1421  Economy / Lending / Re: .1 loan request for .125 back by 8/13 on: August 11, 2015, 11:04:35 PM
you won't reach Sr. Member by September even if you post 100 post per day. there's a limit on how much activity can increase per two weeks. read this.

maybe your account isn't worthless but it sure as hell isn't worth 0.01 either.
*Stated red= Did you mean 0.1 BTC  Tongue

nope. I really mean 0.01.
I'm not sure how much people will pay for a member account with negative rating, but I know it won't get past that amount.

Ups, you mean it so.English isn't my #1 language, so I translated it to myself wrong.Members price are going from 0.04 BTC to 0.1 BTC.Depends on posts quality, activity points,trust...
i think 0.1 is a rather hjigh price for a member account, maybe if it was JUST about to turn full member and had outstanding post quality, maybe it could go for 0.1, maybe. however, in this case, the account is near worthless with the negative trust factored in.
1422  Other / Meta / Re: QuickSeller Forces You Into Using Escrow Scam! on: August 11, 2015, 09:54:04 PM
Not accepting escrow and asking the other person go first often earns the member a negative rating. It doesn't prove that the person is a scammer though and I've often been voicing my opinion about that as I did the same when I was new here. If not Quickseller, then another DT member would have left you a rating and this thread does seem suspicious though: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1142024.msg12052824#msg12052824
trust =/= scam, people seem to be forgetting this fact. negative trust ratings being left means you do not trust this person, not that the person is a scammer.
1423  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Alt Account of a Scammer on: August 11, 2015, 09:03:50 PM
I wonder what the connection is that BadBear found. When it's only that BurgerKill and Somekindabitcoin used the same IP and/or browser then it might be explainable as seller and traded account.
possibly a link from this address or another that he used in this thread? https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1133424.msg11956633#msg11956633
1424  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Alt Account of a Scammer on: August 11, 2015, 09:00:28 PM
I think what happened was the first owner had no affiliation with this; the second owner (the scammer) bought the account, and then sold it to me via Somekindabitcoin.
its fairly obvious considering the sudden surge in posts from that account right after it enrolled in the bit-x campaign, but afaik he got paid ~.35 BTC before he was tagged on that account, and most likely used that money to buy a new account. that being said, im keeping my eyes open for a potential (new) alt.
1425  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Alt Account of a Scammer on: August 11, 2015, 08:38:55 PM
although the account is abandoned (it seems), this account is an alt as well according to BadBear: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=266213
1426  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Do you use cash back sites? on: August 11, 2015, 05:05:06 AM
Never saw this before but looks interesting and although the amount of cashback is not so great but it doesn't hurt to receive whatever little amount you get back as you're not doing anything special and just buying what you'd purchase anyway, definitely worth giving a shot and if they payout or not, I guess will just have to try them the very next time I purchase anything from the companies listed in their store and see if they do or not.
i try to use gyft to buy gift cards when i can, if its convenient. you get a small % cash back on all purchases, and if you use the gift cards on a regular basis, the amount adds up; i think ive gotten 30$ in cash back gift cards on the site so far.
1427  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: NewBee - How to turn my real money into bitcoin so i can purchase things online on: August 11, 2015, 04:58:02 AM
You can buy Bitcoin through an exchange. from there you can send them to your wallet and start shopping.
You can try Bitquick, or circle. I believe it is the fastest and safest way to buy Bitcoin.

last time I checked all those service sites, like coinbase are horrible.

from like support, and verification process etc. the support for coinbase is just a email address and they dont even reply back sometimes lol.
i wouldnt recommend coinbase either way, they are known to track how users spend their funds, and have reported dark net market spending of a user to the police in the past as well. if anything, use circle.
1428  Economy / Lending / Re: .05 loan request 8/9 to be paid no later then 8/10 on: August 11, 2015, 04:29:34 AM
This scammer gave me a false negative feedback without any reason.
shouldnt matter in the long run anyways, and im also thinking op is just an alt of manyproofs, seeing how he cannot seem to prove that his loan to manyproofs was repaid, especially seeing that a repayhment address was not specified in the thread where op took out a "loan."

Don't you think, its weird. " ManyProofs " funded my loan 2 times and also gave my a negative if OP is really an alt of " ManyProofs ".
either way you put it, if op is an alt of manyproofs he shouldnt be trusted, period, considering the likely possibility that manyproofs is just lending to alts to try and boost rep, while selectively lending to some individuals that he knows he will get repayment from (you). on the other hand, if op is not manyproofs, he cannot come up with proof that he has repaid his loan.
1429  Economy / Gambling / Re: Casinos with option to invest? on: August 11, 2015, 04:21:37 AM
I rarely find casinos that allow you to invest.
Investing in any casino or dice site is risky as the owner can run away anything with all the investor's fund.
you could try investing into moneypot's bankroll, it provides the bankroll ofr a number for gambling sites including plinkopot and betterbets, and makes investing incredibly simple with constant updates and transparent statistics.
1430  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: is gambling fix your life? or wreck your life? on: August 11, 2015, 04:14:56 AM
Actually it's wreck my life, i'm losing so many bitcoins and real money. And now i can't continue my college because my money all gone. I'm trying to stop gambling but it's really so hard, always someday i gambling when i promise myself to not gambling anymore.  Cry

Sorry about your situation, the sooner you accept you have a gambling problem, the easier it will be to fight the addiction. Not sure where you are from, but you can find more information on here: http://www.gamblersanonymous.org/ga/

Maybe you can locate a group nearby that can help you. The first step is admitting you have a gambling problem, which you pretty much did with your post. Now it is time to take action. Good Luck!
to me it sounds like he doesnt want to stop; he has already admitted that he has a problem with gambling yet makes no attempts to actively stop himself or restrict himself from gambling. that being said, i doubt he will take steps to contact people that can help him with the issue.

Hey
Can talk in a more polite way.
And its metioned probably alt.
They are not even confirmed!

coming from tomatocage, "probable" might as welll mean "99% is," he doesnt say stuff like that without a really good reason to believe that you are the alt of the mentioned individual.
1432  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: im new here hope someone can help earning BTC on: August 10, 2015, 08:42:44 PM
im here to earn
i do this on my free time
i dont work i dont study
i hope someone can help me earn BTC as fast  as i need to help my family
you have to start working then. i think any other job that pays in fiat will make you more money
unless he manage to create an extremely successful casino or create a business that is useful for all people and that would bring him money from fees
creating an app on the moneypot api can be very profitable; you risk nothing, and you get paid regardless of the players winning or losing. considering doing this myself in the future actually.
1433  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Did you earn some bitcoin today? on: August 10, 2015, 08:41:24 PM
sig campaign bot paid out today, didnt really expect it to though... but its a nice surprise anyways, a nice 0.08 sitting in my walllet.
1434  Economy / Lending / Re: Need a 0.02-0.05 loan, got collateral on: August 10, 2015, 07:52:50 PM
paypal & bitcoin = bad idea
he might as well go on virwox and buy the coin he "needs," no one here will lend or sell bitcoin for paypal funds to someone without some established trust.

Virwox worked for me.

i would not recommend that service. google.
it should be a last resort if anything, if and only if all other methods are either unavailable or have failed. its not the worst though, 10% fee and 48 hours to withdraw money; could be worse.
1437  Economy / Services / Re: Need poster pay in BTC !! on: August 10, 2015, 05:19:19 PM
so are you offering to pay people to have them farm accounts for you, or paying people to farm a signature campaign on one of your accounts? if its the latter shoot me a pm with the specifics.
1438  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Beginner here on: August 10, 2015, 04:23:26 PM
Hello ,
I`m a beginner here even if I gain a small amount of BTC with faucetbox .
What else show I do ? I don`t expect bigger gains but at least more than I gain with faucebox .
Also , I use xapo to store my BTC . I need to know what do you use to transform that BTC in dollars to transfers in paypal .
I used virwox but maybe I am missing other sites .

So, you ask some how to eanr BTC right? You can check this out: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1006151.0 read carefully.
Don't use web wallet for store big amount of your coins, my advice is use Electrum.
Why you need a paypal when a Bitcoin is better Cheesy

then how should I get my BTC in my bank ? Is there a better way ?
you mentioned paypal in the op, and if youre looking to buy bitcoin with paypal money, virwox might be the place for you to look towards. however, be warned that it does have some high fees.
1439  Other / Meta / Re: Is there any way to recover PMs on: August 10, 2015, 08:38:35 AM
Is it possible for bad bear to dig the messages which are deleted permanently because deleted by both parties sender as well as receiver.

If theymos can't do, then BadBear can't. However, theymos maybe able to dig a backup and restore your PMs but I don't think he would be willing to spend that much time though its worth asking! It maybe better to tell the date of the PM(s) you want to restore, so he will know which backup.

Does BadBear has access to forum backups?
i would think he does based on this
He can no longer edit or delete his posts, or delete others posts in self moderated threads, but theymos will have to deal with the restoring posts, he can do it far easier/faster than I can when it's a lot.

but even so, I dont think it would exactly be high up on the priority list.
1440  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Are bitcoins accepted by Amazon.com? on: August 10, 2015, 08:29:47 AM
directly, no, but there are services such as purse.io that you can use to shop amazon products and pay with bitcoin. in addition, you can often get a nice discount too.
