1441  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Arbitrum Token Initial Price Speculation on: March 19, 2023, 05:12:56 PM
Yesterday I just got allocated from Airdrop about 1K $ARB tokens, but regarding price speculation it is obviously quite difficult, some analysis comparing Layer2 token prices which we have seen a lot shows that $1 is the ideal price following the Optimism launch scheme. In addition, with a large enough community and support from Arbitrum investors so far I hope to be able to provide something different.
Wow, you get maximum tokens from one wallet that is eligible to receive the airdrop, but imagine if the price is $ 1 then you will get $ 10k just by participating in the airdrop, but the price can be higher if binance announces that it will list ARB on the day of the airdrop distribution. Now several markets have confirmed the ARB listing and even hotbit is trading the ARB for $10, hopefully the $10 price will last until the airdrop distribution

Lol, Sorry
It seems I mistyped it should be 1K $ARB tokens instead of 10K. Until now, the hype continues to increase and everywhere, both on the Telegram channel, Twitter, and Facebook, there is a lot of talk about Arbitrum. I'm having a hard time digesting whether in the end this will really have a fantastic value or vice versa. So there is too much speculation that makes us even more impatient with the official price later. Btw the 23rd will be the date when many exchanges will trade $ARB such as Mexc, Kucoin, Bybit, Huobi, and several others exchanges.

Manchester City's job will be much tougher than the last one for sure. Bayern Munich are one of the strongest candidates for the Champions League championship together with Manchester City now.

Manchester City will need to be extra careful with their defending especially. Lewandowski's departure hasn't weakened them too much honestly. They are still a very productive team. Now that have great additions like Mane and Cancelo which has made the team much stronger. We are all familiar with the disciplined system of Bayern Munich as well. Manchester City need to keep up with them not to have the same result with PSG. But it doesn't feel like Bayern Munich will be able to get past them. We will watch a close matchup but the winner should be Manchester City with Haaland's big help as well.
However, that also applies to Bayern Munich, who cannot underestimate Manchester City. The reason is that Pep Guardiola's experience at Bayern Munich has been quite long, in terms of quality, Pep Guardiola is still above Nagelsmann. Plus, Manchester City has players who are capable of tearing apart opposing defenses. You need to watch out for Haaland's movement, which can move quickly in all directions. Either Manchester City or Bayern Munich need to weigh the odds against each other and by far these two are the most highly-anticipated clubs on the pitch by everyone to see how far their strengths differ from each other. I'm sure Pep Guardiola will learn from their game when they beat PSG.

The outcome of last night's match for Chelsea is a bad one and their fans are already callinforpr the coach to be sacked since they were not able to make an extra goal score adding to the 2:2 score lines even though their opponent was a bit weaker than Chelsea.
Will Potter's replacement pay off quickly and get the Chelsea squad to show their best game? in fact the dismissal will not happen, Potter still get the trust to lead Chelsea. Even in the Champions League Potter will gamble a bit with his career. From the start, what Chelsea did when calling Potter to become a coach was a gamble between success and failure. So I'd rather see Potter there and finish what he started.

The new trend now is the Arbitrum airdrop, for those people who are not yet aware: Arbitrum to Airdrop New Token and Transition to DAO.

Moving on, what do you think about the starting price of the Arbitrum token when the claiming of airdropped tokens will start around 5 days from now?

I already lot of speculations that are comparing it with other layer 2 tokens that did airdrop also before like Optimism.
Some people tell it will be $1-$2, and some are starting will be $2.5 and some also telling 2 digits numbers that start at $10.

On the Youtube channel, they do a Podcast where the 23rd is a special date if we look at official Twitter they make a video clip which is of course very surprising. Because from the start the plan to launch the token did not come to mind. After much discussion with Nansen, they finally agreed to drop their first Airdrop which we will claim on March 23rd.

This is a really big boost to this Chelsea team. Kante could easily come into the team to cover more grounds for Enzo. I don’t know how potter might try to set up his team but I would love to see a Kante-Enzo-Kovacic partnership with Enzo being the number 10 and Kovacic more of a box to box I believe it could create havoc against anytime
Hopefully it's like that, but seeing from his current condition and age I still feel he still needs time to make his performance return to the top, especially with the condition of a long injury, it's clear that this is something that is a little difficult to readjust.
Although in the end he will definitely be able to find his rhythm again but I don't think it will be fast because of course the early adaptation is very important.
The good news is that with the league still quite old, of course this is still a good opportunity for Chelsea to change their destiny in the standings.
I know how Kante contributes to Chelsea, it's just that he has never even played under Graham Potter because of a long injury. Therefore, whether Kante will suit the concept of the game that Potter wants or not? in Tuchel time, he was an effective Kante and his presence was clearly the key to attack. Looking at Graham Potter's playing style and strategy so far, it still cannot be compared to the game that Tuchel has implemented. So it needs adaptation for Kante himself who adjusts his condition after recovering from a long injury.

I personally will not underestimate chelsea at this moment by learning if chelsea could be performing so well during the UCL competition while at the same time the club was having very bad performance in the domestic league. I meant if we must also try to take a look at how chelsea was able to face madrid three times in a row. Chelsea has even proven itself in UCL compared with city which was never winning UCL.
I agree with you even though personally Real Madrid is my handle so far. But apart from all that Chelsea cannot be underestimated just like that, considering their chances in the Premier League are not so ideal then they will do anything in the Champions League. I know their performance against big clubs will be even more different and playing against Real Madrid will motivate them even more. Last season Chelsea was thwarted by Real Madrid and now the opportunity for revenge is in sight. Even though at that time Chelsea in Tuchel's hands looked more aggressive, now for Graham Potter this is a very extraordinary opportunity to restore public trust if he is able to conquer the mentality of the Champions League winner.

Rooting for Arsenal all the way, they should be comfortable but if I know Arteta, he'll want them to keep momentum. I hear rumours of Jesus coming back finally, might be an opportunity for his to shake off some of the rust. Saka just spoke in an interview saying he'd want to play every single moment he can though Wink

Arsenal just got eliminated by Sporting. Shocking result in London honestly, didnt expect that Sporting would pass Arsenal. I think that goal from the half of the field turned things into Sportings way and gaved them a boost in the penalties. Arsenal now has to focus on Premier league.
Arsenal who are at the top of the Premier League standings can be eliminated by Sporting. The match was full of high intensity which made Arsenal have to shoot each other on penalties. The performance of the two teams until the extra round clashed strategies, at least Arsenal will focus more on the Premier League. Now the favorite club in the Europa League is Manchester United. The only Premier League representative who should be able to win a trophy this season. However, Erik Ten Hag's journey was not easy and Juventus and Roma were still the most dominant clubs as obstacles.

I've seen it a few times on Twitter and indeed they use the promotion feature to draw the community into it. Once again, regardless of the purpose of the coin, I'm not sure that carrying a religious label will make them interested in investing. Because such a coin is only under the guise of gaining trust and as if applying a religious concept. But the fact is that it is really for the benefit of a handful of people, including those who manage the project. At this time, don't be easily provoked by labels in the name of race, religion, or certain groups because there have been many projects like this using masks for personal gain.

I wonder the purpose of making money can be easily distorted and sometimes we tend to lose ourselves in pursuit of money, instead of happiness. Just a fleeting thought, no big deal.
An indecisive condition due to economic pressure will be very natural and must be experienced by everyone. It didn't even occur to me to achieve financial freedom because what came to my mind to continue to survive was how to be able to make ends meet from day to day. I think there are many people who have been wrong to achieve financial freedom but they are still in the permanent job rule space. The portion of financial freedom is not standard, so everyone is able to create conditions that feel free. Able to meet the standard of living but not in the long run. Able to manage finances according to what you want but not completely enough.

Let's see how serious barcelont to sell de jong. De jong itself happy in barcelona but it seems like that financial problem forced barcelona to sell him. How can barcelona be claimed to be linked with messi again while at the same time it has no money?
Some clubs have been hunting him since last season. Chelsea seems interested to bring him to the stamford bridge. De jong has not decided yet his future.

Why exactly now? I don't understand this move since he is more or less part of the starting squad. I mean it depends on who they want to add to the team then, but replacing him would only be possible if they bring on another strong midfielder. He is performing pretty well, hardly injured and he has a good strategic understanding of the game. Not too aggressive and very solid in defending without receiving a lot of cards.

He is also a player for the future as his just 25 years of age. Again, I am curious who they are going to replace him with if the rumor is true and they want to sell him. Manchester United wouldn't even be a bad choice for de Jong as they are building a strong new team as we can see this season.
I see De Jong as a player who was unlucky because at that time he had been offered many times by Manchester United but preferred to stay and take a pay cut. Now, like it or not, Barcelona will still release him in order to improve their dwindling finances. De Jong is a reliable player but lacks the consistent soul to consider his career. As a result, De Jong must accept the fact that Barcelona has no more hope for him and is not a priority to maintain.

The outcome of the quarterfinal draw for the Champions League has been revealed:

Real Madrid vs Chelsea
Benfica vs Inter
Man City vs Bayern
AC Milan vs Napoli

Madrid vs Chelsea match again? It seems like Madrid is following a similar path they took last season in the Champions League, which means they might have a good chance of winning it again this year. On another note, I'm really excited about the draws between Bayern vs City. It's going to be an epic game between two great teams. Personally believe that, Citizens all the way.
The results of this draw were indeed very unexpected for Manchester City to face Bayern Munich. Moreover, Chelsea is very difficult to get out easily if the opponent is Real Madrid. Apart from that, all the draw results will be very interesting and almost perfect to bring the club together against an opponent who is not easy. Likewise with Napoli and AC Milan because both of them must be able to show who deserves to represent Serie A.

I might take the positive points as a lesson that it all depends on how good we are at managing what we have. Because if you look at the serious gambler, maybe he doesn't think about the rewards for something that is more long-term. Now some of them have the idea that the people above can be said to be 1000:1. The reason is that it is not easy to get out of the trap of gambling and divert money to more real alternatives.

The lesson is that it doesn't matter from which hole you produce something but when the output is positive then people will value the results more. Sounds like a secular adage but it's a fact.

Now, this does not sound very important, but it actually are one of the most critical things that needs to be addressed. We should counter all of these misinformed people, with education on what Bitcoin is, because they lose money on Ponzi schemes and then they blame it on Bitcoin.
I agree, but if people are easily swayed by tricks like that it means they don't know the details of how bitcoin works. I mean he has bitcoin at least before owning it already knows the risks because various kinds of fraudulent information as much as possible need to be avoided and find out the truth.

back to us, if we may still be able to reach the people closest to us and we can still advise them to be careful with this fraud that is often found. But if we remind you with a wider reach, we also have to have a wider influence, for example as influencers etc.

As I expected, Real Madrid secured enough 1 point in leg 2 and that will let them qualify without having to work hard. Liverpool bowed with a total result of 6-2.

On the other hand, Napoli did not remain silent and as usual, Osimen was always the key to Napoli's victory. The competition of 8 big clubs is just waiting for the results of who will face each other. I saw some leaks in the local news but of course that's just unconfirmed speculation

if Tottenham this year will stop again in 4th place in the Premier League standings, that means they have no progress. It is only natural that Conte is under pressure from fans and also players who are dissatisfied with the results they have had this season.
especially if later Tottenham's position could be taken over by Newcastle or Liverpool. it will be a heavy blow to Tottenham and also to Conte's future there. if they don't progress, some of the previously rumored players might also leave the squad.
I'm pretty sure for Harry Kane that he will stay just because he says he is loyal to the club. But a career is still a career that will determine the future of a Harry Kane, with his quality that is still ideal and so many clubs that want his services, why does he stay? Tottenham will probably have the same season of not getting a seat that is too promising in the Premier League. Considering that currently there is a Newcastle club and the one with the most potential to replace Tottenham's position, namely Liverpool. In other words, Conte will indeed make a bet at the end of this season with the remaining time he has.
1456  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2022/2023 on: March 15, 2023, 08:46:05 AM
Currently Manchester is playing in the second leg of the Champions League against RB leipzig and by looking at the current score Manchester City have secured their position to qualify for the next stage. And after seeing Manchester City's ability in the Champions League, I think Manchester City will also continue to maintain their consistency in the Premier League.
Also pep guardiola has jet to win the premier league three straight times so he will be looking to achieve that this season. Arsenal are on top form so I think the fight will be on until the last day of the season. When arsenal and Manchester meets again the point will be reduced.
However, based on Manchester City's schedule, which must be able to manage players' conditions so that they remain ready for both the Premier League and the Champions League, this could have an impact on unpreparedness. Injuries will definitely be experienced and for that Pep Guardiola must really pay attention to the condition of his players. They insisted on winning 2 trophies at once, it's just that Arsenal had fewer schedules and were able to secure important players to stay focused on reaching the final point in the Premier League.

I absolutely second this, and i think he would leave at the end of this season when his contract runs out, with the way Spurs have been playing and their inability to win any trophy yet again this season, i don't think the management at Spurs can give Conte a contract extension. Having said that, i know how important it is to finish in the top four and qualify for the CL, but Spurs cannot always take that as their achievement every season, they never even go far in the CL as we saw this season, the fans want a trophy, and it seems clear that Conte isn't the man to guide them to it. I am pretty sure the board would be in search of a manager, but tbh, in the last couple of years they've had good managers, like Mou, who couldn't guide them to a trophy, so you begin to wonder which manager the club is targeting right now to achieve their goal.
Conte was signed to manage Tottenham and at least win them a trophy due to his managerial successes but he’s failed to do so and Conte is widely expected to leave when his contract ends this season, although the club do have an option to extend it by 12 months. The UCL that I expected them to climb to the semifinals considering their opponents form but Conte failed. There have been some suggestions that if results continue to spiral and a top four spot looks in doubt then his exit could come sooner.

I don't think Conte was completely wrong in managing his team. He has given his best even though the results are always unsatisfactory. But that doesn't mean Conte has failed, because if Spurs want something more then why not support what Conte wants? added top and aggressive players in the player transfer market? just look at the condition of the Spurs, where the composition of the players has not changed too much, the front line is still the same, and the defense and midfield have not changed much either.

Therefore, if indeed the ambition to win a trophy is the target you want to achieve, why miss the main thing in the transfer market?

It's quite surprising when someone says the function of the CBDC is to maintain privacy. It sounds contradictory, even though it uses CBDC Blockchain technology it is still not crypto or Bitcoin whose function is to maintain privacy & security. Here the government continues to try to convince people who are blind, well blind because they don't know that the way CBDC works is still the same as fiat money in general. Perhaps the difference is that it is digital based so it can easily be labeled as decentralized. In fact, the government cannot hide the truth just to convince people's assets to be transferred to the CBDC.

Experience, they say it's the best teacher, but let me tell you, not all lessons are created equal. Case in point, my attempt at making a souffle. A complete and utter catastrophe! But, did I give up? Hell no! I rolled up my sleeves, cracked my knuckles and got to work. And you know what? It took weeks, but I finally did it. I made the perfect souffle.

When life gives you lemons, you make a souffle, that's my motto. And if at first, you don't succeed, try, try and try again! It's natural to feel discouraged, but that's when you gotta dig deep and persevere. And don't forget, sometimes asking for help is a sign of strength, not weakness. So don't be shy, get the help you need and get that souffle done!
In a view like this, the context created by the OP and everyone's speculation, there's no one to blame. I said all the input is correct, depending on the situation and conditions that run it. So learning from mistakes or learning from all wins will eventually boil down to the point where he gains good knowledge and is able to build on what he has gained and what he has lost.
