I agree on your Aston Villa comment. I also already knew how great Aston Villa have been doing until this match. They won all their matches home until then. This is pretty impressive statistics for Emery's students. However the thing made me astonished was Manchester City's showing this horrible performance. 

They were so ineffective that it must be one of the worst matches Guardiola had with this team. They literally did nothing in the second half other than passing only. Sometimes Manchester City are exaggerating this pass system that they are even having difficulties in shooting.

Liverpool are going on really well in the EPL these days. Especially while Manchester City are having tough days Liverpool are benefiting from the situation amazingly. They are in the title race now. If they continue to be a part of that race until the end of the season then I don't know how much Liverpool would be concentrated on the Europa League title.

I mean I don't expect them to just throw this tournament away of course. But if things go very in favour of them in the EPL then Klopp might start making rotations as much as possible in the Europa League.

Because the schedule could be quite tight and he would like to prioritize the domestic league.

What a terrible performance from Manchester City... This Aston Villa match is surely going to be one of the unforgettable matches for Guardiola. Because this was the most desperate match ever for the team so far. I don't remember Manchester City this desperate in the attacking line. They couldn't even have a single goal attempt in the second half.

I wonder what happened to this team at halftime.    What did Guardiola tell these players at halftime after that bad performance? They just handed over the win to their opponent here and caused my bet to lose at the same time.

Juventus - Napoli match can be quite an interesting one. Juventus are favoured of course but I'm not very confident about their winning anyway. Their most recent head-to-head matches haven't been in favour of Juventus. They couldn't defeat Napoli in their last 4 matches. Napoli were much better than this last season though but still we never know what happens in big matches.

Juventus are currently the best home team while it is the same for Napoli as for away matches. I think both teams to score would be likely to happen.

But when it comes to betting on a side I would bet on Juventus for the sake of their being better this season. 

After seeing Manchester City's performance recently I started to doubt their future performances in the Champions League also. Because there is a huge decline in their performance. After getting 3 draws in a row in the Premier League they played a horrible game against Aston Villa. They were not much different than a ghost on the pitch. 

If Guardiola can't make this team recover as soon as possible I'm really worried about their future in the season. They might finish it without a big title.

I wonder what the reason behind has been so far. Because everything started all of a sudden and still goes on badly for many weeks.

Chelsea could have really lost points against Brighton last week because their second half effort wasn't convincing at all. In the second half Brighton tried really hard by not only having a 78% ball possession but also having so many goal attempts. But Chelsea's finding the 3rd goal before Brighton score after all those attempts was a big help for Chelsea to win.

Chelsea's job could be even more difficult tonight in Old Trafford. Actually Chelsea are shown like the favourite side but still it is a tough match. Manchester United were really good at dealing with big teams home last season but now I can't see the same effort - the Manchester City match can be given as an example. I would rather place a bet on both teams to score.

I think Villarreal - Maccabi Haifa is a dangerous match to place a bet on.    Because Villarreal have already guaranteed qualifying for next round. But on the other hand Maccabi Haifa still have a silver lining for the Europa Conference League. Winning this match is really important for Maccabi Haifa otherwise they are pretty much done here.

Bookmakers are still dropping Villarreal's odds to win while increasing Maccabi Haifa's odds. But I wouldn't still go for Villarreal to win here.

They had a big difficulty in beating Maccabi Haifa before so it looks like it is the best for me to avoid betting on this match.

The sprint schedule in the 2024 calendar has also been determined! Apart from that the sprint format has also been changed again. After the latest changes in odds Roma and Brighton can also be preferred over Liverpool - Leverkusen duo for winning the Europa League title in my opinion.
