1462  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: fellas be careful from this kind of scams! - READ on: March 27, 2023, 08:24:57 AM
Once you click the casino name, it gives you the option to "connect your wallet" once you connect your wallet, your funds are 100% lost.
Isn't this is the way most web3 casino do their business? if this is what you are referring to connect on the casino, not the typical giving the whole seed or private keys.
Wait a minute. You have a point but check this post: https://talkimg.com/images/2023/05/14/blob59c4a7bf4a7367ac.png
Check this topic: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5446326

Obviously a lot of red flags. So there are no doubt it was an scam attempt.

About connecting wallet, as far as I remember you never need to give the seed. You do it through metamask or your hardware wallet to stay safe.

How does this explorer work?
I don't think it's able to pull data of all addresses from an HD wallet.
It's pulling addresses from explorer that is connected in transactions and it can easily be misguided a transaction where the change address does not look like a change address but an actual payment address looks like a change address. I need to understand how it finds the wallet ID.

Anyway, that's not the topic to discuss. I am just saying, I am not going to relay on the explorer.

These connection came from that above explorer so it's hard for me to conclude both are alt. There should have some other solid connections. It worth looking for. If I am not wrong BitMaxz was a regular in Chipmixer campaign so he does not seem to be a chatbot shitposter.

The larger question is should posting what is clearly AI-generated text be a tag-able offense?
Afaik, those who plagiarize don't usually get negative feedback so I am not sure that is the right course of action even for members that use chatbots. Its probably better to try get them banned intead, but its easier said than done as in some cases its  hard to prove beyond reasonable doubt that someone used chatbot.
I think the community is still unsure what to do against these chatbox spammers. If there are any voting initiated by anyone then I will definitely go with "Yes to tag them"

1464  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: BitTrust bitcoin merchant review site on: March 27, 2023, 07:57:55 AM
I can also modify the description of some services, which is a strange thing.
I picked up some random service and checked their review:
https://bittrust.org/qoinprocom
https://bittrust.org/cash-to-crypto
https://bittrust.org/bitquickco

Check the reviews from users. I don't see much things to suspect. There are 5 stars review while there are many 1 star reviews too.

I am not advocating for them but things are looking normal to me.

not even Binance is listed on that site.
I don't see Kucoin on there too. May be they still have not listed their service with them yet. You need to add your business there before everything else.
1465  Economy / Services / Re: OmegaStarScream's Signature for rent on: March 26, 2023, 09:11:57 PM
SINBAD MIXER Signature & Campaign. Up-to $130/W Opened for special person Hero or legendary slots may be opened, you are already Staff-Legendary i hope you have the opportunity and priority is first.
Since it is very easy for you to get good opportunities in another campaign, you can join them even for a short period of time. Until you get another hights rate payable campaign.

In case you missed to read
I'm not wearing any signatures for mixers or gambling services.

@OmegaStarScream, good luck brother. It seems the entire forum is filled with mixers and gambling services LOL
Good luck finding an exchange, store or something else that serves you goal.
1466  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does your country tax your gambling winnings? on: March 26, 2023, 08:59:16 PM
In my country Philippines, any winnings from gambling that exceeds Php10,000 (approximately $190) is subject to 20% tax pursuant to Section 24 (B) (1) of the national revenue code.
You seems to have worse taxation than mindrust LOL
His was at least anything ~ $1,200 but your seems to be taxed for every decent winning.

Interestingly still people gamble. I wonder how many of them show it to their accountants.
1467  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 🦊 Betnomi.com | Champions League Pool ⚽️ Discussion Thread on: March 26, 2023, 08:43:56 PM
Bayern is a favorite against City, IMO, they have more options to play and good balance against Pep as well
Thanks, I was looking for clues to take a side in this match LOL. I guess now I know which side to go 😉

Quote
Haaland will probably finish this without scoring goals, his five against Leipzig were not wisely spent, better to score two-three against each opponent, than five against one Smiley
Haha, I think Haaland will score in this match too. It's a big match and he is a big player. Whatever happens, it seems City's chance to have the first CL title is extending another year 😂

It's been two weeks I left a message to tomahawk9 and still no response ☹️
1468  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does your country tax your gambling winnings? on: March 26, 2023, 08:30:47 PM
So the money you send from the bank to the bookie, it goes directly to a government entity. Now you should get the idea of what's happening. Cool You can't hide from the taxxxmannn
With those fiat bookies it's easy for them to keep track for your money but how about the crypto bookies. I don't think external source have much flexibility to see where the funds came from unless they know the deposit addresses that belongs to you.

Also how about betting in the stores where you go with cash, play slots, bets on sports with cash?
1469  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does your country tax your gambling winnings? on: March 26, 2023, 08:20:12 AM
I can't agree more with you... but governments want their cut, and some governments are pretty imaginative when it comes to "taking their cut". Joke or not, maybe soon we will start paying taxes on the air we breathe, at least we who live in some countries with very "imaginative governments"...
Wait! Aren't you already paying for it? CO2 free, green energy, solar energy, electricity aren't all these to clean the air and they are using our money to fund these projects. You are paying money to breathe already LOL
1470  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does your country tax your gambling winnings? on: March 26, 2023, 08:13:21 AM
I know the USA has gambling taxes and I think it's ridiculous.
That's ridiculous LOL
Imagine you gamballed $1k and lost $900. Going home with $100. They are going to cut $20 from it 😂
If I was in USA then I would definitely never check gambling as an option for my entertainment LOL

Mine does. It is taxfree if you win anything below ~$1200 but if you win more than that, you'll have to pay a 20% tax to the government on that winning.
How do you determine winning?
From bank to bookie $1k. Then from bookie to bank $2.2K?

How about from bank to bookie more $1k after that coming $2.2K. And no other incoming from bookie. that leaves $200 only but you had incoming of $2.2k and it seems you are being taxing for even $200!

1471  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Sherbet.com 1206$ SCAM (stolen deposit) on: March 26, 2023, 08:09:22 AM
Hi, diggad,

Our sportsbook provider (Betby) contacted us on the 21st of March, alerting us to the fact that your account was conducting fraudulent bets on our sportsbook. After confirming with them via Skype, we were told you have been placing value bets + betting on low-cat events, and your account had been flagged elsewhere too.
Sad. sportsbook abusers actually forget that the front end of a casino is just like the affiliates of a casino. In the front end everyone has different branding. The better you are in marketing the higher your brand visible but in the back end all the casinos are the same. They have common sports and games providers. And the providers keep a lot of logs of every finger print you leave from your browser. It's impossible to cheat them.

The entire industry is based in trust than verifying. In cases if these providers would give blockchain evidences with their claims then it would be nicer and easier for everyone else to make a clear conclusion. But it make sense and understandable that for data protection, they can not do such things even if they want too.

Typical scam technique. Scammers are doing it from years. People are even stupid to give their private key /seed phrase.

and I hope that newbie will be aware on this new scam scheme.
To create such a website can cost $1,500 to $2,000. With these methods I am sure they make way more money then they invest. Unfortunately all these new people in the space falls the victim for it. There is another popular one which is to deposit money before withdrawing your winning.
1473  Economy / Gambling / Re: MEGA:PARI | Gambling&Betting | TAKE PART IN CRYPTO GIVEAWAY 💸💸💸 on: March 26, 2023, 07:51:46 AM
Don't you think this is a bit weird?
No, it's not. Haven't you seen mum, dad, pup, dog, meow, brother, sister, uncle, aunt and all sorts of definitions when two or more accounts found connected even on the forum where there are no IP log, and anything else to check except wallet connections? I have not looked at the case but it sounds like the sportsbook was playing lottery and only these two friends won it while there were thousands of others was playing too.

If megapari did a lucky guess, I'll say it's a helluva new level of lucky.
Ask how many users they have, you can easily figure out the odd to win 😉

1474  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Looking for INVESTORS on: March 24, 2023, 11:36:20 PM
It would be nice to know who wants to participate and invest before the project completed. As if I complete all by my self, why do I need investors for after that. Any way the most difficult tasks with the code is done. Now will be easier stuff for programming.
You need a good sales speech. Include what investors have in there, the terms and how it will be conducted and many more things that will convince people to take out their own money and give it to your pot.

You also need a somehow working version of the project for others to see how it works, what future it has things like this.

Marketing is a big part of any project. Even before looking for an investor, you need a partner who can do all these public relation things and you can focus on programming.
1475  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: MEGAPARI Scam Report on: March 24, 2023, 11:27:11 PM
but ok, anyway, they are lying. impossible we have same ip, device and bullshit, living in different cities.
Things like this are impossible to prove for third party like us forum members. It's like your words vs their words. They can not share the data in public and we can not verify if the data are manipulated. The only people who can verify such data are the providers (sports and game providers). When the case will accelerate more then the license provider is your last destination.

Hey.
The player has deposited  98,94 USDT at first. The money had been used to place bets before the verification process begun.
The player has made few withdrawal attempts, but it could not be processed, and the funds came back to his account. The reason for that was that the security dept has requested to pass the KYC process first. The player has provided the requested documents, but the team must have found matching data with another account that belonged to Lopez Iglesias Marcos, which is the players' friend.
It is not allowed to share any data with other people for placing bets on the platform, incl. family and friends. As the violation of the rule, the team has started to cancel bets  that were made on the platform. The total amount was  262.21  USDT.
When the company faces with unfair gambling activity, the winnings gained as a result of violation of the T&C are not be paid off. In that case, we get 262.21  USDT minus the amount of winning = 148.83 USDT that are successfully credited to the player's bank account.

I think it would be best to re-upload the image with OP's email address censored, just to be safe and sure you're still giving your best to protect their privacy. I understand that you also asked for Mr. Marcos' KYC and thus know that the same ID are shared on both account?
Thanks, i've uploaded another file.
I still can see a name. It's better if you remove that part using an image editor and re-upload the file again.
1476  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Sherbet.com 1206$ SCAM (stolen deposit) on: March 24, 2023, 11:20:17 PM
'Hey, digga. Your account has been permanently suspended on Sherbet, and all withdrawals/balances have been frozen due to fraudulent activity on our sportsbook (as stated by our provider). There is nothing I can do for you further in this case, but you can appear at support@sherbet.com.'
Is that all they explained? No other communication?
Have you asked them to explain what type of fraudulent activity you have done, types and things. Sometimes it's better to push internally then when there are no other way then come to the community support. This community have great experience with solving sportsbook and their clients issue but there are many occasions where unknown people tried to take advantage of the free service community members provide.

It's important you are to be honest and showing everything that you have to support your case.
1477  Economy / Gambling / Re: [....] - New [.....] management - We will try to solve all the problems - on: March 23, 2023, 10:57:28 PM
Hello guys!

The OP's account of this thread has nothing to do with 1xxxxxBiiiiiiit in any regards.

We can go around in circles for a few for pages (if you're into that sort of thing), but the facts will likely remain the same here.
Edited the keywords.

Don't you guys understand that it's a good way to know search engines that people are talking about the brand so give them better exposure in search result. I am not an expert in search engine things but as far as I understand this is a part of search engine marketing.

The 1x[...] guys are spending a lot of money for signature campaign, for shillers, you think for nothing? Do you even think a person who joined the forum a week ago doesn't know what reputation 1x[...] have? But still why they are paying money for signature campaign and discussions like this? Let the search engine know, on an high authority domain like Bitcointalk the shit 1x[...] have many backlinks in other words you all are talking about them.
1478  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Referral bonuses are waste of time on: March 23, 2023, 10:48:08 PM
In my opinion, I think referral bonuses are typically waste of one's time because of its processes that seems so impossible to claim and recently I came across a thread
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5437603.0 seeking for Casinos with paid referral bonuses and I tool out time to read most of the responses there and they all seem impossible to claim referral bonuses.
Not sure what you are talking about but if you are talking about affiliate commissions then I think you are totally wrong. Affiliates are very important part of the entire gambling industry. But one need to know what they are doing. All these streamers, websites like askgamblers and review sites are directly promoting casino sites. They are making huge money. So if the referral commission was not worth it then these big projects were not born or we would not see many streamers.

If you are talking about referring one or two person by reaching out to hundreds of personal contacts you have and doing it individually by any method like sending unsolicited PM in social media, or having a meeting to exchange your affiliate link, then it's a waste of time. You need to know how to generate online traffic and monetize the traffic.
1479  Economy / Reputation / Re: Bitcointalk account hacking/phishing Alert on: March 22, 2023, 08:56:23 PM
I don't know how their account was hacked. But, I see an old thread about BitcoinGirl.Club's account was hacked somehow. Her email was compromised.
It was one of the worst time. It not only effected my bitcointalk account but effect many other accounts including exchanges. Manually I had to change email for possible all online accounts. Some of them took even a month to finish then entire process.

I had to change my wallets too, just in case to make sure I am not using compromised wallet. When you are attacked by a hacker no matter how it happen, I guess you need to change everything you had associated in the device and the account that was hacked.
1480  Other / Meta / Re: How to Unlock Topic on: March 22, 2023, 09:09:43 AM
Forum members sees one line post as spamming and the poster as a shit poster.
Not all one-lined posts are shit posts, some are high quality. Not all long posts are quality ones, but spam and zero quality.
Check the username of OP. If I remember correctly then there was a ponzi MLM long time ago with the name. Perhaps one of this kind of topic was locked but going through his topic creation history I failed to find any thread that is locked. My assumption he has another account and a topic from that account is locked and looking for solution to unlock it.

Edit: How could I miss it LOL
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5408679.0

I was checking his earlier threads first to find any ANN related to Zarfund 😂
