It will be like airbnb with auction. My opinion it won't be a good idea in short term and don't thing relest team is aiming for it. But in long term, who knows.
With this auction system, the landlord will get more profit but the tenant wont feel disadvantaged. So if i think as a landlord i would prefer Relest. |

Yes, the ticket information (private key) will be sent through the internet, and then you can print it if you want. But dont forget that you should keep it safe, it will be bad if the private key is stolen. |

What do you think of some kind of "engineering" marketplace, I mean, for example, I'm an architecht of the company xyz, we're building a skyscraper. I want other opinions of my work , it will be possible to buy these "opinions" from architechts all over the world by letting theme watch inside the skyscraper via VR ? Yes of course this will be possible, this fits into our educational marketplaces perfectly. With that information my belief is it will be a good exchange. So if you invested, or thinking to invest, don't worry about exchanges. I think there is nothing new but one of the team already mentioned that we have to wait after the ICO is finished, so just be patient. We are talking about 2-3 weeks after the ICO. List of exchanges in which REST will be traded after ICO:  The prices don't skyrocket only because they are in a multimillionaire exchange, veritaseum skyrocket only in etherdelta, depponion skyrocket in nova exchange, what makes a coin go to the moon, is the value of the project and/or product that the coin is backed. Another real estate project. It looks solid anyway. The funniest part is releasing the token to the exchanges so early. That might affect the development but is a clever move in order to attract crypto investors, used to fast pacing operations.

But if ever there was one, PAYPIE could always pride itself as the Worlds First Blockchain Accounting Platform. Since they are the only one for now, they will get a lot of attentions because of it. I think I read the VIBEHub wants to buy the holoportation technique from Microsoft. Has anyone found anything about pricing and their licensing scheme? Maybe Microsoft will license it for free, but provided you use the Hololens. I'm not really sure which way Microsoft wants to go with AR. Do they want to profit on the software side or on the hardware side?
I reeeally don't think Vibehub will actually buy that from Microsoft. Don't think they have the cash for that. Licensing it is another thing however. If its true, it will be a future action or maybe if they can reach their hard cap. |

I dont think whales investors are good for any ico as they dump when they see good price.More investors is better than few whales Not really, whales always win, and if you act with whales, then you will win also. And if project is a success new whales will acquire dumper whales coins. If project is going bad, whales will dump and no new whale will be there. So as long as project is going good, don't need to worry about whales. I think you can neither invite nor prevent from whales to invest.Usually whales also prefer to invest during pre-ico or presale so they get better price.Also if whales do not invest in ico,they can buy in exchange and again dump when price goes up from at what price they bought.I think looking at the potential of this ico,institutional investors would be more interested to buy in and that would be good for Paypie small investors also A good project wont easily die only because of price manipulation. no company will provide any info of possible exchanges pre ico. Several things could go wrong post ico and if investors feel jaded that a promise wasn't delivered, it could really impact the company's reputation Actually some compaines are doing that. But you're right it's risky. About vibehub it already reached 4600 eth, so exchange won't be a shitty one. That's quite a good amount so far. Much lower than the max cap of 115000 ETH though - if it ever got closer to the cap, that would be a guaranteed acceptance on any exchanges of their choosing. Exchanges are the most unimportant in the development process. Its only important for standard cryptocurrencies, not for projects with a real market usecase (Unless you are a trader). I don't understand it either why a exchange that will list the token right after the ICO is so important for a lot of people. Are they all interested in selling their tokens after the ICO with a profit? If you are truely convinced about the project you won't sell asap but HODL and watch the project grow. Well not all of the investors in this ICO world will invest for long term hold sir. As far as i know, which exchange and when it will be listed are important things in crypto trading to know/predict the pump and dump. |

One thing that worries me is how you are going to attract people to list their real estate on the platform and also to bid for them. You will need a big base of people participating in biding in different countries.
Thats a marketing thing, i think we will see some partnerships and appearances in some newspapers. |
