1561  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2018-11-23]BitPay COO Sonny Singh: Bitcoin Could Hit $15-20K by End of 2019 on: November 25, 2018, 07:06:04 PM
Those predictions are getting lower and lower by the minute. What happened with all that 100k in 2019? I used to laugh at Tom Lee and his predictions getting lower and lower and this is another case. 6 months ago the Internet was so full of the new ATH promises, and now all they can make up is 15k in 2019. That's sad.

qui bono - always look for whos benefit it is to say so
Bitpay is probably losing some money because of the price drop and the lower volumes
probably not the only reason for the predictions like this, but seeing that the market are clearly bearish and we have not hit the floor just yet
it is clear to me that Sonny Singh  is  a very very interested party and would love the price to go 15.000 and up, since his business would benefit immensely from it
so take his and all other "experts" opinions with a pinch of salt
1562  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2018-11-23] Lawsuit Claims Bitmain Mined Bitcoin Using Customer Devices on: November 25, 2018, 06:29:54 PM
don't know how is this news?
it is obvious that all of the mining hardware production companies use the devices to mine coins before they ship them
Bitmain can claim it was "testing" the devices and it was a part of their QA
think that the chances to win the lawsuit are very low, but if it happens the companies like Bitmain are going to pay quite a buck

pretty excited to see this go live soon!

yes,Bitvest is planning to add Bitcoin Cash and Doge  Shocked

1564  Economy / Gambling / Re: Betbit.com launches sportsbook as well as 8 software providers. on: November 25, 2018, 04:40:28 PM
been betting on sports for the past week at betbit.com
think I met the wagering requirement and can withdraw now
unfortunately some of my latest bets didn't work as planned, three unexpected results in football made my balance shrink Smiley
I want to withdraw the little amount left simply to test the withdrawal/deposit system
in general: so far it was a 6/10 experience betting sports at betbit
the main reason for not giving 7 and more is that you cannot bet less than 0.001 btc!
even seeing the btc price at 4000$ now 4$ bet is pretty high for a new sportsbook
casino games:I only played roulette , live roulette is called live but you do not get that LIVE feel, to be fair
all I could see is the dealer's avatar and no roulette table or live spins
roulette itself is your regular european roulette, nothing special, all bases covered
if my bet on sports is a win, tonight I will request withdrawal and post if it went through, was it automatic, what was the withdrawal fee etc.
1565  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2018-11-22]What may Have Caused a Sudden Drop in Bitcoin Price Last Wednesday? on: November 25, 2018, 03:17:35 PM
this is what you get when you listen to internet "experts"
people bought coins on the peak and then the price began to correct itself
this is not something extraordinary at all, the price drop is 80% and those who bought this year ( any time this year literally)are trying to sell now, driving the price even lower
we haven't found the floor yet, I think and 2000-3000$ levels are very possible
current situation is dream come true to traders and speculators, volumes are through the roof
not so much for the holders, but it will get better this year I'm sure
1566  Economy / Gambling / Re: Dice-Bet 🎲 0.7% Edge | Wagering Competition | BTC, LTC, ETH | Play or Invest 🎲 on: November 25, 2018, 02:30:46 PM
Looks like you've attracted some real players.
Good luck with your project.

yep, real players are way better than imaginary ones in my books  Grin
but dice-bet is doing good for a new site, indeed
never doubted it since I really like the way admin is doing things
he spends alot of time trying to improve the site and make it as comfortable to gamble at or invest in
1567  Economy / Gambling / Re: COINROYALE.COM • Provably Fair • 1 BTC Video Poker Tourney • 10% Casino Rebate on: November 25, 2018, 01:59:00 PM

CoinRoyale is still the best classic bitcoin casino out there!

I have to agree that it is still the best "classic" bitcoin casino because there is no other classic bitcoin casino that still exist till now. At the moment, most bitcoin casinos are using modern UI, games, system, features, etc.
It is obviously a big challenge for coinroyale, as most people will follow the trend. It is very rare to see people stays on something classic unless they are real old school lovers.
I wonder how many active players at coinroyale now? Is it still good enough for owner of gambling site?

would not go as far as calling it the best "classic" bitcoin casino
"classic" bitcoin casinos in my opinion are the ones with different slot providers and they do not implement provably fair
they accept both bitcoin and fiat deposits
haven't visited it for quite some time and now Firefox shows that one of the certificates is expired?
or maybe its just my system playing tricks on me
I like to play dice but the site doesn't have autobet, that is one of the reasons I do not play there
1568  Economy / Gambling / Re: Lordmancer II - an MMORPG where you can earn crypto on: November 25, 2018, 01:31:20 PM
Last week I posted about my first impression about the game before even downloading it, it is indeed legitimate as I have seen it on the play store, I downloaded it and playes throughout the tutorial, and here is my HONEST review about the game:

1.) Graphics 7.5/10 - The graphics are decent enough but it needs improvement, the game just recently launched and from what I am seeing is the potential that they could show once they made some improvements with the game.

2.) Gameplay 7/10 - The gameplay is decent as well but I think that there could be a much better fighting system than what they have right now, and on the other side this is not a problem for me at all since I enjoyed playing the game and going through places, the game reminded me of Diablo and I think that the game will blow up soon if they put on some major improvements with the game.

Overall would be 8/10 for Lordmancer and I will definitely continue playing!

the game is definitely worth playing!
unity engine allows to create some really neat graphics and the game delivers!
details, landscape, units- eye candy , I really like the graphics
but I will choose gameplay over graphics any time and Lordmancer is what I've been looking for as a fan of King's Bounty and Heroes of Might and Magic series
I simply love the franchise and was looking for something similar to play on my mobile
there is a version 2.0 coming soon , hope the new necro armies won't be an imbalanced something ruining the gameplay for those who do not have crystals, though
1569  Economy / Speculation / Re: What we can do now other than saying HODL? on: November 24, 2018, 11:39:43 AM
When does bitcoin come back here?

pssst, it is already back here ,  has never left
if you mean the price of bitcoin and when it returns to 10.000$ + levels
maybe next year, maybe next decade - we do not know
as you can see the price can shed 2-3k usd in a day and also it can go up as unexpectedly
there is no reason to be upset about things you have no influence
1570  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin prediction from 'Experts' on: November 23, 2018, 06:32:41 PM
if you check al the predictions from the experts during the past 2-3 years
you would see that 99.9% of them were as far from the reality as possible
always use "qui bono" principle- when you read an article saying bitcoin will cost xxxxx $ in 2019 or 2018 or whenever
people who have nothing better to do is another big category Smiley they either get paid for  churning articles like that
or just blabber at some conferences to kill time and sell themselves as experts
but there are also people who are trying to influence the market with their statements, these are the ones with the most outlandish predictons:
100.000$ by the end of 2018 or bitcoin will fall to 1.500$ is their doing Smiley

1571  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Prices are Being Manipulated... on: November 23, 2018, 05:19:25 PM
ha, the discovery of the year easily!
of course, prices are manipulated bitcoin or any other
if there is a possibility of something to be manipulated and some group or people benefiting from it, it will be manipulated
but it is not inherent to bitcoin, look at gold fixing or the price of a dollar, for example
we all know what a meter is or a kilogramme is and we can check and compare it to the etalon meter or kg
but with the dollar or any other currency we only know what rate is it exchanged to some other currency at a given time
same goes for bitcoin price , just take it for granted
1572  Economy / Speculation / Re: What we can do now other than saying HODL? on: November 23, 2018, 04:49:07 PM
you can not let panic spread around!
this is the most important thing to do , panic sell will create even more pressure on the market and drive the price lower
you HODL and remember the time when bitcoin was 700-1000$
and for quite a long period of time as well!
this correction is expected and I'm surprised we had such a long lul period, 17.000$ price was a gift that some interpreted as a signal to buy
well, sometimes we do not get what we want and we get experience when we do not get what we want Smiley
I am sure that we will see another dip in price, but long term bitcoin will surprise everyone and is here to stay
1573  Economy / Gambling / Re: Lordmancer II - an MMORPG where you can earn crypto on: November 23, 2018, 04:12:08 PM
Wow I'm really impressed this game actually looks like "King's Bounty" old game and I love it. I understand how gameplay works but how can I earn crypto? some special events or pvp? I hope it's not a mining.

It is not a mining, it is an open market. You can sell rare items on the market to other players.
Sorry for my question, is it possible no launch your game at android emulator? A lot of games do not support this function.

yes you can use Blue stacks
you can install it from their official site here: https://www.bluestacks.com/
just follow the setup instructions and when finished tick "use beta graphics acceleration" option or whatever it is called or the game won't run
register your gmail to access google store and install lordmancer II as usual
the game runs smoothly and you do not fat finger units or dialogue options as I do on my phone ,so running on an emulator is sometimes a better option
1574  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin prices are destroyed, everyone is disappointed on: November 23, 2018, 03:17:51 PM
I am very disappointed to see the price of bitcoin destroyed in recent days, I have lost a lot when I bought bitcoin at a high price, until when this bitcoin price dropped.

it is only natural to be disappointed when you lose money
but it is a normal situation- nobody promised you a guaranteed profit, any investment is a risk
especially investing in such a risky asset as bitcoin
one thing to remember, you lost nothing till you sell , i.e. on a longer time scale the price will correct itself, maybe not this year
maybe not even 2019-2020 we see the return to 10.000$ range
but the deflationary mechanism in bitcoin will make the price go up inevitably ( well unless some critical vulnerability is found or the whole cryptography is re-invented or we
slide into a global war or other cataclysm)
you can choose and cut losses now and sell or wait  and believe
I HODL and proud of it
1575  Economy / Gambling / Re: ▂▃▅▆█ BITSLER █▆▅▃▂CASINO/12 COINS AVAILABLE 🎁50% REFERRAL PROMOTION🎁 on: November 23, 2018, 02:41:14 PM
0.05 BTC to 55 BTC  Shocked Thats not too bad. What kind of tactic was he playing Shocked or was it just one big YOLO?

can't be one big yolo for sure, max win in 10 btc
I don't think anyone would deposit 0.05 btc and yolo it in one bet on a 1000x multiplier anyway
but this win is one of the largest I have seen across the dice sites, at least since when the price went through the roof
well played and hope he/she managed to take advantage of the price movement as well shorting some of it, hehe
1576  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2018-11-19]Bitcoin Price will Drop Further to $1,500, Analysts Predict on: November 23, 2018, 02:21:22 PM
$1500 is not too bad, two years ago this time the Bitcoin is at $800? If my memory serves me correctly.

1500$ is not too bad if you are planning to buy, for sure
bitcoin price was in the 600-900$ range this period of time two years ago and nobody complained:
https://www.buybitcoinworldwide.com/price/
and it has been under 1500$  until May 2017, but if you HODL or bought at 7.000$ or, god forbid, 15.000+ , the price is not very inspiring
smaller miners will cry tears too and it could lead to more centralisation if the drop continues
1577  Economy / Gambling / Re: Micerace.com - Bet on REAL mice racing, in real-time. on: November 23, 2018, 02:03:29 PM
Whoa whoa whoa...  Real mice racing, seriously?  Lololol.

That's my reaction too.  Grin Grin Grin

Well, we certainly don't want to be "just another dice site"

hehe , you do not look for easy ways , do you  Wink
anything that has a fresh idea and good implementation should be a success
so far it is more of a novelty fun site rather than  a legit betting platform, try to make sure that there is no way of accusing the site of rigging the races
and also find  ways to accept different coins and promote the site simultaneously
after the test period, do some promotions and marketing ,hope you will find that elusive formula where people are both having fun and wagering coins
1578  Economy / Gambling / Re: [CGCASINO.APP] BETA LAUNCH - PLAY POKER WITH ANY CRYPTOCURRENCY YOU HAVE on: November 23, 2018, 01:54:37 PM
Taking everyone's recommendation, the dev team is coming up with a demo server in which you do not need to deposit anything and just enjoy the game for the sake of it and hopefully testing the system with us Smiley

good thing that you are listening to the community and adjusting things
demo server is a good idea, people will test the game ( hopefully) and you will receive feedback and suggestion to improve the site
I will check the site when its live for sure, I don't play poker professionally but enjoy a hand or two once in a while
1579  Economy / Gambling / Re: [CG CASINO] BETA LAUNCH - PLAY POKER WITH ANY CRYPTOCURRENCY YOU HAVE on: November 21, 2018, 03:36:49 PM
still in beta but accepts deposits?
doesn't sound like a good idea to me, you would want to try and get rid of as many bugs as you can before going live
and how do you plan to fight the main thing that plagues pvp poker sites- multiaccounting?
and design is too pinky and borderline NSFW, doesn't give a solid feel about the site

again it is just my IMHO, but you should choose a different mascot and a different colour scheme as it looks more like a cam site than a poker room
