54:41 PM
Based on the game in the first half, Manchester United really lost their strategy and defense without Martinez, it was very easy for opponents to penetrate. Difficult even though the midfield is solid but there are quite a lot of gaps at the back. The aggregate that should have belonged to Manchester United instead turned into Sevilla's. The formation of the attack line is also not perfect because Rashford absence makes it unstable.

Second half Erik Ten Hag must be able to evaluate if he wants to catch up. Playing at homemade Sevilla able to dominate the field. Do you think Manchester United can comeback in round 2?
1193  Economy / Economics / Re: Bans on crypto now looks like a joke on: April 20, 2023, 04:24:56 PM
I think all the leading countries will soon find a compromise that will satisfy everyone. I am sure that the heads of state will control the industry so as not to harm their financial system and later there will be integration in the role of conventional payments. A total ban is not a solution, it's just not a desire to understand the new technology which is of interest to people.
The point line is still back to the benefits of incoming financial control. And when the government cannot provide other alternatives or cannot be affiliated with the centralized exchange, then the flow of incoming and outgoing funds still cannot be fully controlled. Except those who are willing to agree to KYC/AML. The banking system will support its disapproval of costly crypto adoption.
1194  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2022/2023 on: April 20, 2023, 02:20:43 PM
Well Manchester City has the potential to secure 3 titles at once this season in the next 2 matches Man city will face an important match
FA Cup Semi-Final and Premier League matches against Arsenal if Man city can get through this match then the potential for a triple winner will be even greater.
It's true that Manchester City's chances of winning the treble winners this season are so great, but I think I can only see the FA Cup title that they can get at the moment and for the other two competitions it's still not certain because the opponents are still quite strong. This week Manchester City will only play the FA Cup semifinal match against Sheffield and the EPL match against Brighton has been postponed, perhaps because Manchester City's busy schedule of matches has made some players feel tired if they have to compete in three different competitions during the week.
It is difficult to stop Manchester City's movement in every game. They will always give their all and win trophies in all leagues. Manchester City's positive trend will not stop here, Arsenal seem to be overwhelmed and worried about Manchester City's performance which is able to show its maximum performance and all of this is thanks to team cooperation including the contribution of Haaland who is in top condition. Any club will easily be eliminated, even the Champions League seems to be close to Manchester City if it is able to get rid of the defending champion Real Madrid. Even then, with the condition of being able to conquer Madrid. lol
1195  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2022/23 Season on: April 20, 2023, 12:49:04 PM
The highly anticipated semi-final match between Real Madrid and Man City. The winner of this match will definitely be considered the Champion by a large percentage. Real Madrid has been fortunate enough to make it this so far, having faced off against Liverpool in the last 16 who have not in form, and having a bad season. If City manages to claim victory over Real Madrid, then AC Milan/Inter will have no chance of taking home the trophy. I believe that it's finally time for Manchester City to lift up UCL trophy.
Everyone is optimistic that Manchester City will win the Champions League, in fact Manchester City has even reached the final several times but failed. So this time it's back again that football is full of unexpected surprises like Napoli which was thought to qualify but in fact, had to turn around. From a game standpoint, we admit that Manchester City is the best this season, plus Haaland, who is the key executor, clearly cannot be underestimated. But is that enough? we are not only talking about the aspect of play or quality because in terms of the UCL mentality of course the Madrid players are much more used to it and know what they are doing now against big clubs as well as very dangerous opposing players. So even though most people favor Manchester City, I think there is still a gap that Madrid can occupy to stay ahead despite their instability in La Liga.
1196  Economy / Economics / Re: Bans on crypto now looks like a joke on: April 19, 2023, 07:26:51 PM
Which country between these two would you rather see welcoming crypto and fully embracing Bitcoin? China? The United States?
Personally, big countries like China, the US or Russia are better off being neutral than having a share, because what I see is that countries like that will always look at it from a profit standpoint and control it from within. Therefore, if the position is neutral crypto growth will be much more stable without the interference of big powers. Maybe some of us see it when countries like China and the US are crypto-friendly to have a big impact on adoption? may be true but the US and China have a much broader goal which is to control every financial transaction entering every exchange at any time if it is to pass regulation. That is what we need to fear, not only from the positive side but the negative side where anonymity has completely disappeared.
1197  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2022/23 Season on: April 19, 2023, 05:38:04 PM
I can't believe that Napoli is gone. I honestly believed that they had a chance to win it all, a small chance but it looked quite possible. My idea was that they would beat Milan because they were better in the league, and Inter as well for the same reason, which would see them on the finals, and that is a single game so anything could happen on the final game. That was quite possible and even likely, right now not only they are not at the finals but they literally lost at quarter finals to Milan, a team they have so much more points on the league and yet they lost here.

It's a shame really, I wish we have seen them in the finals, that would have made it a lot more fun to watch overall. Hopefully we will see a big game between Milan vs Inter at least.
Victor Osimhen couldn't do much, maybe if he had played from leg 1 the results would have been different. But it had to happen, inevitably Napoli accepted defeat. Even though Oshimen gave a goal contribution in Leg 2, of course it wasn't enough because there was still 1 point left on aggregate. Not only you, but even all active gamblers also drop their bets on Napoli. This result will be quite ideal for Milan, who have long missed the Champions League semi-finals.

So who will Milan face? Inter and Benfica in the end will be a difficult journey to continue to the top of the final. With the advantage of Leg 1 for Inter, they still can't make them safe, therefore in this match, both teams will definitely do everything they can to get a ticket to the semi-finals.
1198  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2022/23 Season on: April 18, 2023, 07:54:22 PM
So far, in the first half Chelsea repeatedly pressed and almost scored a goal. They just need a player who can complete the finishing touches. It was very clear that Chelsea's performance was made as much as possible to excel. Madrid must show the same performance in the second half.
Again Napoli bowed in the first half, and Milan ended it with the opener. This means that Napoli will no longer be able to avoid it if they have to go home and return to focus on the League. It's hard to believe that most people think of Napoli as a strong candidate, but you have to realize that the DNA of the Champions League is in Milan.
1199  Economy / Economics / Re: Why America Can Be The Biggest Economy In The World? on: April 18, 2023, 06:40:43 PM
My question is what are the factors that make the United States the largest economy in the world?
This can be answered when we flash back to World War 2 where the US was the main pillar behind the end of World War 2. If you have ever heard of the Bretton Wood agreement, you must know that the contents of the agreement were the US that changed the gold standard to US Dollars. Furthermore, after the end of World War 2 when other countries experienced enormous losses, the US stood as a country that provided loans. From that step, the US had begun to dominate the economy of each country because of debt in the form of Dollars and Gold, which the US did have a large supply of.

And from borrowing funds to restore the country's economy due to World War 2, the role of the US does not end there because as a country that has natural resources, controlled infrastructure management, as well as imports and exports of goods will return to the US. Simply put, you are the owner of the money and the car manufacturer, and then loan money to a friend to buy a car in your own shop. Isn't it profitable besides the profit from selling your car, you also have the profit from the loan.

That was the picture of the US at that time and until now such a system is still continuing.
1200  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2022/23 Season on: April 18, 2023, 03:39:44 PM
Surely many will favor Real Madrid in this match. Because everyone also realizes that Chelsea is really getting worse at the moment. Even Lampard has not been able to get good enough results for Chelsea after he became coach at Chelsea until the end of the season. But I don't think Chelsea will let this game go easy for Real Madrid. Chelsea, as the host, also did not want to disappoint their supporters again. so Chelsea's motivation in this match should really be very high.
Well, however Real Madrid must remain vigilant with all possibilities. Because this match is Chelsea's last match in the Champions League, that way they will do anything even if they have to play quite hard. Nothing is impossible, although I remain optimistic and on the path of Real Madrid. Especially after having 2 points in Leg 1 of course for Madrid, this match will continue to play as usual to optimize the goals as best as possible.

You are entirely right, just because someone was a successful player it doesn't mean he is also a successful coach however there are many coaches who were successful players before and Zidane is one good example of it. But Lampard is not really a successful coach and he didn't reach any achievements yet.
Regardless of that, I think no matter if Lampard is coaching Chslea or another person because Chslea is not in a situation to bear Real Madrid.
Lampard arrival in such a short time to target the Champions League is clearly very difficult. He is required to manage a team that has to be ready against a stable club like Real Madrid, so the results will be quite bad. It is evident that Lampard is still trying various strategies, while Madrid already has a plan that is quite far from Ancelotti.
