The fees are taken out of your block reward and amount of shares that your cloud hashing submitted since the last block reward.

Rates vary depending on payment method and amount you have for sale.

If the amounts are smaller then $100 its a flat rate service charge and any fees associted to your payment method.

Anything over can range from 4 to 10% below bitstamps last market price for selling bitcoin and 4 to 10% premium if you are purchasing and only accept limited payment forms for selling coin to reduce my volume as I am holding for the long term.

Its strictly stated that paypal masspay can not be reversed also the maximum fees on the senders end is $20 so can send $10,000 for $20 through paypal.

The conditions for it though require you to have actual paypal funds in your account balance and it needs to be an unlocked payment form by calling customer support. I've accepted masspay as a payment otioin for digital goods since 07 and haven't had a single case yet where I seen a paypal masspay reversal.
