1541  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Inoue vs. Moloney - October 31 on: October 27, 2020, 11:54:30 PM
The match in a few days is about to start, I can't wait to see it. And I bet big enough on Inoue, I spent $ 700 to bet on Inoue's winnings.
Maybe for $ 700 whales it is a very small value, but for me it is quite a large amount. So I wish luck on my side, I have 98% confidence
Inoue will win the fight.

Yeah, you really need to put big bet on Inoue because the odds is about 1.09 only. So you will only earn small amount of money even if you put $700. Actually, $700 is quite big for most of the gamblers here. Good luck!

Waiting for Inoue -Casimero...

1546  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Xazab project Provides A Faster means of transactions on: October 26, 2020, 08:30:38 PM
Only 1 install in google play so far. You need better marketing for your app. Though it is just recently released, so understandable that you are just getting some potential users of this app. Also, you can add shops where you can use your xazab coin, if there's any. You can ask for partnership from those shops near your place, to begin with. Because if this will just be used for storing, transfer purposes, I don't think you will gain a lot of users. And if this is not available to decent number of exchanges, I don't think they will be interested to have your app in their phones. Mining via mobile phones has been not successful to many, as instead of earning something, it will end up ruining your phone or decreasing the lifespan of your phone.
1547  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN]🔥🔥MN+POS|"ThePowerCoin"-emobility meets crypto | decentralized eCharging on: October 26, 2020, 01:48:55 AM
I would like to tell you about this project, I have been following it for a short time, but it has turned out to be very good, the transactions are very fast and the price is always high, it is a great project to continue, you should join and follow it closely

Are you sure about that, when I visited the 2 exchanges where this coin is listed, you will find out that the trading activity is very slow? In altmarkets the last order was Oct 22, while in bitsails, last was done Oct 4, and the interval of trading is quite worrying if you are a holder of this coin. I don't think that kind of trading performance is very attractive to traders and potential investors.

1548  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Goodbye contact forms: The DaroCoin allows websites to let visitors leave them a on: October 25, 2020, 09:37:45 PM
Too much words OP. Do you have website at least? Can you include that in your above post? Thanks.

You want to sell your DaroCoin at 1euro, actually is expensive as you have no working platform yet. I don't think people will just buy your coin without seeing something solid here. You are just laying out the plan, the possible package of your service. Don't expect that people nowadays will just fill the form and buy your coin. You need to make an effort and do more than what you stated in the OP. Are you going to disclose in case you collected funds from this type of crowdsourcing?
1549  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [PRE-ANN] ROGUE :: A Crytocurrency for Minimalists on: October 25, 2020, 07:13:49 AM
I get the notion that you are not in anyway in a hurry to launch this project. The medium article you added in your OP was written last Feb, and your pre-ann thread here was posted this month. So when do you think you can launch your game and be available to gamers?
1550  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Could Tether (USDT) be really called decentralized cryptocurrency? on: October 24, 2020, 10:56:35 PM
No person with even the most basic understanding of cryptocurrency would call Tether a decentralized cryptocurrency. Obviously, Tether the company is just being dishonest when they claim that the token is decentralized, they did that because "decentralized" was/is a very hyped thing. Of course they mean that it's decentralized because it exists on Ethereum network, so there's no middlemen when you move tokens, but the fact that the supply is created in a centralized way, the fact that the peg is maintained by a centralized company is enough to disqualify Tether from being decentralized.

They still have the full control to what they want for this token so it is not decentralized in any way.

No cryptocurrency that can be created at will is decentralized.

If you or anybody else could "make" a bitcoin and increase total supply to 21 million and 1 it wouldn't be a decentralized cryptocurrency anymore.

Tether can be made at any moment. They need a million - poof and there it is. What kind of decentralization is that? Cheesy

This is the reason why I really don't believe what they are trying to claim that they have all the assets according to their supply. When they admitted at one point that they didn't have the full backing of USD, where they are pegged at, I start to doubt the authenticity of their claims.
1551  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is the difference between DeFi and open banking? on: October 24, 2020, 08:31:19 PM
- The longevity of DeFi projects can be much shorter than of banks.
DeFi is indeed very promising for those who want to find the hype and then get out. There is no guarantee that DeFi will last longer than banking systems which although we all know they are centralized but we still feel comfortable with them.
As long as decentralization cannot provide a sense of security and convenient services, centralized companies are still our choice.

The longevity of DeFi is really not a guarantee. Once this hype is over, are we going to expect that most of these DeFi projects are still in business? I don't think so. I am certain most of them will die on its own. And that is worrying if you invest in any of them. This is the reason why traditional banking will not be replaced very soon. The trust that they will not disappear is always there. That is the major advantage of traditional banks, they are not going anywhere unless they filed for bankruptcy but you can still get your money. However, from these DeFis, how sure are you that you can really get your money back plus profits?
1552  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [DEFI] UNICAP - Collateralized Swap Token UCAP Reliability, Transparency. on: October 23, 2020, 11:32:19 PM
I checked road map is good.
Why do you want listing to kucoin? This exchange has been hacked.
Better will be binance and no need any exchanges
Yes kucoin has been hacked on 25th september, in the past but the kucoin team willing to reimburse all of his user's lost funds, I guess that's worth appreciating. After being hacked and losing money, this exchange is still running normally until now, even being ranked 6 on coinmarketcap.
If binance, then it was the very first exchange that targeting by all of token and coin. I must be right, that getting listed there is not easy.

Binance is quite difficult but if they will see that your project is creating noise in the market, they will be willing to list your project. Remember the sushi project, CZ's statement regarding the listing of sushi. He said that they also want to get the traffic (fees) from this project. Of course the tweet is already deleted. So if your project is creating waves, then you have the chance to attract attention of Binance. When I read that tweet, I started to doubt that all tokens or coins in Binance passed thru their strict requirements. After all, money is on the line here.

1553  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: CRYPTO TREND HYPE.... on: October 23, 2020, 09:42:14 PM
The current year is still known as the gold year for DEFI projects but it is a bit complicated to predict what upcoming years will be the home will be. Maybe NFT or anonymous altcoins can be the candidates for this position, I prefer to wait for the right time to analyze the market situation.

And on my end, don't wait what hype will gonna be coming next. It is better to look for projects with tangible plans and that can really execute their objectives. Those projects that will be created according to the current hype will most likely end up as pump and dump and will be short-lived. So it is better to look for projects with actual use case in the market with very good applications where a lot of users are being catered. With active users, it means the platform will generate income and will sustain its presence in the market.
1554  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Which instant crypto exchange is the safest? on: October 23, 2020, 11:29:07 AM
Safest is always where you have the less risk as possible,,, so that usually means DEX because it means at the very least that your funds are fully there under your control, so no matter what, they cannot hack it or steal it even if they wanted to.

Other than that, there is no "safest" option at CEXs.

But what he's promoting actually is the swapzone platform. I haven't used that exchange so I really can't vouch for it. But the liquidity of DEX depends on how strong the token is and how popular it is to the community. So if you compare swapzone with uniswap right now, I couldn't see swapzone in the top 50. Or am I just missing something where to look at?
1555  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] SESERAL- World Wide Finance Partner of Yours. on: October 22, 2020, 10:56:54 PM
a good stage for the project as soon as holding a bounty event for the initial stage which aims at broad marketing, and beta testing is still a long way off, presale is quite high at $ 12, I think this is in accordance with the total supply of tokens, hopefully high public interest here
Thanks for your valuable feedback. We have set the token sale price according to our total supply. So that our tokens have a good value, and high demand.

Many projects created and launched with the same concept as yours, what is your major edge among your competitors? And also, how sure are you that you will be listed on those exchanges published on your website? Better take down those logos for now, and just publish your exchanges when you already have the final deal with them. It is somewhat misleading in my opinion.

If you are focused on online payment, do you have potential partners on this mission? We need actual companies that will be partnering here to have an assurance that you will employ this particular use case.

1556  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 24 eth instead of 24 usdt....What Will You Do If.......? on: October 22, 2020, 09:36:03 PM
I'd personally return the money as I'd like to think that my moral compass is working fine, though I won't lie and I would admit that this would definitely be a tough decision due to the inevitable greed that's going to kick in. I mean, 24 ETH is like $9000, and as a person that's currently in a 3rd world country, that's A LOT of money and I'm definitely going to be tested.

This is very true. At the end of the day, are you going to sleep soundly and peacefully that you got money from someone and you have the chance to correct the situation? This is a question of morality. How intact is your principle in life? For me, I will just ask myself, will my conscience be clear if I will not do anything about it, if not, then, do the right thing. Because it is better to live without anything bothering your conscience. That money, you can still earn that even if it takes your lifetime. At least your conscience is clear and can live a happy and contented life. That's already priceless for me.
1557  Economy / Exchanges / Re: What is KYC for crypto exchanges? on: October 21, 2020, 10:36:05 PM

While its true that KYC is really not necessary for cryptocurrency, its still meant for monitoring laundering and illegal activities.
Exchanges are mandated by the government to collect these data from the users of the decentralized markets. They are going to make it like it's a crime to use services without sending them the documents and you won't be able to withdraw funds.

And most of the time, local crypto exchanges are asking for KYC so if you want to convert your crypto to your fiat, you have no other option but to submit your docs unless you will use p2p services. Anyway, make sure that you are sending your info to legit crypto-exchanges. But for other exchanges, you can still enjoy trading crypto without submitting your KYC if you withdraw below their max daily limit, usually 2 - 3 bitcoin. Which for me is already good amount especially for those small traders. We need to understand that legit crypto exchanges are requiring KYC as part of their license.
1558  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin Balance on Exchanges Reducing on: October 21, 2020, 08:53:46 PM

One data point doesn't even make a correlation, let alone a case of causation.  At least you have a thesis to rely on that can be tested over time, not like some of these chart fundamentalist quacks running around promising they know where btc is going to trade because they drew a line connecting a couple points on a graph. But you'll need far more data than what you've presented before anyone takes this theory seriously.

You have a point regarding your statement. There's possibility that maybe we are looking at one angle only here and not seeing the whole picture of the situation. But then again, sometimes those charts have other meaning and that is for us to discover. But just looking at the exterior part of it, one reason that I am seeing is that crypto users are now starting to realize that storing their funds in exchanges is not safe, whether top or just a new one in the block. So what they are doing is they are sending it to their respective wallets, where they have their own keys and full control.
1559  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: I feel sorry for the EMIREX bounty hunters $20 for 9 months of waiting on: October 20, 2020, 11:49:22 PM
What the? Is this time to say goodbye for bounties?

My God, it is really obvious that the bounty is a fraud. 9 months for 20 usd? Haha. I feel upset to the bounties nowadays because no matter how will you did just to comply with the tasks, at the end of the campaign you are the loser. I don`t know but bounties are not good source of income already. Unlike, during 2017, bounties are giving a lot to the hunters. Right now, they want to give few with KYC process. What a joke.

oh, c'mon. back in 2017, there are so many bounties project that similar to this. i ever joined the bounties like that twice. they price even drop 50% -60% after ICO and locked it in a year. they were just saved by the bitcoin price that goes bullish back then. this case is a common sight in bounties campaign. bounty hunters must know what risk that they'll face in the future before join some campaign.

Nothing new actually. Recently, I saw one token campaign also, the p2p cash. Before, they were trading like about 200sats up until to about 50 sats. But when the time comes for distribution to its bounty hunters, it went down fast to 5-10 sats. So it goes to show that bounty paid via tokens are really not good anymore. Very rare that a project can perform better even after token distribution. This is unfortunate situation of most bounty hunters.
1560  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: 🔥[ANN] Trigon - Stable Growing Token on: October 20, 2020, 10:46:16 PM
I am wondering how this token will increase its value in the market? What is the primary use case for this token? What is the assurance that every time a trader buys your token, the value is in the positive side as you stated on your features? Because without active use case, I don't think it is easy to increase the worth of your token.
