14981  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 175 Quadrillion Zimbabwean Dollars Now Equals 0.02164502 BTC on: June 19, 2015, 01:58:50 PM
Zimbabwe is so poor, their official alt coin is divisible by 1 million decimal places.

you are joking, but i think that zinbabwe could actually benefit from any altcoin, they could start pumping some of those death coins, and take more profit than their toilet paper

are they technological advanced enough, because it is strange that they are not interested in crypto currency, any poor state should turn its attentionto bitcoin or atlcoin at least

Even if it could be smart solution per se, especially as a base of monetary system, there is a serious problem: what distribution among the citizens would look like? Even if everyone gets public keys printed on paper, they will need a possibility of quick verification at any time.

they could start with signing message, each address belongs to one entity, so it should be a good way to prevent abuse

you can add then maybe a video for a more proof that you actually own that address, with your nickname added there
14982  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin: Should you stay or should you go? on: June 19, 2015, 01:52:14 PM
You think bitcoin would be the main currency? That was never their motive and neither should it be. It defeats the complete idea, it is an alternative mode of payment. It will always be an alternative.

Bitcoin is not created to become alternative payment, where do you get this idea from? You are so wrong on this, It is created to be a decentralize currency that not depends on any authority from any jurisdiction and to be a currency where the supply cant be increased or decreased on how the authority wish it
They say that bitcoin is alternative payment because it can but items or things through shopping online, they can also pay their payments through bitcoin.

for some maybe for other it is a fully replacement of the fiat scam

we can say that for big merchants it will be used as an alternative, but for private user(for some of them) bitcoin is a replacement of fiat in any way
14983  Other / Politics & Society / MARS one on 2025 on: June 19, 2015, 12:43:53 PM
why no one is talking about this, i find it a great project

the roadmap summary

2015

a training to help all partecipants to deal better with the conditions climatic of Mars, they will probably simulate it, in in some facility

2020

a demostration mission will begin along with a launch of a communication satellite

2022

an intelligent rover will lend on mars, to help the future lenders, to find the best place to establish their new outpost

the rover will help it by removing unnecessary thing in that area

a second satellite will be launched, for a better communication 24/7

2024

a second rover, two living units, two life support systems, and a supply unit are sent to Mars in 2024. In 2025, all units land on Mars using a rover signal as a beacon. - See more at: http://www.mars-one.com/mission/roadmap#sthash.bqoJlXFP.dpuf

2025

the six cargo that will host the civilians will lend on Mars, ata a distance of 10km from the outpost, they will use sonal pannel for energy

everything will be settled before by the rover robot before the arrival for the lenders, so they will have water and oxygen

2026

the crew one will be launched on the orbit, travelling to Mars, and a months after the first crew is settled, there will be a second launch for the second crew

bears in mind that there is no return to earth, for those people

2027

after the first day, the crew will be moved to their living zone, they will be picked up by the rover for this, when they will arrive to their units, they will set up everything for their future life on mars, foods is the canned type and nothing else

Redundancy is extremely important because, unlike the crew aboard the International Space Station, the Mars One crew can't abandon their mission in case of an emergency. When the first crew lands they will find the habitat with a good level of redundancy. The established habitat will, by this time, include two living units, each large enough to house the crew of four, and two life support units which are capable of providing enough water, power, and breathable air for the entire crew. When the hardware for the second crew is incorporated to the settlement, it will feature four living units and four life support units, which are enough to sustain a crew of 16 astronauts

2028

the second crew will be launched, every crew from now will consist of 10 individual, the first one is an exception, and it was 100 individuals

14984  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Woman Deemed World's Oldest Person Dies at 116 in Michigan on: June 19, 2015, 12:22:51 PM
RIP Jeralean Talley. She was just 6 years short of the all time record, currently being held by Jeanne Calment of France (1875–1997), who died at the age of 122. The medical sector is getting more and more innovative now, and new drugs are being found. So in the future, it won't be unusual for people to live up to 120 years.

i remember one of those super old lady, they asked her what was her secret to live so long, and she said that she was eating 3 eggs per day

after that day i started eating 3 eggs a day as well, now i feel more fuller in the morning

these old men are a well of wisdom

14986  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 17-year-old Bitcoiner faces prison for tweeting about... You guessed it! Bitcoin on: June 19, 2015, 11:57:18 AM
there was a similar case of a minor guy that was insulting someone else when they were playing on counter strike and a received a complaint, and afterward he faced prison as well

Prison for an insult? Are you sure that you didnt miss something? I cant imagine that naming or insulting would possibly bring you into jail in the US. Even with hate speak, racist things or something. Nothing of that should be worth prison. Oo

i'm trying to find the source it happened 1-2 years ago

i can't find it for now, but there is this similar cases

14987  Economy / Speculation / Re: Who will become a trillionaire first: Bill Gates or Satoshi? on: June 19, 2015, 11:23:18 AM
Bill Gates' wealth is growing like a snowball. Now it is 79.3 billion USD
Satoshi, with roughly 1 million bitcoin, is worth 250 million USD. Thus, Satoshi's fortune is hundreds of times smaller than Bill Gates.

Who do you think will reach 1 trillion first and why?

How much will it cost Bill to buy 1 million btc?

How much would Satoshi get if he tried to sell 1 million BTC?

depend, if he sell small amount per time, without crashing the market, he can sell all his bitcoin at currenct market price or slightly less

otherwise by selling everything at once, you would crush the entire market, and more than half of his million will be waste at 100 or sub 100 price

but i doubt he is that stupid, to do such a thing
14988  Economy / Speculation / Re: [prediction] Next spike $560,000 14 months from now on: June 19, 2015, 11:21:18 AM
I'll be happy if it hits $17000  Shocked

everything between 1k and 10k should make everyone happy

the OP prediction is one of those prediction that clearly could see the light like a collision could ever be turned into reality

but i doubt that such price would ever be achieved, maybe not even the fee era could brings it on the table
14989  Economy / Speculation / Re: back to 220 tomorrow time to sell is now on: June 19, 2015, 11:15:41 AM
Well i'm surprised we are still at this price level.
I was wrong in the time frame.
But anyone with half a brain knows this won't last and will come down faster than it went up.

why it should come down(after a good rise like this) when it was not down for the past months with a even worse price?

sry but i can't see any reason, all i see is a slow move toward the uptrend
14990  Economy / Speculation / Re: Look at these Finex walls on: June 19, 2015, 11:14:30 AM
if you want to talk about serious walls, it is better to take a look at bitstamp, they have a great volume, and 20 wall is nothing there

a quick look in the market, has showed a 114/378/267 sell walls, the sum of the seller is still greater above 250, if they ar enot fake wall, it is better to think conservatively for the time being

This was irony or what?

Assuming this was serious - two recent days had volume 40K at finex and 15K at bitstamp. The wall at finex is gradual - but it is about 20K at stamp bids to 230 is less than 6K.

no i was serious, i wasn't aware that bitfinex has that high volume, i always though that bitstamp had the biggest volume among all the exchange, perhaps the thing changed after it got hacked

Bitstamp is at best number 5 in the exchange market.

so now is bitfinex leadin the podium? if bitstamp is not even top five, what are all the other exchanges, i'm not aware of any other 4 major exchnage, besides kraken, btc-e and lake
14991  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: When 21 million coins have been mined. on: June 19, 2015, 11:10:31 AM
this would be the point where bitcoin will have to prove its survivability, i mean if the price will not be high enough to sustain the network, no one will mine anymore, therefore the network will collapse and bitcoin will die

otherwise bitcoin will reach an astronomic value that will make everyone happy
14992  Economy / Speculation / Re: My prediction for June has proven correct on: June 19, 2015, 10:55:00 AM
i think is just a casulity

remember

1 is casuality
2 is coincidence
3 is premeditation

also you expect the price to remain at around 220 for the whole 2016? i disagree on this unless you can pull out a good math explanation, and not a simple guessing

we know that the "supply absorbtion" will be lower, so if the demand remain the same, the price must go up
14993  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: how much can you make weekly? on: June 19, 2015, 10:50:06 AM
I believe I make 300000 sat or so with faucets...
it's just for the fun.

you can earn much more if you join 64block, they pay newbie too 0.00005 per post, 100 post per week and you are already making 0.005, which is nearly the double of your currently earning with faucet, less stressfull too..

also by posting you will gain new knowledge about bitcoin, and you will follow more its situation
14994  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: Exchange Perfect Money to Bank Account Worldwide Service (Exkash.com) on: June 19, 2015, 10:47:14 AM
why should i pay 3% fee when i can pay 0.09% fee with kraken? and they proceed sepa in 8 hours compared to one day?

the same can be said with other euro exchange, their fee is no where near 3%
14995  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Why bitcoin is going nowhere (too hard to buy bitcoin) on: June 19, 2015, 10:45:37 AM
sadly i think until bitcoin can be acquired directly at your local job, with your wage, there is not faster way to get them besides circle or exchange

when employers will be payed directly with bitcoin, there will be a revolution indeed, but again it is a thing that it will come with a better adoption
14996  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Best site for BTC to USD ? on: June 19, 2015, 10:38:43 AM
first where do you leave? for euro i can recommend therocktrading/kraken/coinimal

otherwise you can just use Circle, i will not go to bitstamp, for trading too much ID require even for tiny amount
It hardly matters where you live as majority of exchange sites support all countries. I would go with Circle.com as it has a good international presence and allows you to even purchase using a CC . Bitstamp is good for its new multisig wallet after the recent hack. So it will be atleast safer.

but not all the exchange support sepa, this is the difference, we all know that sepa is much faster compared to a standard wire transfer, and if you are european it better to have that option
14997  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][TAGR] Think And Grow Rich Coin | A Wealth Symbol | ICO | [X15] on: June 19, 2015, 08:05:25 AM
i can't seems to find, the release, when it will be launched?
14998  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: How to earn bitcoin by watching video? on: June 19, 2015, 07:54:50 AM
what they should really do, is pay you if you watch youtube video, youtube should integrate something along this line

a system tip for viewer, well i guess they don't need it, seeing how there is not enough competitor...

aside from this i know about cointasker, which offer much more than earning through watching video

Youtube pay you for the amount of views you receive on your posted video's ... not the people who view the video. {It's more or less $1 per 1000 views} Lot's of other things also applicable, but it gives you an idea.

i was not talking about this, i know that they pay based on views, and with a commentary on your video, but i was thinking about a way to pay people that simply watch youtube video

like tipping for reddit or twitch.tv

this guy above me, understand it

i think you can tip bitcoin through changetip.com on youtube too. i am not sure though, i know that you can do this on reddit and twitch.tv
14999  Economy / Economics / Re: Business owners, have bitcoin payments boosted your sales or not? on: June 19, 2015, 07:52:38 AM
you will have the same revenue in the end

I would say that the revenue will be much lower if you do accept BTC as a payment option in this case because there is a fee for every conversion of BTC into FIAT as well as some fee to withdraw it to your bank account

you should earn more actually, because you will evade the possible fee of fiat circuit, if you don't accept bitcoin instead

for example if you receive money from abroad, when there is a conversion fee, that it is not very small

There isnt any conversion fee from one currency to another currency

how so, i know paypal has a conversation fee, and also any bank basically apply it, conversation fee for my bank is 1.75%, not even that cheap for my taste
15000  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Blocks with 0 transactions, attack on Bitcoin or normal? on: June 19, 2015, 07:46:42 AM
