Fantastic to see that we have some volume late in the day - I've reset all my orders back up =) Did Bittrex respond to you about the listing? According to my calculations we need to manage around an additional 4.3BTC in transactions before some time on Friday, that's about 1.1BTC per day to get 7 BTC volume in 14 days. Not yet. I will send another request. There was a period Magi had a huge volume. Can somebody tell me when that was and maybe we can use that huge volume to achieve a higher volume calculated over a longer period. The week was starting 5th September, we managed 1.3BTC per day then - most of the enormous volume was on Polo Thank you Starmman. I will add that info also in the request. |

I did my job, i hope the trading will go on.  I was hoping my DOGE funds could act as a buffer over your 2473 but it was eaten before I've managed to turn them into BTC. First tranche of DOGE funds have been pushed into the market, it'll make a bit of impact - but not much - just a few hundred extra magi's worth of liquidity. Good work amigo! Appreciate that a lot. I've got another lot being transferred over - only about 400,000 satoshis worth this time, if I sell them at the right price - I suspect they'll be offering liquidity on the Magi exchange by the end of today or tomorrow - only another 0.8% of whats needed - if some more people help out - we'll have a good chance of making it. There hasn't been much progress today, 24hr volume is down to 0.07176508 - and about a quarter of that was me. Think its going to be difficult to keep that kind of volume up. If we want to stay on trex - I think what we need is: - - enough coins on the market (both buy and sell side) to entice people to trade - some way of increasing the volume Other than pump/dump - Alt coins tend to increase and decrease in volume/price on based fundamental analysis (news about the coin/hype/development/updates from the dev), so maybe we can somehow increase the fundamentals. An easy way to boost the fundamentals could be to at least publish a simple or draft roadmap - even if there are no dates on it - it helps people see the future and give them reason to invest. I'm trying to add funds to both the buy and sell side - but don't have a huge resource pot. Would be great if we had a few more reasonably priced XMG/BTC orders in the book to entice people in. Best thing to do is check timeline, change graph to 1W, and mouse over the last two candlesticks which will give you the daily avg for each week, we are currently at 0.13 and 0.098BTC per day for the last two weeks so we have been running at about ~20% of the volume they trex need. magi is moving great inside polo is there anyone might pumping it and sending it to trex or its just a normal movements of magi? i know this coin really moving great even btc really rising hopefully it will be continuously moving up from time to time again. Thought activity on Polo is normal and indeed very nice. Thanks for the nice words! |

Order book is starting to dry up again (which is great, people must want Magi, trouble is there isn't enough available at the asking price) - I found some DOGE that can be used to buy a few hundred extra Magi, so transferring across.

Yep, looks pretty hard to achieve, hopefully we can find a way for them to be more lenient on us - I'll have a think. I think Magi can achieve this. I will go for it. nothing can't be achieve with the active support from the community and a very supportive developer, i hope XMG can do that, it's such a good coin, being around for quite sometimes. Oke, im going to higher my bid 0,4 to 2400 and i hope the sellers will go down abit, so we get some traiding again.
Right sellers need to lower their price to collect more volume. |

Looking at the following chart - we don't have enough supply on Trex to meet demand worth 0.5BTC if there was any - liquidity isn't great on there - Polo is looking healthier, although we did have the same issue with liquidity on Polo back in June. http://imgur.com/tuKsN6EI know some coins are using bots, so they never have issues with volumes on exchanges. |
