14281  Economy / Services / Re: Thread Bumping / Promoting Service on: December 25, 2014, 06:14:51 PM
I'm back after a period away from the website.

I have over 30 accounts under my control and am willing to boost your service. There is an obviously massive advantage of doing this for your enterprise.

PM for more details

30 accounts? this is a lot of accounts. You could earn more with signature campaigns that allow you to have multiple accounts or by selling your accounts than by this bumping/promoting service.
He probably is doing both. He will get double credit for bumping threads with accounts enrolled in signature deals, once from the signature campaign and one from the person paying him to bump

Your concern is an understandable one, but consider a giveaway/promotion which requires the individual to type their username from the external site. This would be no different to that.

Alternatively a sig campaign which requires confirmation of payouts or even registration on the sig campaign boosts said product/service.

---
These threads belong in games and rounds, away from the rest of the forum. The threads are specifically kept separate from, other traditional sales threads.
I'm not going to spam with one account on the thread, that is not what I'm offering. I'm offering posts from a plenitude of accounts. Paying someone to bump a thread with ten of their accounts is in practice no different to paying ten people to bump it once, so I'm slightly confused as to your concern in this regard.
You are right that using 10 accounts to bump is no different then using one account to bump. The question is how often the thread gets bumped. If a thread gets bumped (either paid, done by the OP or done by another account controlled by the OP) more then once every 24 hours then it is against the spirit of the marketplace rules. If a thread is only going to get bumped once per day (24 hours) then I don't see any issue, however your OP implies that you would be bumping more often then that (at least IMO)
14283  Economy / Services / Re: Thread Bumping / Promoting Service on: December 25, 2014, 05:17:58 PM
I am not sure if this explicitly is against the forum rules, but I would say that paying to get a thread bumped more then once every 24 hours would probably at the very least be frowned upon by the mods and could potentially lead to a ban (in theory at least).

It also appears that you are offering a spam service which has somewhat negative ethical considerations.
If done in the correct manner, it seems to be ethically sound and effectively no different from a normal signature campaign.

I take each client on an individual basis and have refused to provide for some services that clash with my own ethical beliefs, for example an unsecured IPO.

It would be one thing to have your accounts wear a signature pointing people to a specific thread but paying people to post on a thread is very similar to bumping a thread yourself. I would say that paying someone to bump it once per day should be fine but bumping it more then that is breaking a specific rule.

With a signature campaign people viewing your advertisement have the option to view a thread/website, purchase the product/service without posting on the thread.

14285  Economy / Invites & Accounts / Re: buying full member account on: December 25, 2014, 04:54:21 PM
.025 is well below the market price for a full member account. You would be lucky to get a member account for that price.

Like the person said above me you can earn .035 per week making 50 posts with a full member, so anyone needing money can just wait a week and make 50 posts to beat your offer
14286  Economy / Invites & Accounts / Re: Selling bitcointalk.org accounts *updated Dec 20 on: December 25, 2014, 05:05:06 AM
are you just selling ? or buying too ?
I am just selling now

I am able to negotiate on pricing. I will send you a PM
14287  Economy / Invites & Accounts / Re: (WTB) hero account on: December 25, 2014, 01:47:48 AM
hey buddy, I sent you a PM yesterday but haven't heard back from you. Let me know if you are still interested
14288  Economy / Invites & Accounts / Re: [WTS] btctalk account on: December 24, 2014, 07:41:54 PM
Why would anyone want to buy that account?  Huh
It's basically worthless!
You must be joking! Grin
i wouldnt say it is worthless. It was registered in feburary and it potentially has the ability to rank up to a higher level once it gets enough posts (I haven't checked to see how much activity it can get by posting).
14289  Economy / Services / Re: Sr. Member - 1100+ posts - Looking for signature campaign - 0.05/mo on: December 24, 2014, 05:46:15 PM
If you can agree to make at least 35 constructive posts and keep my signature for 30 days then I can offer .04 btc. The posts must be at least somewhat spread out (at least 5 every 10 days).

You would get paid after the 30 day period is complete. I will accept escrow if you wish.

Let me know
14290  Economy / Lending / Re: Need 0.002.. i will repay 0.0025 on: December 24, 2014, 05:04:43 PM
I can do this.  You can either find an escrow for the 500 Doge or just send to me for the time being.

Judging from your previous posts, I'm going to assume this is for gambling.  If you happen to lose it and aren't in a position to pay back, just PM me and we can work something out for faucet creation.

as a FYI the value of 500 doge is ~10% of the amount being lent
14291  Economy / Lending / Re: [LOAN REQUEST] 20-30 BTC needed (Collateral available) on: December 24, 2014, 05:02:20 PM
+1 on the domain names. Also can you provide some kind of independent valualation as to how you came to the conclusion as to their worth

Sedo.com, BuyDomains.com, etc. Up to 100k in price each, really. Email me for the names.
I would rather not agree to a condition keeping the names of the domains secret. I don't see any potential harm to the value of the domain by making the fact it is being held as collateral public. Also making suck fact public allows the community to peer review any potential deal.
14292  Economy / Lending / Re: Need 0.002.. i will repay 0.0025 on: December 24, 2014, 04:16:24 PM
i have only 500 doge, so i don't have collateral :/
you might as well lock this thread. You probably will not get this loan.

There is a link on the bottom left of your page
14293  Economy / Lending / Re: Need 0.051 BTC on: December 24, 2014, 04:05:05 PM
I can provide my Bank balance via teamviewer and I wouldnt scam 18$

14294  Economy / Lending / Re: Need 0.002.. i will repay 0.0025 on: December 24, 2014, 04:04:01 PM
what can i use as collateral?
anything the lender can easily sell in the event of a default. It must not be reversable.

Altcoins are the primary form of collateral when it is used
14295  Economy / Lending / Re: Need 0.002.. i will repay 0.0025 on: December 24, 2014, 02:32:12 PM
Collateral?
14296  Economy / Lending / Re: 2 Defaulted BTCJam loans for sale 0.382 BTC total on: December 24, 2014, 12:11:17 PM
I don't think 13 to 3 is that bad of a track record. My record on proposer is probably worse then that, although I have had some recoveries on bad loans so they weren't a total loss.

On your bad loans did the borrowers end up paying less then three payments? I know for sure the first guy was outright scamming (reputation loan) but the other one may potentislly get a recovery.

Out of curiosity have you overall profited from your lending?
14297  Economy / Lending / Re: 2 Defaulted BTCJam loans for sale 0.382 BTC total on: December 24, 2014, 01:43:53 AM
If I had to guess the 1st one almost certainly used a stolen/fake identity to verify himself. All he would need is a fake ID and the rest is fakeable to the extent that you are willing to say that your identity is different then what it really is.

The 2nd one is less certain as income was verified although it is still possible to fake income to match your fake identity.

I don't live anywhere near either of these places so I would really not be interested, especially for debt that is that far behind.

HINT: for the future, you might be better off lending via sites like prosper that collect on delinquent debt for you, which means that it makes more sense for the lender to go after a deadbeat, which means that borrowers will have less of an incentive to run away
14298  Economy / Lending / Re: Need to borrow 2 BTC! Only for 1 day! on: December 24, 2014, 12:41:18 AM
I need the loan for a gift for someone. I am getting btc tomorrow from zencloud. I need the btc today because I need the gift today. Tomorrow I will have enough in zencloud. I'll pay 15% interest, so 2.30 btc will be paid back. PM me or reply. Thanks.
We have done business before.

I would be willing to offer a much lower interest rate assuming you are able to offer some kind of altcoin as collateral.
14299  Other / Meta / Re: STOP SELLING YOUR ACCOUNTS on: December 24, 2014, 12:15:58 AM
i think there should be ban on selling accounts with Green trust because it can cause a big scam

That's stupid. You either ban all of it or ban none of it. Fact is you can't control accounts being sold let alone green trust accounts. There are some that use it for legitimate reasons such as signature campaigns and then the people that use it to scam.

there are not any signature campaign who require green trust so this is not a legitimate reason of selling a green trust account
Accounts with green trust generally get somewhat of a higher level of respect then accounts with neutral trust. It is kind of like a status symbol. People might want to buy a green trust account over a neutral trust account for the same reason they buy a Lexus over a toyota.
14300  Economy / Lending / Re: 2 Defaulted BTCJam loans for sale 0.382 BTC total on: December 23, 2014, 11:21:42 PM
can you post anything about the stats of the loans? Like the amount owed, if they are in terms of bitcoin or in terms of fiat, etc

edit: .382 is in the title, but was it priced in fiat or bitcoin
