I did my job, i hope the trading will go on. Wink

I was hoping my DOGE funds could act as a buffer over your 2473 but it was eaten before I've managed to turn them into BTC.

First tranche of DOGE funds have been pushed into the market, it'll make a bit of impact - but not much - just a few hundred extra magi's worth of liquidity.
Good work amigo! Appreciate that a lot.
I've got another lot being transferred over - only about 400,000 satoshis worth this time, if I sell them at the right price - I suspect they'll be offering liquidity on the Magi exchange by the end of today or tomorrow - only another 0.8% of whats needed - if some more people help out - we'll have a good chance of making it.

There hasn't been much progress today, 24hr volume is down to 0.07176508 - and about a quarter of that was me. Think its going to be difficult to keep that kind of volume up.

If we want to stay on trex - I think what we need is: -
 - enough coins on the market (both buy and sell side) to entice people to trade
 - some way of increasing the volume

Other than pump/dump - Alt coins tend to increase and decrease in volume/price on based fundamental analysis (news about the coin/hype/development/updates from the dev), so maybe we can somehow increase the fundamentals. An easy way to boost the fundamentals could be to at least publish a simple or draft roadmap - even if there are no dates on it - it helps people see the future and give them reason to invest.

I'm trying to add funds to both the buy and sell side - but don't have a huge resource pot. Would be great if we had a few more reasonably priced XMG/BTC orders in the book to entice people in.

We had the same issue in June but managed to pull enough XMG to draw the volume back up again.

Did Bittrex respond to you about the listing? According to my calculations we need to manage around an additional 4.3BTC in transactions before some time on Friday, that's about 1.1BTC per day to get 7 BTC volume in 14 days.

Not yet. I will send another request. There was a period Magi had a huge volume. Can somebody tell me when that was and maybe we can use that huge volume to achieve a higher volume calculated over a longer period.

The week was starting 5th September, we managed 1.3BTC per day then - most of the enormous volume was on Polo

My second tranche of DOGE has been pushed into the market - hasn't made a huge difference to the order books though, but should add another 1% to available liquidity...

It might also be worth showing them the volume that we have on Polo and mentioning that we will now aim to get a similar liquidity level on Trex since the rules have changed - but it may take longer than a few days to achieve it =)

Would be great to get an official version of the new wallet out - will certainly show that the coin is making some progress.

Volume is slightly up again today on Trex, but still needs plenty more, and sustained work to keep it there - the amount of liquidity has improved quite a lot - price has taken a hit but its worth it if it helps keep one of the biggest exchanges open. Furthermore, if we do get tons of additional liquidity and volume on Bittrex during the next price increase period there will be more competition for the coin and we will be able to raise more awareness being larger in two large exchanges.

The last few days volume looks better. More than 0.5btc on Bittrex. Think we could use a little more to make sure Magi will be safe on Bittrex.

Liquidity and volume has improved a bit further today (today's volume now exceeds that on Polo), sell side of the order book is looking pretty strong, buy side could do with a bit more. I have some more DOGE orders which should be filled in the next day or two which I can use to add a bit more to the buy column.

Iam also still working on this. For all Magi community members it would be good if Magi could stay on Bittrex.
Special with the Proof of Interest campaign IV coming in the last period. There will be more traiding in the last period because the more XMG people have in their wallets the higher the Interest.

Agreed, the current price is pretty good for people wanting to make extra magi on the POI. There was 0.46BTC volume yesterday, almost as much as the 0.49BTC that were traded on 4th Dec. We are not going to manage their recommended minimum at this pace - but we have brought volume and liquidity up to a good level so hopefully the will be lenient towards us - Magi is an awesome and unique coin - lets hope they see the value.

One of the outrageous predictions from the SAXO Bank is a huge raise of the value of BTC. They say tripple value!
