REAL is doing great as I can see from token sale.
Starting from 17. October REAL wants to invest in the first estate. Do you already know how much you circa want to purchase and what type of estates you want to buy?
Interesting question. Would be nice to hear if they have already some properties in mind, which they will invest in. Lets hope the price for ETH will rise till October so they can get more and better estates for their raised ether.

I would also like to know this. Here they mention potential partners: https://medium.com/@real_token/our-real-estate-potential-partners-70c2a0f8085b How much properties can REAL purchase with the amount that is currently raised? As i think REAL is one of the best real estate ICO's, i do expect them to raise quite a lot more before the ICO is over. Especially now that Ethereum is so cheap!

First, where can I see the progress of ICO? I don't find it on the official website of the project. And secondly, what is the difference between REAL and Atlant? Why your project is better?
You can see progress on their site. They raised already around 11 mlm usd. https://www.real.marketsBut how much they want to raise in total? On the website it stated the hard cap is 50 million tokens. Current rate is 220 tokens per ETH. 50 million divided by 220 is about 227k ETH. The soft cap is half that amount = ~114k ETH. But in the whitepaper they say soft cap of 200k ETH and hard cap of 400k ETH. Maybe I have an outdated whitepaper though. According to an update of their medium blog post it's soft cap = hard cap = 100k ETH. https://medium.com/@real_token/real-token-sale-faq-fa1fa574fba2You are right. Looks like they scaled down their expectations from 400k to 200k to finally 100k. With 66k ETH to go I hope they don't have to resort to lowering the soft cap. The current uncertainty in the market because of China is not helping of course. I'm sure it will pick up pace once we're in the clear.

Website is only russian and english. I believe that lots of chinese investors looking outside of china for good project to invest. A chinese website, chinese whitepaper and some paid articles to the chinese websites can draw lots of funds from chinese investors for a solid project like real. I hope they think about doing so.

Cool. Which exchanges are you planning to be listed on?
That's not clear yet. But we can speculate of course. It raised 10m usd already and there is plenty of time. It has great publicity, also project has great potential and they have a solid team. With that information my belief is it will be a good exchange. So if you invested, or thinking to invest, don't worry about exchanges. If I recall correctly first exchange is gonna be GateCoin (an Hong Kong based exchange), but I heard that they're in contact with Bittrex and more

you don't need to buy properties all over the world. that's not the plan. they plan to start in US and then extend as the project ramps up.

The advantage of blockchain and its applications like Real is that you can own a piece of land anywhere even sitting on your chair at home. Real estate ventures in crypto are rising up and will become popular as time goes.

You can read about the Gatecoin exchange on https://medium.com/@real_token/our-partners-bitcoinsuisse-gsr-gatecoin-63f56f5cf56eI expect REAL to also (eventually) be listed on Bittrex, but REAL can't confirm this. As i understand, once you have a deal with Bittrex, you're not allowed to communicatie it yet because it can influence the price.

If you are asking minimum contribituon to join ico, i double checked but it seems that there is not a minimum contribituon limit. If you are asking for a soft cap, other posts before your post already explained that soft cap is 100.000 eth. They lowered it from 200.000 eth. By the way, i wondered how %50 cut will effect them and found their statement about it. Will you be able to execute your plan with 50% less funds?
As stated in our operating budget, we are dedicating around 8 MM USD to our operations. That being 27.000 ETH approx. at today’s market value. So that would mean that in the case we raise 100.000 ETH we would then have 73.000 ETH to invest in Real Estate assets to put in our Crowdfunding platform. That is +20MM USD. More than enough to get started.
So they don't think it will be a issue.

100.000 eth = 30.000.000 $ is not enough to buy some property worldwide??? 30m funding capital should be enough for setting up a business and getting some real estate everywhere to rise awareness to some big fishes out there, who could contribute even more money into REAL

Not just because they are native speaker and know the specific market, but esepecially because Spain is one of the countries with the highest rate in real estate properties. As far as I know there are nowhere so much people buying and selling buildings instead of renting than in Spain.

I've followed other projects on the Wings Platform and it has been rather accurate and informative. It also help more people knowing about the project, as Wings is a rather well distributed project.
