I believe that bitcoin should not be someone's intellectual property until Satoshi himself comes out and declares it.
Actually, I am doubt that satoshi himself claim anything. So there is no one to claim any ownership on Bitcoin. Bitcoin is about the community. And its value so high because it is community-driven project itself. |
