Thinking about this for a little bit, I somewhat doubt the account was actually hacked. I would personally find it more likely that the OP was able to successfully scam someone because they were able to agree to not use escrow (probably from this thread) and want to claim their account was hacked in order to prevent their reputation from being impacted. The OP's password was changed barely an hour and a half ago

According to this thread/post the user Propulsion was trading with this person (ironically from a thread that originated in the currency exchange section - it not in the alt coin marketplace section - the same section you originally posted this in). He was also trying to buy trust.

tomatocage, haploid, dannyhamilton, loureed.
Vod & Tomatocage are by far the most trustworthy on this forum and the Bitcoin community.
I personally dont know anyone of them. Have they published their personal identification details ? Otherwise, why should I trust them ? Personal ID means nothing. They have shown themselves to be trustworthy in the past and this is why the community generally will trust these people. They however are likely not the most trustworthy people in the forum. I would say the most trustworthy people would likely be one of the few people who have organized multiple group buys successfully, as people have trusted them with massive amounts of bitcoin in the past and they have followed through

The obvious answer would be yes, but I guess there may be some exceptional circumstances. ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif) I have a question about deleted posts (either by moderator or user). Do they count for updating activity? My first impression was that they don't, but then I came across this user. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=360248Name: 247bitcoinnewscom Posts: 4 Activity: 22 Any ideas how this happened? Hmm that is interesting. I have no clue about it. Also, the post count of that user is 4, but if you click "Show the last posts of this person.", it will show no post. I think the posts were deleted after activity updated. But 'show last posts' shows nothing, which is very weird. An admin or mod may want to see this for correct answer. ![Roll Eyes](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/rolleyes.gif) ~~MZ~~ Yeah , it is very strange ... maybe his active will "drop" when he will back online. Activity is suppose to update every hour (and your rank some time after your activity updates). AFAIK you not being online should not affect your post count/activity level. I might speculate that some of his posts are on some hidden forum section (mod section, or donator section - even though he is neither of these) The user will have probably been nuked which deletes all their posts and usually activity after the activity update every hour but hasn't for some reason. Maybe just a glitch.
I have seen other users that were nuked and they always had their post and activity count get reset to 0

You said that you did not sell your account. If this is true then can you explain this thread?

I have reported 137 posts to date and have an 89% accuracy rating. I believe I was at 88% not too long ago, therefore I would conclude that it is still be calculated.
I believe that the mods do have the option to neither increase nor decrease your accuracy ratings (essentially exclude the report from your calculation) however I am not 100% sure how this works.

You are able to gain up to 14 activity points every two weeks. If you only make one post when you create your account and one post 15 days later then you will have two activity and two posts.
If the next day you were to make an additional 30 posts then you would have a total of 32 posts and 28 activity.
To answer your question, yes your post count will need to be equal to or greater then your activity, however you do not need to make all 14 posts in the "activity period" to earn the activity

Can you be more specific as to what collateral you are offering? It is obviously alt coins, but can you be more specific as to what alt coin you can provide?
EDIT: @Watoshi-Dimobuto - escrow is to protect the borrower from you running away with his collateral either as soon as he gives it to you (and before you send him the loan) or after he pays you back.

I didn't and now can't see the posts and unless it has been brought to the attention of Badbear then they're unlikely to get banned. I'm sure he will if he already hasn't looked into it.
And other questions : do you think I could ask to theymos for recover my account ? Go ahead and ask, asking will do nothing since you have no proof. You can't even prove you own the address I sent the loan to. I am confused. Are you still in possession of the account?

I honestly think most posts were relevant to the topic, they were not spam. And who are you to get into my business about my posts? I deleted them anyways, so this thread should be deleted also.
That is my opinion^
Most? If most were relevant then why did you delete them? I am actually surprised the account was not banned (maybe the only reason for the lack of a ban is because you deleted the posts before the mods could look at/see how much spam you were making)
Admins can still see deleted posts. IDK if you saw any of the posts or not, but if so, would you consider them to be spam-like posts? (I don't think that staff can see deleted posts). Do you have any insight as to why the account(s) were not banned, as I would think this situation would fit perfectly for an account to be banned. The account was wearing a commercial signature (although I don't think it was a pay per post signature, it was still a commercial signature). Was it because he deleted the posts on his own?

The OP probably wants to hide the identity of the account as there are very few accounts with 1k+ activity and posts.
He probably also does not understand how activity works and/or is trolling/bluffing about being able to sell a legendary account
As soon as the password is reset, everybody will know. https://bitcointalk.org/seclog.phpNo way he is selling that account. there are plenty of legit reasons to change/reset your password that do not involve the sale of accounts. It is good security practice to change your password every so often. I have seen many mods/admins have their password changed and I doubt they sold their accoint. A 1000+ activity and 1000+ post account password doesn't change everyday. It will show up easily. Same goes for Hero members. It will be difficult to sell any Hero or Legendary accounts now. you are correct that the password change will show up. But it is not possible to tell if the account owner is changing his password for himself or changing it because it is being sold. If there were 2-3 1000+ accounts changing passwords everyday then would be difficult. Thats not the case, it will be easy to figure out if the account mentioned here is sold. Just because an account that matches the OP's description changes his password and/or resets his password does not mean that the account was sold. All it means is that someone changed their password.

Well, he is allowing users to have more than one signature (I guess that's what he means with "allow to add other link"), so you could theoretically have both (I think Bitmixer allows that as well, right?). I think bitmixer wants you to have their link at the top of your signature and I assume the OP would want the same but who knows, he really didn't specify

For the sake of others (and my own), I have decided to shut down my escrow service. There is too much of a grey area and I don't feel comfortable operating in it. I appreciate the support throughout the months and I'm looking forward to working with you around the forums in the future.
If you have any questions feel free to send me a message.
Thanks!
Is this for both traditional escrow as well as ICO's or just ICO's?

There is no way anybody will pay over 2 BTC for a Hero account. 0.7 BTC would be a fair price.
this is not true. I have sold a hero for more then 2.79 before (it had neutral trust)

I am also interested
Have 200+ activity
your activity is 154 not 200 everyone here in this thread are with negative feedback(expect one) even the OP is with negative trust this thread is full of red alerts i wonder if those signatures will attract users maybe the op could open a sig campaign only for people with negative trust, and only pay for posts that are made in sections that the red trust shows up in
