It's just a prediction but I hope it'll come true. In my opinion I think the upcoming hard fork is the key factor decide the price of Bitcoin. If Bitcoin price want to get over 10k$ in this year I think it must be the same as it was after the hard fork on 1st August when its price increased very quickly from more than 2k$ to over 4k$ in just few days after the hard fork so if this thing will happen the price of Bitcon will increase from 4k5$ to more than 10k$ very soon but I'm not sure for this case.

That's if the Hardfork proponents will cooperate, what is disturbing right now is that they are still mum about the opponents issue and will answer questions after the fork implementations, unlike the previous fork that they considered BIP's.

Try looking for a "Enable above 4G decoding" or a similar option in the BIOS. If you can't enable it/can't find it/still does not work it is probably Windows 10 issue (if you are using it) or driver issues.
Yeah i forgot to mention, Windows 10 ^^

I didn't find enable 4G in bios, all i found was Gen 1 or Gen 2 in some options but i don't know what it means.

Have you identified what PCIE slot is not detected? I can possibly see that one slot is faulty, check also your PSU running 6GPUS might be in power shortage for a 1000w powersupply.

Masterluc a Legendary Bitcoin Trader
now predicts that Bitcoin will reach $15,000 before the end of this year. What’s more, he believes that Bitcoin will reach a price of $40,000 - $110,000 by the end of this bull run. He gives a timeframe of 2019 for that price target.

While these numbers seem absolutely extraordinary, many traders have noted that the recent “bubble” doesn’t seem so bubbly after all. Bitcoin has not yet gone parabolic as it did at the end of previous bubble cycles.
No guarantees

Of course, as any investing prospectus will tell you, past performance is no guarantee of future gains. It remains to be seen if masterluc is correct in his predictions. If--and it’s a big if--he is correct, there are going to be a lot more Bitcoin millionaires by 2019.
Do You Agree?

I doub't about it, 15K is not realistic, even history could not tell what will be the future price of bitcoin is, It does involve updates and upgrades not to mention some usage suppression in some areas and making FUDs, Some altcoins are emerging showing support from some business companies that makes bitcoin facing some sh**ty competitors.
1444  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is it possible to withdraw huge amounts? on: October 08, 2017, 02:53:32 PM
Hello everyone,

I am still fairly new to cryptocurrency, therefore that challenge is probably dumb... bare with me personally.

If a person has Holdings that value tens of thousands of 83000, let us imagine $20,000,000 plus they would like to cash deposit and it for their banking account, is it possible?has Holdings that value millions of 2500, let's say $20,000,000 and they would like to cash deposit and it for their banking accounts, how is it feasible?

Every banks has its own deposits limits, with this huge amount of value you should deposit this gradually and not one time.

Quote
Since Just BTC isn't controlled by banks, it's up for your own exchange websites to handle this trade (so I assume), so who'll cover this cash amount into this individual?

Online exchanges has partnered to local banks for Fiats conversion then deposit, banks doesn't have directly involvement in BTC transactions so they don't controlled it.
1445  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why does China hate Bitcoin? on: October 08, 2017, 02:30:48 PM
They don' hate bitcoin but i think they want to regulate the exchange so they can control the cash flow. They hate it if there's a lot of money going out of china because of bitcoin so they want to regulate that. Once they have the solution they will allow the exchange to operate again.

Bitcoin was created so that governments can't fuck with the people's money.  It is the number 1 function of Bitcoin to fuck the government of China.  China can make it illegal all they want, it will have no effect on the design and purpose of Bitcoin which will prevent that government from manipulating currency to get rich.  Of course China hates Bitcoin.

Yeah, Hating it, and they are one of the biggest maker of Bitcoin miners also has GPU miners, are they making profits on what they hate for? or we have some misconception on what they do. lets see on the next move of china.
1446  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Possible Bitcoin manipulation by banks on: October 08, 2017, 02:19:55 PM
So now that large Banks and investment firms are starting to get involved, do you think they will try to manufacture crash and correction scares to trigger more doubt and an exodus of "the weak hands"? For some reason I feel like we may see this kind of game play involving bitcoin, unless the exchanges try and do something about it. I know many exchanges have limits to help both themselves and market fluctuations. But imagine a massive sell off that kpe bitcoin at the same price for years or made it go down severely enough to trigger worry among even veteran users.

is this possible?
should more precautions be taken against greedy abuse of the system.
is the system already to resilient to be messed with by them.

thoughts please. Smiley

What I think is that the involvement of the investment firms in the next segwit2x, this move has been opposed that could possibly make bitcoin as what it is or in short a centralized effect, and this could possibly start manipulations. what I see is the coin split and which coins miners bring their hashes will be the winner. hope the Real bitcoin will win, the decentralized bitcoin that we all been patronizing.
1447  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: if bitcoin will become the main coin, what will happen to the money we are using on: October 08, 2017, 02:28:12 AM
i wonder: if Bitcoin will become the main coin, what will happen to the money we are using now like us dollar?

Its indeed the main coin right now, and you are actually witnessing that dollar is still a dollar nothing happens to it, its just that bitcoins is Getting stronger in terms of price per dollar or fiats due to demands, its basically indications that people is now getting to realize its purpose.
1448  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin being a top currency on: October 07, 2017, 02:09:56 PM
Bitcoin is a very fast booming and rising currency and I have been hearing about there being a physical bitcoin I mean in the form of a metal.

Yes there is, however its for commemorative only.

https://www.amazon.com/Gold-Bitcoin-Commemorative-Round-Collectors/dp/B00J2B0KEO/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1507384791&sr=8-2&keywords=bitcoin

Quote
Now if this is possible I would like to know if bitcoin would be a generally accepted means of payment in the next years to come and what are the possibilities of other currencies meeting it( I mean in demand and supply)

Don't presume or think that Bitcoin is a physical fiat that could be generated physically, you misunderstood this, Bitcoin is a virtual technology driven currency, it has been created thru the peoples network and hashes. It is already accepted means of payment to a certain merchants around the globe.
1449  Other / Off-topic / Re: What's your way of spreading Bitcoin knowledge? on: October 07, 2017, 10:23:13 AM
I usually checking and do trade in trading sites in my office, until my colleagues drop by and sees those graphs or candlesticks and by taking glance of it they would now ask what kind of trading it is, then it will now start stories and discussions about bitcoins.
1450  Other / Archival / Re: Do you agree with idea "Bitcoin bank" ? on: October 07, 2017, 10:08:23 AM
I think this one will be a good idea as long as it is decentralize. I believe more and more people are on this page. Just make it Fair and Transparent to everyone when it comes to fee and charges. Those are the things normally people complaining about the banks we have in the fiat world. So i guess it's time to remake it in the cryptos.

Somehow I do agree with the idea of bitcoin bank. There are many coins that are lost because of the carelessness of the people possessing it like forgetting his password, didn't have 2FA, being hacked, the hardware where the bitcoin is stored was destroyed and some other situations. This would be solved then if there is a bank where one would be sure that his funds where safely secured.

I am not sure if you're talking about online wallet accounts that require passwords and 2FA, if yes then the support units can do this for you, Isn't that bank is much prone and compromised security? not to mention decentalization issue where bitcoin has been design as it is

Quote
The downside with this is that this bank may be the target of hackers then because they knew that a lot of bitcoin is stored there. But I am sure that the one who will be employing this bank would take the necessary security measures to make the funds secure. It would work like banks do, letting people borrow some bitcoin etc.

I would rather download the core wallet and ensure security myself
1451  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: We should work on UX! on: October 07, 2017, 08:19:26 AM
honestly, I'd encountered challenges explaining things to non techie people about how to do a simple transactions by tapping or clicking here and there, where are wallets and everything, I guess by the time goes by some developers may create an app like wallet for dummies :-)
1452  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin won't live to see the next 10 years on: October 07, 2017, 05:51:51 AM
Quick Disclaimer:
1. I'm not here to support any shitcoin.
2. We're all gathered here because of bitcoin, so it's hard for me to see it fading way.

Bitcoin was designed not be fully anonymous since transactions were open permanently for the public to view.
Authorities and security agencies were able to trace the bitcoin owners based metadata and transaction pattern, history and so on.

Some developers understand this issue and they go ahead to create some new altcoins which they are fully anonymous by implementing new hashing algorithms on their very new altcoins such as Dash, Monero, Zcash and Zcoin.

So why the bitcoin "hard fork" instead of updating the original bitcoin core?

Proponents for the forks wanted Bitcoin to have lesser transaction fees and faster confirmations by doubling the block size, thus, compromising other aspects such as resources since the block will be doubled, running a full node requirements will also increase and ordinary users cannot cope up thus big companies will be in advantage to it and will consider it as not a Decentralized already.

Quote
Forked coins like BitcoinCash & BitcoinGold are moving from ASICs to GPU mining for faster transactions, why not BTC?

this will not happen, it does not changed algo, still it is in ASIC.

Quote
Why not update bitcoin mining algorithm to Equihash (zk-snarks) like Zcash and the next upcoming Bitcoin Gold BTG?

Bitcoin is not an Altcoin

Quote
Instead of updating the original bitcoin core to have more secure and fast transactions with lower xt fee, yet making hard forks!
I think hard forks will soon kill the original bitcoin.

What do you think, huh? Share with us what you think. thanks Smiley

Already stated above my reasons.
1453  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: One more critic for Bitcoin. on: October 07, 2017, 02:36:36 AM
You wouldn't talk well about Bitcoin if your job was managing fiat currency. People are moving towards crypto and are going to lessen the bank's profit. Of course they want to give it a bad name.

Look at all the brick and mortar shops that didn't open online stores. They're all go destroyed by Amazon. A change in currency is inevitable, you either adapt to it or get run over.

Sure you would, if you could figure out a way to make money off of it.

Listen, everyone is entitled to their opinion, even if it's wrong.  Including Jamie Dimon, including
anyone in the world who's skeptical of bitcoin.  I have no problem with people bashing bitcoin.
More for me.  Just let the haters hate, and the hardcore bitcoin people will keep making money.

Having said all that, I don't think bitcoin is going to destroy fiat, and Amazon didn't put every
retailer out of business.  I haven't even used Amazon in years.

That's what they literally do, playing dirty tactics using democracy freedom of speech and stuffs like that, but behind all of these are the self conflicting interest awaiting on the impact of Influence they've done like a hungry wolves sneaking on the dips or destroying bitcoin credibility to gain more on there present banking business.
1454  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Hash rate drops at system Idle no matter what I do. on: October 06, 2017, 04:28:03 PM
I haven't experience this mate, however have you checked your temperature? hot temps can also be the culprit for hashrate drops, try also to change pools, change mining algo like ETH for test purpose, by this will help identify if its in your system or not.
1455  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Where are you storing your miners? on: October 06, 2017, 08:22:13 AM
what is the most comfortable way to store miners?
Do you still keep them at home, did you rent warehouses? What is the most conventional way and cheapest?

For me, I'd just get a separate room solely for miners only at home, setup a good ventilation Fresh Airflow in and hot Air out, in this way I could easily manage heat and probably noise, What challenge me is the Electrical power lines that needs to do another separate line as I don't like to use the Household lines already in place.

I was just wondering that is it possible to earn steady income without going 8-5 hours regular office job..

Yes its possible, it is a steady income however not a fix amount of income, it can be much lower or much higher compared to the regular office job,  you can do mining, accept other work as freelance paid by Bitcoin, or joining Campaigns. just don't do gambling please.

Quote
another option is to regularly working on Bitcoin related trading/activites .. that earn you enough amt of monthly income ..

what's your opinion

Crypto trading is no easy work, you have to gain expertise on this, you might end losing instead of generating income if not carefully engaged.

1457  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: What coin to mine on: October 05, 2017, 03:33:57 PM
Hi,

I have recently build a rig with lot of struggle and I am new to mining. Currently I am doing ETC & SIA coin mining and not seeing much fruitful results when I compare with the amount of the money invested to build a rig(6 GPU - 1070). Can anyone advise me what's the best growing coin to mine and hold those coin in my wallet for another 6 months.

Appreciate your feedback on this.

try zec, you can do at least 400 h/s, if you want to gamble try other altcoins like skein and hold them wait for price increase, you may also want to visit this for benchmarks not actually the exact figure but at least close to it http://whattomine.com
1458  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How much risk in bitcoin investement ? on: October 05, 2017, 05:40:51 AM
I just wanted to know that, what amount of risk is there in investing in bitcoins.
Right now i am planning to buy btc approx 3-4 btc and just hold them as i guess the price of bitcoin will increase in future and i will get some good profit. But i want to know what is the risk involved. Can bitcoin price decrease and is this right time to buy the bitcoin.

Wow, this post has been started last April, Dude, if you truly buy a 3-4 BTC at that time, it valued 10 times with the amount right now. Risk is not even realize by just holding them up.
1459  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Need help to distribute power supply for mining rig 6 VGA RX 580 on: October 05, 2017, 02:58:15 AM
yep, considering also your computations above it is quiet balance than 1 is to 4. have you tried checking your actual power consumptions at the wall? you can do simulations for checking.
1460  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Need help to distribute power supply for mining rig 6 VGA RX 580 on: October 05, 2017, 02:32:11 AM
I want to ask knowleded people about power supply for the mining rig. I have a 6 VGAs RX 580. CPU G3900, 4GB RAM, SSD, Mainboard and 2 PSU SAMA Armor 750W. I want to distribute the load of PSUs as follows:
PSU 1 (3 VGA (185W each) + 2 riser (15W each) + CPU (51W) - CPU power supply) = 555w + 30W + 51W = 636W
PSU 2 (3 VGA (185W each) + 4 riser (15W each) + Mainboard (RAM) + SSD = 555W + 60W + ~10W SSD and mainboard = 625W
But when I consulted my younger brother who had installed this mining rig, he insisted on delivering the following:
PSU 1 (2 VGA) + 4 riser + CPU + Mainboard + SSD
PSU 2 (4 VGA) + 2 riser.
I try to calculate and I saw that one PSU 750W that loads 4 RX 580 + riser (185W), it is not good. But his brother did not explain, he just said he plugged 3/3 instead of 4/2 as he told me, my mining rig will dead faster. I was too fussy to look up here to consult your brother to see how to distribute the power supply. Thank you for your help.

Some sort of advice, 750watts is not quiet safe powering up your 3GPUS especially RX580's, it can draw almost 200-250watts at the wall if unmodded, but if you tweaked it and do undervolt the 1 psu to 3 VGA is fine for me.
