For the next set of matches later today, i'll be betting on Team Liquid -1.5@1.78, SR showed up against Team Spirit but I don't think they have a chance against Team Liquid.

Damn thats a better odds, I got the same bet at 1.65 but as long as Team Liquid ended up winning this then its still great. Its risky but I'd love to take a shot on this. Worst case scenario would be Arteezy pulling something crazy like he did in the previous game against Team Spirit then somehow SR ended up winning that clutch game

1522  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2022/23 on: March 02, 2023, 07:52:28 PM
I think Barcelona have no other choice in these circumstances and have to make the most of the players they have and Real Madrid they will be very superior in terms of players.

In terms of players and home advantage which is obvious. If Barcelona got Lewandowski in their lineup then they might have a shot but with their current lineup is just not enough to win. If they can pull a 2-1 lost or keep it draw on the 1st leg then they might have a shot on the 2nd leg though but Real Madrid will definitely pressure them starting from the 1st half whistle

For FUN or ETH I doubt we will see much movement in price, since ETH has gotten in PoS last September the price change has been not as big as it used to be before moving to PoS which had a lot of volatility,so I exclude betting on ETH and FUN and would only bet on Bitcoin price.

Isnt it abit too early to conclude that you wont be betting on ETH or FUN? I mean March has just started so there could be some interesting movement on crypto this month and of course if there is any big movement on btc then eth will definitely follow the positive trend. I do wish we will have positive trend onward till the end of the year but yeah its just stale there

It's a tough job for Dyche to make Everton stay next season.

Well considering that they are not really off from the 16-17th place then Everton still have decent shot on this but I wont say that Dyche has been doing decent so far considering that he won 2 times and lost 3 of them for his last EPL games but atleast that 6 points really helped Everton to get decent points overall to get through the degradation one

Nothing extraordinary here, most of it are betting on the favourites to win

Damn, lost this acca straight right off the bat because Tundra lost. Guess they wasnt really the powerhouse anymore this season and it seems the classic old bet of over 2.5 maps is going to be happening on most of the remaining games on lower bracket. Well I got a new ticket, ended up taking single bet on Team Spirit vs PSG.LGD for over 2.5 maps
1526  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 🕹️ Esports 🎮 Prediction & Discussion Thread on: March 01, 2023, 06:15:51 PM
Totally aware of this but Entity always seems to have different playing style compared to the rest of the WEU bunch so yeah Im hoping that they'll pull through this. Anyway GG won the 1st map so good chances that they are going to win and pretty sure that Team Liquid is definitelyn not going to ruin your acca by losing to Talon though
Looks like you're on point with Entity as they controlled the pace on both maps from start to finish and EG can't do anything to turn the lead around.

Watching Entity deal with EG's Riki was fun though, while all hope is lost for them he's just consistently sniping couriers near the dire base and they're struggling to pick him off after dropping several ultimate skills.

Yeah and I was on point with my acca. Ended up winning all of them and tbh it was wrecking my nerves on the 3rd map between SR and Team Spirit but glad that it worked out for me. I guess im lucky with this major so trying a new one today for the lower bracket

Nothing extraordinary here, most of it are betting on the favourites to win except for Team Spirit vs PSG.LGD as I think that this is an over map game for sure though

This is some completely unknown provider of game slots. Mr.Slotty's site looks very empty.
What is the likelihood that the game slots provider initially knew about the vulnerability in his product? This story seems very strange.

It doesnt really matter at this point because if the slot provider is trying to pull a nasty string behind the exploit then they are going to risk the reputation of the whole company. They might not as popular as some other top provider like Pragmatic but I've seen their slots getting added to decent numbers of online casino though

I knew there would be upsets, I didn't trust the Leicester City and Brighton games, Leicester is already losing by 1-nil at HT as expected, Brighton is leading at the moment, can they sustain this scoreline on a cold Tuesday night at Stoke? I have my doubts.

Glad my opponent went with a Yes answer while I went the opposite.

Yikes Leicester is pretty bad, I should have gone for No. I didnt expect anything would go wrong with this trio, Leicester is doing fairly bad in EPL already so atleast they would have won this against Blackburn. Aside from their current game results, both teams have almost similar number of goals scored and conceded so yeah

@casperBGD : 1st point goes to you mate, I'll bounce back from here.  Smiley
1529  Economy / Economics / Re: G20 Meet ups, Global Crypto Rules based on IMF & FSB Synthesis Paper... on: February 28, 2023, 07:45:57 PM
The G20 is a forum, it's not an organization, it has no way of enforcing anything between participants, it's just an informal forum where everyone bitches about their problems, the rest agree and disagree, and when they return home every single country is doing things as before.

Exactly this, G20 is like some sort neighborhood meeting where everyone just bitch about their problem or wives with manner then goes back home without getting any solution to their problem. Its a place where everyone just either brag or complain about stuff which they cant do nothing about

As long as crypto is not banned and the governments do not impose a blanket 30% tax on it, we should be ok. But not keeping any high and positive expectations.

Which government are we talking about? At some point, I believe that majority of the country will impose atleast 5-10% tax to crypto in general especially in 10 years timeframe from now where most people will finally get to know about crypto and probably use crypto as some sort of payment

Anyway, lets spice things up for the upper bracket. Im going for 4 way accas for the upper bracket. Taking up some upset like SR to win over Team Spirit and Team Liquid to win 2 maps against Talon which is pretty good in group stage either. As for the other two, going with the favourite to win the game so nothing too wild there
Your multi looks solid for the most part, if there's a team that could ruin your bet it'll probably be Entity because EG went 4-0 against the EU teams (GG and Tundra) during the group stage.

1531  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2022/2023 on: February 27, 2023, 11:27:21 PM
Arsenal are playing home with a high odds in their favour while Everton hope to redo the old game result. Nothing is obvious here and a surprise might occur. Personally I will be surprised if gunners miss the 3 points of this match.

Odds are pretty horrific in fact that I was hoping it to be higher than 1.5 but oh well guess I'll go for clean sheet option. Pretty sure that Arsenal is not going to let Everton score a single goal in here. They need to win this badly to keep the points gap so its going to be a possession game for Arsenal after they score for 1-2 goals to make sure that they are not going to mess this up

Was thinking about this today actually.
Maybe if they instituted a method if you have something in your balance to put specifically aside for these offers and specials, then it will use this for a set amount of your choosing (have a slider scale to choose the bet amount per special) applying to those so you won't miss any of them.
If there is nothing in the balance then nothing lost. It is just up to the player to make sure the balance is topped up so it applies to the specials automatically.

Probably not a good idea on this because if there is 10 specials then the system wont be able to select a specific specials that we want to bet on which ended up betting on all 10 specials. Pretty sure that not all specials are going to worth the money so yeah some sort of notifications through telegram would be great I guess

Sportsbet made that betting bot on telegram so I guess they could make some sort of notification bot as well
1533  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 🕹️ Esports 🎮 Prediction & Discussion Thread on: February 27, 2023, 07:11:28 PM
There isn't one clear favorite to either groups, plus those teams that you think will do well doesn't seem to be doing anything relevant either.

Team Liquid is by far the heavy favourite to win this Major though. They are much better compared to all the leftover teams so yeah

Anyway, lets spice things up for the upper bracket. Im going for 4 way accas for the upper bracket. Since Trofo said that discussion is encouraged, how do I even approach the DOTA question? I mean, it's 50-50 so I think I'll just wing it.

Its 50-50 but to give you guys that dont really follow DOTA some clue, Team Liquid is currently and havent lost to any team yet in the Major. They won 6 times and 2 draws out of the last 8 group stage games ( Group B ) so yeah they are pretty good

Anyway, anything could have happened in the playoff after this because to reach the upper bracket final they will need to win 2 more times against another top teams in Group A which they havent play against so anything could happen at this points so its 50-50  Wink

1535  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 🕹️ Esports 🎮 Prediction & Discussion Thread on: February 26, 2023, 11:30:02 PM

Well, the eliminated teams have been proclaimed already. The following teams are already taking an exit for this group stages.

  • Execration

Totally cant believe that the winner of the SEA DPC is totally a trash in this major, they didnt win anything not even against EHOME the 2nd worst team in their bracket.

Well given the current statistic, it seems Team Liquid is probably going to win this Major. By far they are the best team not even just in their bracket but they havent lost to any team at all though. They havent lost against any team in DPC WEU and they havent lost in this group stage either, damn that total dominance right there

@CLS63 : Well done mate on predicting the chelsea's lineup, Yikes If only I had choosen Madrid to win with over 3.5 goals then I would have won. I swear that Ive picked that at first then glanced through all the questions again only to change that into over 2.5 goals lol

Even though Chelsea's squad turned out to be different from the expectations I'm happy to have become successful on this question. Despite this I have increased my points to 2 by getting a draw this week as well. As it is a league format it is normal not to have tie-break. But this is bad for me. Tongue

That means this is my first point for the league lol. Im starting off pretty bad but I'll bounce back on the 3rd round for sure. Anyway, it was pretty close on the Rugby game and at some point of the game there was only 4 points differences. If only scotland won that game, you would have gotten 3 points and +2 SD. Phew it was pretty close for me
1537  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sportsbet.io Betting discussion thread rev on: February 26, 2023, 07:32:57 PM
Wow nice one @arallmuus because had a high scoring bet on that match with the gunners but they managed a slim victory over the foxes.

I wasnt quite sure about the game as I thought it will be a pretty tight game then ended up taking no both team to score there which got me pretty decent oddds including the boost.

Took it as soon it was put up a little while ago because with odds @4.30x this one is a no-brainer! Kane is their penalty scorer.

I missed this. Sportsbet should start giving out notifications in telegram if they havent whenever they launch new promotions or new specials like this. They had one on telegram already but its in portuguese I think for their brazilian userbase

I'll upload the rugby results soon (France currently in big lead against Scotland) and then we'll have a clear picture ahead of the Alcaraz - Norrie match.

Now I need France to win against Scotland so I would get my last point for this round to get a draw. As for the 1st question, I got the same answer as @CLS63 so that doesnt matter at all

1539  Economy / Economics / Re: Methods to cut food costs on: February 25, 2023, 11:59:43 PM
bulk purchase and looking for sales. dont work well, because most sales are of items near their use by date. and if buying in bulk you are buying more then you may need before use by date

Aside from that, some people might not even have the storage / fridge large enough to store all these foods or ingredients that was purchased in bulks though so this wont work well unless you have your own space

eating left overs means you didnt portion control the preparation very well

I find it way cheaper to eat the left over though but to be frank about this, it doesnt really matter if you didnt portion it well as long as you are going to eat it and not throw it away. Im totally cool with cooking / buying food that is way larger portion of what you usually need then store it away in fridge afterward
1540  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sportsbet.io's English Premier League Football Pool Discussion Thread on: February 25, 2023, 10:15:14 PM
and I think Liverpool will not disappoint either and will hopefully make a win to make this round much better than the last one.

I guess they did disappoint the fans again but Im glad that I decided to go with 0-0 on this game. I've tried different approach by getting some crazy unexpected picks that most people wouldnt go for and its not working out as I intended it to be except for this game, glad that I went it

You know what, It hits totally different when you are the only person in the pool that got exact points eventhough Im pretty far from top 20 and have only collected 5.5 points so far Roll Eyes
