Atletico Madrid don't have a very comfortable matchup on this week maybe. But I would like to remind you of their last match against Athletic Bilbao which ended up with a 1-0 victory.

Atletico Madrid weren't even the favourite side in that match. They didn't have a good form back then also. But they are always full of surprises. It is hard to predict when they will win or lose points. Because they aren't one of the consistent teams in the league. Actually you might say their current form is consistent because of not losing any match. But they are still losing points due to getting draws in unexpected matches. Therefore I won't be sure of them here just because they defeated Athletic Bilbao away already. I think this time we will watch both teams scoring also.

Gladbach have become like an a little nightmarish team for Bayern Munich in the recent seasons.

They have been quite solid in home matches especially. There was even an unbelievable match between them in the DFB Pokal which Bayern Munich lost by 5-0.    I wonder if this can be some psychological advantage for Gladbach here. But Bayern Munich players have a good mental right now also. They are on a winning streak here and they newly defeated PSG in Parc des Princes. With this huge morale I wouldn't be surprised to see another win against Gladbach this time.

But I think the safest option to bet on looks like both teams to score @1.55.

There is a huge drop in Arsenal's form recently. It has been three matches in the league since they got their last win. This needs to change as soon as possible and they had better win against Aston Villa away next time.

There is an Aston Villa which is managed by Emery now so Arsenal had better be extra careful. But I don't doubt them about it as they lost many points in their last matches. Aston Villa are also not doing well these days actually. They even lost by 4-2 against Leicester in a match home. Their last match was against Manchester City which resulted in another loss. No matter how they win Arsenal just need three points here to start the recover process for themselves. At least they should keep the advantage of having a missing match in their hands.

I really don't have good expectations about Potter honestly.

Because he isn't like Erik ten Hag obviously now. Erik ten Hag has started to create a solid bond with the team and Manchester United are doing a great job at the moment. But there is no such thing when it comes to the relationship between Potter and Chelsea. They are still struggling to keep up a good performance and form. There is still an issue with scoring goals comfortably and this affects them deeply. If Chelsea don't improve anything this season then Boehly might decide to part ways with Potter also.

There was no sign of the usual Barcelona which play dominantly in their home matches. Manchester United were able to keep the match balanced and this was a big help for them.

When I saw Barcelona winning against Real Madrid in the Super Cup I thought that Barcelona were finally able to solve their issues in big matches. This was very important for them to eliminate Manchester United in this tough matchup also. But it looks like they are still having issues with this situation. They could have even lost the match if it weren't for the equalizer. Barcelona need to do extra in Old Trafford to have a chance for next round. But we all have seen how Manchester United play in their home matches. I think they are one step ahead in this matchup now.

It looks like Chelsea have no plans to stop making new transfers and spending a huge deal of money at the same time.

Because this time there is even a rumour related to Bellingham. Chelsea are reported to be preparing to join this race to sign him. Boehly seems like he doesn't care about spending an insane amount of money at this point. He just wants to see a strong team. But I don't feel like Bellingham's choice would be Chelsea. If he decides to come to the English Premier League then I think his first choice would be Liverpool. His father would influence him about that for sure.

I think we can watch a similar start to the one in the previous season. Ferrari would put on a good show with a fast car for a couple of races first. But the most important points is to be consistent of course.

I'm very hopeful that they won't be having durability problems again. On the other hand Mercedes also started to seem frightening to me. Even if Ferrari start strongly and fight at the same level with Red Bull, Mercedes also seem likely to join this competition. Mercedes also have introduced their car and it looks like they are back to black again.    W14 might be another loved car for Mercedes if they have solved the biggest issues and gained some more power.

Bugün de ilgimi çeken maç Dortmund - Chelsea. Ben aslında gollü bir maç bekliyordum ama bakalım. Chelsea Şampiyonlar Ligi'nde daha bir başka oynuyordu ve bu maçta galibiyet alırlarsa da şaşırmam.

Chelsea are still a big mess now and they need some motivation to improve their form finally.

That motivation can come by a win against Dortmund today actually. But I don't think their job is easy against Dortmund at all. Because Dortmund are in a much better shape than them these days. They have a wonderful winning streak now and the match is in Signal Iduna Park also. But Chelsea have seemed different in the Champions League so far. They have shown a more effective performance there. If they maintain this mentality maybe they can get the win they want. They really need to step up before it's too late in the English Premier League.

I wonder what Union Berlin are planning to do about the rest of the season. Because it is going to be very important for them to determine their priority.

Truthfully I expect them to set their main target as the Bundesliga title or a spot in the Champions League. Top four would be a more realistic target for them than the championship of course. Because they are an unbalanced team. There is always a quite significant probability for them to maintain a bad form and get away from the leader. This happened before in the season and there is no hindrance for it to happen again. I guess they wouldn't set their priority as the Europa League. Because I don't think they can make it to the title while there are huge title contenders.

I think the reason why Inter couldn't win against Sampdoria was being complacent not anything else.

Because they had numerous opportunities to take advantage of. But the shots were mostly ineffective. I remember the shots of Lukaku and Acerbi that could have ended up with goals but the goalkeeper was successful with his saves. Calhanoglu also had many goal attempts but I didn't see any of them getting close to finding the back of the net. Inter can't catch up with Napoli when we think realistically of course. But they need to keep winning in such matches to strengthen their position in top four also.

Benzema is playing without being under big pressure now I think. Because he had an incredibly good season in the previous one as you know and won even the Ballon d'Or.

He is still not doing bad of course. Despite a long injury period he is still only 5 goals behind the top scorer who is Lewandowski now. Benzema is still willing to make his best contribution to the team now. Real Madrid just don't need to rely on him the most now. I mean there won't be big problems as long as they don't focus on Benzema mostly. This would help them become more creative. They have another great attacker like Vinicius Junior for example. When he plays a big role in the development of attacks the team get closer to scoring goals.

I also feel like Ferrari will have the fastest car in this new season. Because they are saying that there is a big improvement in the engine by 30 horsepower.

This is a really big improvement indeed. Because they didn't see any other way than cutting the power by some rate last season to get ahead of serious issues. But now they are claiming that there is no need anymore. I really can't trust them completely yet as we are talking about Ferrari.    We need to see them racing without the same problems for some weeks to be convinced about them. Then I can say my favourite for the championship will be Ferrari this time.

There is going to be a eight-point gap anyway between Barcelona and Real Madrid even if Real Madrid win their match against Elche in two days.

Barcelona are still maintaining their unstoppable form. The Villarreal match might have been time for Barcelona to be stopped finally. Actually Villarreal could have done it because Barcelona were struggling about playing their usual game against them. There was a quite balance in the match most of the time. But the mental condition of Barcelona players was so strong that they still managed to win by 1-0 anyway. There is a strong chemistry now after all these victories and I really don't know if any team other than Real Madrid can stop them.

Firmino has finally returned from his injury but he is in the substitutes for now. However I expect him to be replaced with Nunez in the second half.

Especially if Nunez doesn't show a good level of performance and score a goal I think he can be subbed off at the beginning of the second half already. Because Nunez is still unable to meet the expectations after a huge deal. This must be making not only the fans but also the board frustrated. He had better improve his performance otherwise he will stay as a reserve player for Firmino especially. He had quite much chance in the absence of Firmino actually but we didn't see much from him.

The Bayern Munich we know is back again as it seems! They had a really dominant match against Bochum and won easily by 3-0.

Bochum defense and the goalkeeper both were horrible. The first goal was due to a huge defensive mistake and Bochum goalkeeper was also indecisive about trying to prevent the Bayern Munich attacker. The second goal could have been saved by the goalkeeper but he was the worst. And on the third goal it was a really amateurish challenge by a Bochum defender which led to a penalty. I didn't have much expectation from Bochum of course. But this version of Bayern Munich is really dangerous for sure while their match against PSG in the CL is closing in.

Maybe there is an improvement in Sevilla's form recently but I still don't trust them much. Because they are still unable to maintain a proper performance. They weren't like on the field against Barcelona for example.

Of course I understand that Barcelona were going to be dominant obviously. But Sevilla still would have benefited from their recent form and tried to do something. You can't just wait for your end eventually. You should fight with all you have. I hoped to see a more determined Sevilla but there was none. Now Mallorca are in a better situation than them and this will be another tough match for Sevilla. Mallorca are a team that newly defeated Real Madrid. This will motivate them a lot. Maybe I might add Sevilla win into my risky parlay. But I wouldn't add it into a parlay that I really expect it to win.
