1441  Other / Meta / Re: What does it take to go from Newbie to Jr Member status? Number of posts? on: August 10, 2015, 08:25:54 AM
lol you are bumping old thread.

you need 1 month time and 3x posts...
I think the OP didn't active again here.

Last Active: February 26, 2014, 05:20:07 PM
more than likely just sig spam judging from how hes been doing that a bit in his last posts. if it gets too bad then just report him and move on.
1442  Economy / Goods / Re: MasterCard gift card trade for bitcoin on: August 10, 2015, 02:26:14 AM

I have one MasterCard gift card with $29.02 and I would like to trade it for some bitcoins my request is 25.00 worth of Bitcoin 0.0935944 I will give my Bitcoin address to anyone interested but I request Bitcoin payment first.

people won't send first to newbies, unless they're sending that money to escrow. first off, can you even prove that you have this card?
1443  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Beginner here on: August 09, 2015, 11:22:25 PM
I do not like the idea of being able to buy higher memberships. That is opening the door for scammers.
contrary to that thought, a large majority of bought accounts are used for signature campaigns, very rarely are they used to scam. of course, there are instances of bought accounts being used solely to scam, but again, very few.
1444  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How can I earn money in this forum? on: August 09, 2015, 11:20:43 PM
Signature campaigns are the way to go if you want to earn BTC using this forum.
op would earn pennies on a sig campaign as a newbie though, if he had programming/design skills,or something along those lines, he could sell his services on the forum for some coin as well.
1445  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: Could I Theoretically Roll 10000 in Freebitco.in? on: August 09, 2015, 11:17:51 PM
Theoretically you can, but I've never heard of a single person winning on this forum.

same here, ive only been able to hit the ~10k satoshi rolls when i tried out the faucet, but never higher. ive never heard of anyone ever hitting the ~1 btc roll, or even coming in for the ~.1  roll. wouldnt be surprised if it turned out to be rigged.
1446  Economy / Lending / Re: .05 loan request 8/9 to be paid no later then 8/10 on: August 09, 2015, 11:16:14 PM
my negative trust was from some retard who had nothing to do with the loan i received
doesnt change the fact that your account has negative trust. also as xetsr pointed out, you took out a loan from manyproofs, thats a huge red flag to any lender here.
1447  Economy / Lending / Re: 0.19 BTC loan needed - 97$+ collateral available on: August 09, 2015, 11:12:36 PM
Around 4 more days to go..
I dont think hes showing back up, he hasnt been online since the scam accusation against him was opened.
1448  Economy / Lending / Re: .05 loan request 8/9 to be paid no later then 8/10 on: August 09, 2015, 11:11:14 PM
your forum account isnt worth nearly that much, especially with the neg trust from your previous attempt at a loan. also i dont think a betcoin account is worth much if anything at all.
1449  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Investing bitcoins into (site/dice) on: August 09, 2015, 04:04:49 PM
if you really want to put your coins into a dice site, try just-dice, the owner is active on the forum and is very trusted, but youll need to convert your coins to CLAMs.
1450  Other / Meta / Re: Automatic Default Trust on: August 09, 2015, 12:13:53 AM
more people on default trust= more people leave trust= less people complain about a specific person leaving them negative trust
i see it more as more people on DT = more people  leaving neg trust = more complaints about people leaving neg trust.
1451  Other / Meta / Re: Automatic Default Trust on: August 08, 2015, 09:48:24 PM
Naturally the forum could hire some workers for this
high potential for bribery/corruption with that. also, that would require the forum to pay people; where would that money come from?
1452  Other / Meta / Re: Automatic Default Trust on: August 08, 2015, 09:15:50 PM
Legendary members should get automatic default trust capabilites, after a member becomes legendary, their post history and trust ratings should be screened, if everything looks good, they should automatically added to default trust.

what do you guys think?
what the hell? no. hell no. being on here for 2/3 years and being trusted are two completely different things.
As said, before they are granted this, they will be screened, if they dont deserve it, they wont get it
even if they are screened, who would be the central figure in deciding who should be on DT? the admins don't have time for that, and its unfair to put that responsibility onto the people already on DT. the system as it is now isnt the best, but its fine.

1454  Other / Meta / Re: What if you had to be Jr. Member+ In Order To Request for a Loan on: August 08, 2015, 03:46:18 PM
This idea wouldnt do well, if you guys just ignore those threads in the lending section asking for a "pro lender" then the person that is making new accounts time and time again will eventually get bored and stop
at least with some sort of post/activity limit, the individual would be dissuaded from doing so, or at the very least it would decrease the number of accounts he would spam from given the 6 minute interval between posts for newbies.
1455  Other / Meta / Re: What if you had to be Jr. Member+ In Order To Request for a Loan on: August 08, 2015, 04:35:19 AM
There are legitimate loan requests by newbies too but very less. But still, I don't think we should restrict boards to certain ranks.

As of now, only that "pro lender" is making a problem!
even without the person in question being there, there will always be newbie accounts spamming no collateral loan requests, manyproof's presence there only adds to the issue, nothing more. restricting posting rights to junior members and above sounds like an effective method in drastically cutting down this spam, but i think a better solution might be to allow accounts with 15+ activity to post, that way those spammers will have to at the very least wait 1 activity period before spamming requests.

alternatively, maybe a 30+ post requirement; if the account spams, it will just get banned, and it would require loan spammers to put forth a fair amount of effort before being allowed to post a loan request.
1456  Economy / Lending / Re: IMPORTANT!!! needz helps from a real PRO EXPERT lender 0.2BTC on: August 07, 2015, 11:07:22 PM
Seriously. Get off this forum and learn how to use punctuation, especially how much to use it.
in the case this isnt't manyproofs's alt, people like this will not leave because he is on this section. as long as there is a possibility of some free pennies, people will spam new accounts and threads in this section.
1457  Economy / Lending / Re: i need 0.3 from pro laoners. I need very PRO LENDERS on: August 07, 2015, 09:09:19 PM
whats up with this pro/amateur lenders  Huh

it's the title of the ongoing drama in the lending section. welcome to the show.
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1144564.0
not really drama at this point, if it ever was even drama. more so a case of someone who either thinks they are clever or the small chance that this person needs to see a psychiatrist. at this point its just annoying imo and manyproofs should be banned from this section.
1458  Economy / Services / Re: Business parther on: August 06, 2015, 04:25:06 PM
this is very profitable idea one paypal can use 4-5 time no ban.

Wow! you even replied to the post confirming that you indeed plan to cheat Paypal.
Why dont you use your creativeness in another way that does not involve cheating or scam!
rather than a scam this is fraud; the user is attempting to cheat paypal out of hundreds of dollars every time this act is performed.
1459  Other / Meta / Re: How do you report someone for threatening to reveal your IRL info on: August 06, 2015, 12:37:45 PM
I stopped selling AWS codes a long time ago.But the fact still stands that he threatened my person safety,it may sound like I'm nitpicking here or I'm trying to bend the rules my way but I'm positive that threats are illegal

If I see your any comment on this post again, I'll come and kick your greek ass.
Roll Eyes

context: RoughLyfe = bachlovesstories. he seems to be using an alt for some reason.
Ip check me.I have a twitter under RoughLyfe.I have a steam account under RoughLyfe and I have a Hack forum account under RoughLyfe.I have more than enough proof to show that I am a different person
are you dumber than I thought you were? first off, theres more to checking for alt accounts than just an ip address, and you yourself just admitted to using a vpn. after you saying that, there is absolutely zero reason for anyone to trust any ip address info as proof of anything in your case. in addition, steam/twitter/whatever accounts can be created fairly easily.

I made my Skype using a VPN and use a VPN 24/7 for cases like this.I stopped selling AWS codes a long time ago.But the fact still stands that he threatened my person safety,it may sound like I'm nitpicking here or I'm trying to bend the rules my way but I'm positive that threats are illegal
1460  Economy / Services / Re: Pachinko Signature Campaign Full Members and Up(CLOSED){ESCROWED} on: August 06, 2015, 12:32:29 AM
i will see if the owner feels like disclosing the addresses the bets came from so maybe we can expose the dirtball.

why hasnt it been done already? just start a scam accusation and people would get on that right away. although it is highly likely that those coins were sent to newly generated addresses, there are people on this forum with skills suited to tracing those coins to an extent at the very least. if those coins are eventually chased back to an exchange, there might be a chance to recover those, as i remember happened in a similar incident some months back.
