I've gone through several stages of enthusiasm, uncertainty, excitement, a little doubt, impatience and the more I learn about this company, the more gung-ho I become about the whole thing. This is seriously the best ICO in terms of its ability to become a household name. Get in as soon as you can and hold these damn tokens. They will not make you rich overnight. But mark my words here, a few years down the road you will be sitting on a goldmine.
I can't agree more. I don't know what will happen in short term, but in long term utrust is showing signs of very bright future. I dont think we can expect record braking ICO since lately they dont collect as much money as before but i am sure they can go with whatever they will get and lunch the platform on time. We all see the great potential and with success comes profit. |

Expiring the points you collected over several years. Many businesses do that on purpose to fix their balance sheet. Even someone from the GAT team agreed with me that some promos are made unnecessarily difficult and restrictive, so few customers take advantage. There is no guarantee those businesses will they stop trying to do such practices, even with GAT. But it will be easier and more comfortable to redeem those loyalty points. Even if some of the merchant tokens have an expiry date, at least you can sell these loyalty points now with GAT to someone who wants to use them right away before they are gone. Its certainly less chance that tokens will expire on Gatcoin platform then physical coupons but some merchants might still give out paper bonuses/discounts to keep it feel more real. We still have to admit, that crypto is not yet widely known. |

Have you seen Sojourn? Sojourn has a quite similar idea as Utrust but they are more of a niche market than a general one. They cater to payments in the travel industry and hotel industry. So in my opinion, why do that if we have everything that we need to transact to in just one platform just like Utrust. You can use Utrust in everything, not only in the hospitality industry, but to everything. That’s the reason why I’ll be betting more on the success of Utrust.
Yes that is true. Sojourn also has the same concept. Almost. I agree with you. Doing all sorts of things like the sojourn project is kind of a hassle activity for its users. This project that the utrust developers has came up with is really awesome and obviously far greater than that of the sojourn project/concept. amd a lot of people sees this. That is why a lot are wanting to get involved with the project because they see great potential because of its great concepts. More power to utrust. I never heard of Sojourn before and the first thing that bothers me is their name. I dont even know how to pronounce it properly and i think that should be one of the first things to think about when you are starting the project. So ill stick with Utrust, at least you know immediately what it means. |

Hardcap Datum is 61'200 ETH, including 5000 ETH raised on the pre-sale I dont know if it will reach hardcap. It's quite high, but that's not a problem. Its high for current circumstances, but they really had good marketing with their giveaway campaign and now we see they even pay celebrities to tweet out about the sale. It looks like they can get really close to their hardcap. |

Yes, on presale you can buy just Gatcoin because merchant tokens dont even exist yet. They will first have to release the internal exchange for those tokens and get some merchants to actually start using them. |

I just find, that Utrust company registered in Switzerland? I think in Portugal (because devs from Portugal)  We are incorporated in Switzerland for legal reasons. Switzerland has been exceptionally welcoming to blockchain projects! it's not easy to beat paypal. let's hope utrust becomes a household name.

To be honest, Switzerland is open to anything that brings money to their banks, so why not support crypto which has shown to be great in collecting huge amounts of founds. I just had a discussion with a friend, he said he didn't believe in a social platform where people can also sell things. I replied by saying that for many platforms I didn't believe they would get big, like Facebook (because there were many forums/platforms before Facebook) or Instagram. So this opened my eyes. I was around for the time that the internet started. I had discussion with people how email is different from internet. Most people I know never thought they would need to sent an email. We have letters right? Technology comes first, people have to adapt. A better mouse trap can always be built. Sometimes people don't realize then need something until they use it. I always try to teach that lesson to people. I've read that it took over 100 years from the invention of the automobile to the first paved roads that changed the infrastructure of the whole world. When the infrastructure improved, the technology took over. People would no longer ride horses, but cars were the new standard. With crypto we need as many projects as possible to change infrastructure for the regular people, only then will it start being used by the common folks and not the nerds. We are witnessing a kind of revolution not just with Soma but all crypto project and in every revolution there was a huge part of skepticism involved. Some people are afraid and dont understand the change and the percentage of population involved in crypto is still low, but i am sure with time most of them will change their way of thinking. I hope Soma can be directly involved with that. |
