1521  Economy / Economics / Re: panic selling on: July 25, 2016, 10:15:35 AM
You can trust the Chinese in China to continue buying up the coins and driving up demand.

This is a problem..

It is a problem because a concentration of bitcoin in one area defeats the purpose of decentralisation?
That is pretty much the whole problem. If a tonne of people from China buy a tonne of Bitcoin, they pretty much control it's price. There is no point for people to use Bitcoin if it is not decentralized.
1522  Other / Off-topic / Re: If Bitcoin price would fall to the bottom, what would you do next? on: July 20, 2016, 11:18:59 AM
If there was another cryptocurrency just as good as Bitcoin that was around the same price, they I would definitely jump over to that currency and invest quite a bit of money in it.
1523  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will you miss this, when Bitcoin replace fiat? on: July 20, 2016, 11:17:24 AM
I was just thinking, if Bitcoin replace fiat... The generations after us will most certainly miss out on this experience : Treasure Hunts with Metal detectors :

~ https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NixU-vYPvAI&nohtml5=False

The industry around metal detecting will not suffer, but the coin finds will decrease as coins go out of circulation. It is still a huge thrill for a person interested in this hobby, to

find old coins or even gold coins from another century. How will the Bitcoin industry change this scene and how would we have something similar to this? { A metal jar with a

Bitcoin address & matching private key with say 200 Bitcoins? }
I see the future as digital treasure hunts, but there will always be those assholes that run bots and take coins in mere seconds. So maybe not.

There's still Casascius though.

Well Casascius coins is a possible solution, but it's not the same though. The thrill to find a rare and limited edition coin is always the best experience. In most countries these Casascius are not allowed,

and it's not in general circulation. The idea that someone traded on a daily basis with the coins you found, makes it just so much more...how should I put it? ....Romantic.  Roll Eyes

In any way, I will still miss these finds, when we go fully digital.  Sad
Yeah you definitely could use collectable Bitcoins as an alternative to gold and coins. And anyway, most of the time people are looking for things like rings and necklaces when they get metal detecting, and those things will still be here in the centuries to come.
1524  Other / Off-topic / Re: {share} how you get your first 1 btc? on: July 20, 2016, 11:12:10 AM
I bought my first Bitcoins with my hard earned money, but after that, I have just been using signature campaigns and freelance work to earn Bitcoin. Free money is always better. Smiley
1525  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The difference between altcoin and cryptocurrency! on: July 20, 2016, 10:53:25 AM
Hi guys Cheesy I'm just a little bit curious, may i know if there is a difference between altcoin and cryptocurrency? I always read those terms buy I'm not sure if they differ from each other or if they are just the same. If there is a difference, what is it? Can you give me a detailed explanation regarding those two? Thank you and God bless us more Cheesy
There really is no difference except for the fact that Bitcoin is also a cryptocurrency but it's not an altcoin. Other than that, they are the same.
1526  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoiners Should Be Proud on: July 20, 2016, 10:44:30 AM
Thanks a lot. We are all great and smart people that decided to invest in Bitcoin. We definitely should be proud of all our achievements. We have seen the price go up and down and we have stuck by it the whole time.
1527  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is stealing Bitcoin illegal? on: July 20, 2016, 10:41:49 AM
Any stealing act for anything to anyone is still illegal wether it is online pr not.All stealing avt is considered a crime as long as you dont have permissions of the real owner
Yeah exactly. Stealing in any form is illegal. That is really common sense so I thought that you would know that. You would be very hard to track down though, so you shouldn't really be worried as it also has a very low chance of occurring.
1528  Other / Off-topic / Re: Where u use bitcoins? on: July 20, 2016, 10:30:27 AM
Wow. You are really lucky if you can spend you Bitcoin on those things. In my country, you can't spend it on any of those. I usually just spend my Bitcoin buying things online and purchasing in-game items.
1529  Other / Off-topic / Re: Old people earning bitcoins on: July 20, 2016, 10:29:02 AM
Hello guys,do anyone here know's some old person's who actually make bitcoins by investing them or i dont know,by signature campaining ?
I was wondering about it for some time,i just never heard about someone older than 45 years and making bitcoins.

I dont know about some old peopl doing some signature campaignm they are old enough to do it and its a pain in the eye. But in terms of bitcoin investment like crowndfunding there are many. In our place there are old people aging 50 to 70 years old and above who are investing in btc trading and crowdfunding. Some have earned a lot and others lose a lot. They are HYIP lovers.
Well they definitely could do signature campaigns. There is no age cap for posting or joining a signature campaign. For all we know, there might be a lot of old people doing signature campaigns. We just don't know it.
1530  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Great way to make Bitcoin! on: July 20, 2016, 10:27:40 AM
This sometimes works but a lot of people aren't committed to earning money and they just fail miserably. You have to really want to earn money so that you do the job well.
1531  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: Any good websites that pay for solving captcha? on: June 25, 2016, 05:23:58 AM
Wanted to be enrolled in captcha campaign with decent pay
There is no good website that pays good money to solve captchas. Instead, you should enter a good signature campaign that pays well and post to earn money.
1532  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is their any safe methods to gamble? on: June 25, 2016, 05:17:00 AM
Some people believe that the martingale strategy is a safe method of gambling as you continue to double your winnings, but it is very dangerous. There is no safe strategy in gambling.
1533  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Giving up gambling is not easy on: June 25, 2016, 05:03:30 AM
And that's why gambling websites and real life casinos make so much money. If it was easy to give up gambling, no one would lose so much money.
1534  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 49 days till the halving, time is flying now on: June 25, 2016, 04:50:25 AM
It is now only 14 days and 21 hours. I am so excited for halving as it is one of the most anticipated events in a long time for Bitcoin. I hope that the price goes up a lot and I am also going to make a transaction and hope it goes into the first block after the reward halving.
1535  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: I am selling my bitcoin on: June 25, 2016, 04:39:58 AM
Wow that really sucks man. Bitcoin is has so much potential and I just hate to see people selling their coins. But  I guess your case is an exception. Good luck to you.
1536  Other / Off-topic / Re: If i give you 10 BTC what will you do? on: June 25, 2016, 04:07:20 AM
If you give now, maybe I'll wait for halving, then sell when the price is very high. it is the best choice in my opinion
I think there are many good choice other than hold bitcoin. will not increase the amount on your BTC. I think it would be better to grow than to just hold. in my opinion
If you have time that you can use, holding Bitcoin is definitely the best thing to do. If you need quick money, then you can use it to buy whatever you want. I would probably spend it on games.
1537  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: People Are Just Too Stupid to Use Bitcoin Right Now on: June 25, 2016, 03:49:33 AM
We cannot call it as an stupidity as everyone is earning to spend it, and if they are satisfied with current price and they are spending then I don't think there is anything wrong in it.
Yeah I don't think that stupidity is the right word. They just are clueless, I think that is a better word to use. They have no idea what Bitcoin is and what potential it has.
1538  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Enormous ways to earning Bitcoin on: June 25, 2016, 03:23:08 AM
If you really want to make Bitcoin in large quantities, then you could trade Bitcoin, but you would need a large starting amount. Other than that, signature campaigns are another good way to earn Bitcoin.
1539  Other / Off-topic / Re: What is the Future of Bitcoin ? on: June 25, 2016, 02:59:38 AM
Here is an article on the future of bitcoin. What is the community opinion about it ?

I don't think Bitcoin would last very long. I believe that since the block size decreases, Bitcoin would eventually become worthless. But there is probably still like another 5 - 10 years for bitcoin's price to rise and for it create some joy in boring people's lives.
Well in my opinion, Bitcoin is definitely not going to die in such a short amount of time. It is definitely here to stay and I hope that it continues to rise in price and popularity.
1540  Other / Off-topic / Re: Would you like to receive your salary in BTC? on: June 25, 2016, 02:54:00 AM
I would actually love to receive my salary in Bitcoin. But when the price fell a lot in the last couple of days, I got really scared and I wanted to sell. But I kept strong and now the price is going back up.
