most faucet who have limit in payout are scam and not paying. I didn't used this faucet. I can't even use it because payout limit is very high. it will take so much time to reach the payout limit.
OP you should decrease the payout limit and fix it in a reasonable mark. like 20K satoshi. or 50K satoshi..

yes. you can buy account. but if you are planing to buy accounts for earn money with signature campaign. then let me suggest you one thing.
you need at least a full member to join a good signature campaign. and for handling a full member you need some good knowledge about bitcoin and the forum.  signature campaign won't accept low quality posters in their campaign.
so don't rush to buy account just get knowledge about bitcoin and improve your posting quality first.
when your own account become a full member then join a signature campaign. it is better then buying alt accounts and spamming campaigns.

I think you don't know westren Union proparly. westren union don't need any registration and anything. you can receive your mony just by giving your name, your address and national ID card number or Photo copy. only one thing wich make bitcoin better then westren union is low transaction. you can send 0.1$ with bitcoin but with westren union you need at least 200$ to send.

the best time for buying bitcoin was 6 month ago when bitcoin price was under 200+ dollars. but it is not too late to buy bitcoin. bitcoin price is high now but next some months it will go even more higher rate. it may reach 1000$ graph. if you can earn bitcoin it is even better, but if you can't earn then buy it now..

totally agreed. now adays many hackers creating virus to stealing computer data, accounts details, personal emails and password. it is highly possible the virus will leak your bitcoin wallet pasword to the owner and owner can steal all your money. so being careful is better then loosing everything.

2: this option is good. I tried to play dice. and I won many times. if we play with carefully and play with small bet we can earn good money. some dice sites have multiple wining chances. like 30% 50% 70% 90% and 98% . 90% wining is better.

agreed. I am more compatible with bitcoin than paypal. I used paypal before when I wasn't aware of bitcoin. that time I though paypal is best but now my opinion changed.

it is probably a fishing sites.
