1101  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sportsbet.io's English Premier League Football Pool Discussion Thread on: June 27, 2023, 05:33:16 PM
New users always join but of course some people also decide not to play again

I've never cash in any prizes from EPL pool so far iirc and I still intended to play next season. The buy-in fee is practically close to nothing for a year long tournament anyway

Maybe one year we can have some sort of mega-jackpot or maybe do some sort of winner takes all with a higher entry fee

Probably start doing this if some people show any interest with this? I mean some of the regular that play in this pool are beast though to be able to stay at top 5 or top 10 regularly like fortebet so he alongside others might be interested
1102  Economy / Gambling / Re: Rollbit.com | Crypto's Most Rewarding Casino 👑 on: June 27, 2023, 09:26:53 AM
Soon we will hit the 50% of total supply burned.

The word 'soon' is probably not suitable in this case because as I have stated, the 4th burn was literally around 2.2% of the previous existing supply

Most of the burn happened in the past when bunch of RLB was worth close to few dollar and people werent even considering it to be anywhere close to it being valuable hence alot of RLB was collected thus burned. RLB worth more right now so most people are actually keeping it instead of using it for lottery and aside of that, I believe most people sold their stash of RLB already so yeah its going to be a while until the whole 50% supply is burned
1103  Economy / Gambling / Re: Rollbit.com | Crypto's Most Rewarding Casino 👑 on: June 26, 2023, 09:51:57 PM
So this really boost up the prices in future with the utility being increased and more developments and profits to the holders.

Well not really, if you actually look at the number of RLB burnt compared to the supply before it was burnt then you will notice that its literally 2.2% of the whole supply so thats not really much. Im not sure how many times will Rollbit burn the RLB in a year period but it should be around 4 times a year so yeah thats not really that significant but yeah its something to start with

It wouldn`t be that easy since we will of course "monitor" the action with the WOLF team to identify such a scenario - in that case, the user would not qualify for the raffle. Smiley

So you guys anticipated that as well already. I was just abit surprised with the word 'deposit' there to get the raffle ticket because normally most organizers of gambling related contest would be giving away tickets after wagering  Smiley

---
Even more, most casinos make players wager at least x1 each deposit (usually), so abusing wouldn't really be that easy

Yeah but I guess it wouldnt be hard to wager 1x in wolf.bet especially in their dice game. iirc correctly they had a pretty fast dice roll in there and the house edge for dice is lower than most casino game but yeah Im glad you guys got it figured out  Smiley
1105  Economy / Gambling / Re: ⭐ BTCGOSU ⭐ THE ULTIMATE BITCOIN CASINO GUIDE ⭐ CRYPTO AFFILIATE OF THE YEAR 🏆 on: June 26, 2023, 01:29:10 PM
Have you joined this amazing event? +EV ladies & gents Cool

Yeah its totally EV+ but Im not really familiar with wolf.bet's withdrawal system but couldnt just someone deposit over $10k then claim several raffle tickets then after that withdraw their stash from the site? Or even to make it less suspicious probably wager some small amount over the course of time then lose around $200 in the process or something like that?
1106  Economy / Gambling / Re: Rollbit.com | Crypto's Most Rewarding Casino 👑 on: June 26, 2023, 10:44:22 AM
Have the Rollbit team decided to stop the Buy back & Burn program?
If the program is actively, could we have a new report, please.

They probably does the report annually but the RLB burn is not stopping anywhere soon. Thats totally the whole point of the RLB system, its to create a scarce system for RLB thus encouraging user to use it on earlier stage then it will be alot more valuable in the future. As long as the RLB jackpot lottery is still around then they are going to burn the RLB that was collected ( 0.1% of total RLB collected on each lottery round )
1107  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 🕹️ Esports 🎮 Prediction & Discussion Thread on: June 25, 2023, 10:18:54 PM
Honestly, I want them not to win this DL20 because they've been dominating all of these teams, somebody stop them. Now next, the Bali major which will happen on Thursday. GG is also participating there.

Well in DL20, they were not really dominating at all though. In fact they were quite shabby in the group stage especially on the 2nd group stage because Betboom and PSG.LGD were dominating that group stage. They also made it to the 3rd map both against Talon and PSG.LGD which kinda indicate that they could have lost the game

Damn, you are not only right. It could very likely be the outcome because PSG is a favorite in the lower bracket final. Fingers crossed that it won't happen Smiley

I guess its not happening. GG is the type of team that will give their best especially when the reward prize is quite huge so yeah Im pretty confident on that one that they'' get to the final ( but it wont matter for me because my #10 question isnt being counted )

Your total penalty is coming in two ways:
- 1 point deducted from total points in the league. I will deduct it in Round 3 but that is actually not that important since it doesn't show anyway in data we present to you except in total points column in league tables and penalty table. This part is same every round.
- 0 points in questions that started for round 3 by the time you posted. This week situation has been very negative for you since we had a lot of questions that were in play and you have 0 points on all off them. Can't check at the moment but I believe there were 4 or 5 of them.
-snip

Just to sum this all off, my -1 penalty on the 3rd round wont have any effect on my 4th round isnt it?

Well Im quite relieve that Im ending this round with only small amount of score differences otherwise I would have hard time to get all that back
1109  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⭐⚽⭐ Sportsbet's Bitcointalk Sports Fanatics League (BSFL) – 7000+$ rewards ⭐⚽⭐ on: June 24, 2023, 02:49:37 PM
Think Trofo or someone mentioned that upper bracket guys generally end up as finalists anyway.

Most of the time yeah depending on how long the playoff is but in this case either of the upper bracket is going to be getting a spot in the grand final so yeah if anyone pick both of them then they are guaranteed to have atleast a point on question #10

1111  Economy / Gambling / Re: RollCat.io Seeding Event on: June 23, 2023, 06:40:22 PM
Welcome to our seeding event (thx Rhavar for the method)!

Starting with a secret we have generated 10 million SHA256 hash chain where each hash is the hash of the hexadecimal representation of the previous hash.

Last hash in the chain is: 10abd09447cea8db13aef1e23a05a058331c62289b712c15c413a0eb873049e1

Code to verify game results:
Code:
import { createHmac } from "crypto";

function result(hash, salt) {
  const CHUNK_SIZE = 8;
  const SECTIONS_COUNT = 54;

  const hmac = createHmac("sha256", salt);

  hmac.update(hash);

  let hex = hmac.digest("hex");

  const hexChunk = hex.substring(0, CHUNK_SIZE);
  const int = parseInt(hexChunk, 16);
  const float = int / 2 ** 32;

  return Math.floor(float * SECTIONS_COUNT);
}

Hexadecimal string representation of hash of bitcoin block 795604 will be our salt, as of posting this, this block has not been mined yet.

I'd appreciate it if someone could quote this post Smiley

Update: the block 795604 has been mined!

The final salt is: 00000000000000000002c1532ff9294c970e471e26ea8575324df82290386706

No problem, quoting both of these for future reference

Damn, arallmuus... you really didn't have to give such a walkover, would have been 2-1 now and quite a number of different answers so I'm definitely "relieved" for the free pass as it looks at the moment. Still hoping I earn it on merit anyway, would make me feel a hell lot better.

Well whatever the result is, its pretty guaranteed that you are going to win this round though especially because my H2H question wont be counted so thats an easy question to get a point from so yeah

Totally cant help it as I had important thing to attend to and by the time Im dont with it, it was already late to submit it so I decided to take a shower to cool my head off as I know Im fucked either way  Tongue
1113  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⭐⚽⭐ Sportsbet's Bitcointalk Sports Fanatics League (BSFL) – 7000+$ rewards ⭐⚽⭐ on: June 20, 2023, 09:59:31 PM

Yeah, this round really didn't work in your favor guys. In some other ones you'd be without 1 question and in this one it happened that it's 5 already and being late basically means a game lost.
Sorry about that - but we have to stick with the rules.

No worries, its a pretty long season afterall and Im pretty sure that I would make it back somehow.

I've counted and @buwaytress currently up with 2 points and 3/5 the rest of questions had the same answers so yeah its a clear victory for him this round.  Tongue lets settle this on the 2nd leg mate @buwaytress
1114  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⭐⚽⭐ Sportsbet's Bitcointalk Sports Fanatics League (BSFL) – 7000+$ rewards ⭐⚽⭐ on: June 20, 2023, 06:09:13 PM
These players will be given a -1 point penalty. So far, the questions that won't be counted when they submit the answers are Q1, Q2, Q8, Q9 and Q10.

Submitted, totally accept the punishment for being late this round and it probably wont happen in the future again. I had another thing to attend to today so I couldnt really focus on another stuff

@buwaytress : gratz on winning this round, I will probably get all the other 5 questions wrong as well but oh well  Smiley

Did any of you have a big stack saved up when this got released?

Now I kinda wonder how much did you got because Im pretty sure you would have bought ton loads of the V2 Rollbots thus you would have tons of RLB. Well for me its a decent chunk that I got but yeah it could be around break even for me compared to the amount that I've lost so far in Rollbit  Roll Eyes or probably slight profit but still its pretty good

Hey when is the release date already,

Its been there for some weeks already
1117  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 🕹️ Esports 🎮 Prediction & Discussion Thread on: June 18, 2023, 10:58:29 PM
This is just a match on Dota2 Dreamhack so things are hard to guess

Its actually Dreamleague instead of Dreamhack and I think most teams are actually abit more enthusiastic compared to the last Major. Some teams have already qualified for TI so they probably wouldnt care much about the last Major but every remaining teams want to get to top 2 in this Dreamleague. We are talking about the chance to qualify for the next Riyadh Master for $15M prizepool

Thats almost similar prizepool to the last TI

@cls63 : good round mate ! we are left with 2 different answers and you are leading with 3 points ahead of me so yeah that pretty much settles this round between us. Goodluck on your next round

I guess this is the end of my good run since the last season, gotta do better for next round

Thank you mate. If the fifth question didn't end up with yes then the competition between us would have been more interesting now. That was hell of a question though.  Grin  Denmark and Turkey must have made both of us really excited. I wasn't expecting both of Barcelona and PSG to be eliminated earlier in the EHF Champions League as well. Kielce saved me there.

Yeah if the fifth question ended up with NO then that would have saved me abit for now but overall yeah the main plot twist of this round would be Barcelona and PSG eliminated from the handball champions league.

Yeah you were doing really well before. But this can happen to everyone so I think you will do better in the coming rounds.

I didnt do my usual routine ritual. I normally would submit my answers like few minutes before the deadline but this round I submitted it way earlier because I had to something to attend to on the evening so yeah that probably ruined my lucky streak  Tongue

Well not to toot my own horn, I was told that I had 8 correct in one round last season so that may be the best so far. Grin Grin Grin

Yes 8 points are the highest so far but there are another two players that got 8 points aside from you. @vd309 got that last season and @harkorede got that last week

HOLY HECK, Northen ireland scored a goal ! Latvia as well !
