Your forgetting, for all 5 that yeilds 2 TH, you need to spend 11 BTC  on antminers to match. And its not that, they come with 1000 Watt Plat power supplies + Minepeons + water cooling systems them selves are worth something.

The power supplies alone in all 5 is worth over 1.5 BTC. Mine peons of 3 worth probably $150 or 0.25 BTC.

That gets to 12.75 BTC, and also to match with these little units.
It is 360 Watts * 11 = 3960 Watts for antminers.

Hashfast its about 2000 watts.

So 1.96KW * 0.095 * 24 * 30 = $134.064/Monthly

Every two months on hydro bills you would save $268.13 which is not nothing.

I can drop to 14 BTC, the lowest I can go.

Do consider the power is a bit less on the hashfast. One hashfast will yield 400 watts at 420GH while an antminer will yield 360 watts at 180GH according to the site. In the future power efficient asics will be the ones still cranking out profits while the others won't be.

I can come down a bit more, lets say 15*180GH at 2700 GH of antminer equivalence which is 15 BTC.

Do consider it comes with 1000 Watts platinum power supplies + 3XMinepeons, and even water cooling systems, while the antminers come with neither.

Its 5 separate hashfasts for a total of 2 TH, 8 BTC for 2 TH?
I had an offer of 6 BTC for two hashfasts over PM.

I was expecting in the area of 18+ BTC for all 5

I thought the same thing when I read the profile it wasn't into I looked more carefully over this thread I realized a mistake. So clearly the system is confusing for a lot of people.

But Bitmaintech.com sells 180GH for 0.998 BTC.

The offer of $1100 above is like $275 per unit which is roughly 0.42 BTC.

0.42 BTC in respect buys 75.75 GH and they are lower power then BFL by a lot.

I would take those offers in 1 second if I was in your situation.
If anything I have 2XBFL myself, I would be happy to sell them for 0.84 BTC.
