1561  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Philippines is starting to accept bitcoin. on: April 04, 2018, 03:10:06 PM
Our country just recently held a seminar introducing bitcoin in our country. The said seminar were facilitated
by bitcoin experts and government officials in pursuit of using bitcoin as another form of payment and regulation of it as well.

http://www.wheninmanila.com/5-things-i-learned-about-bitcoin-and-cryptocurrency/
I am also from the Philippines and i see it is a good news, but the problem is there are only few people who are accepting bitcoin as a payment and who understand all about cryptocurrencies and bitcoin because there are still many people who do believe bitcoin is just a scam and it is not true. Hoping that those people will now believe that bitcoin is a good way to earn money.
The government accepts and people believe, it's really two different things, Bitcoin still can not create enough trust for others when the rumors and bad news about it is still too much athough bitcoin receives support from the Philippine government but people are still very suspicious, so instead of believing, they choose not to use is still better. And I think this is not a good news because acceptance by the government only makes us feel that the road to control and tax the bitcoin becomes closer, bitcoin users in the Philippines will soon share part of their income with the government
1562  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you think digital currency will ever replace paper money? on: April 04, 2018, 02:53:16 PM
Personally speaking, I think there is a big possibility that digital money will eventually replace paper money. The society is continuously developing modernized technology and we can probably be dependent on it. Another reason that digital money could replace paper money is that, we face the fact that people are fond of easier transactions which makes it mord convrnient for us.
Paper money and digital money have different contributions in life, it will have its own convenience, simple example, digital money will make transactions easier but it is with far distance, in direct transactions, paper money is still more suitable, so the society can go up over time but some issues are still hard to change or be replaced. Paper money is still useful in life, unless it loses its usefulness and people want to remove it, otherwise, it will still exist over time regardless of the technology that is modern or progressive than ever
1563  Economy / Economics / Re: Are electric cars bad for the oil industry? on: April 01, 2018, 02:35:11 PM
Title.

So. Electric cars are gaining in popularity, therefore the popularity of gasoline will be going down. Won't the price go down, leaving the oil industry in trouble?

Yes, Electric car is a threat to oil industry but in small percentage. Eventhough electric car is getting popular but the other transportations still using gasoline. For example, there's still no electric airplane and ship especially electric cargo ship. They are still rely on gasoline as fuel. I think the real biggest problem with oil industry is oil has limited availability and won't last forever. I hope there will be electric airplane and ship in the future.
Although electric cars do not have too much harm to the environment, that's fine but it still has too many disadvantages and limitations, that makes it impossible to have too much influence on the oil industry. The cost of production is too expensive and the time to maintain the operation of an electric car is too low, and electric cars is difficult to achieve high speed, it makes electric cars not a favorite product on the market, maybe this will change in the future but it will take a very long time for modern technologies to grow
1564  Economy / Economics / Re: Do You Think Bitcoin Will Replace Dollar Soon? on: April 01, 2018, 02:09:45 PM
I think in the future, the traditional currencies/fiat money and the cryptocurrencies will always be used together. I don't think that Bitcoin will replace Dollar. That it is impossible that Bitcoin will replace Dollar because as we can see both has different world
Precisely, both belong to two different worlds, both has various contributions and useful in each world, both will have no affect each other, especially bitcoin, it's just a virtual currency and there are not too many governments likes. It will not compare or make any impact on the USD because the dollar is a currency that can be said is very popular when the country that created it have a strong influence on the economy, they will not let a currency that they did not create, replacing their money, it is an insult and nothing to be proud of
1565  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Newbie should trade or not? Please give me idea. on: April 01, 2018, 01:53:12 PM
a newbie in this market should never be hurry in trading, this will probaly effect your money badly because a new person who don't know anything about crypto will never success in trading, they don't have enough knowledge or informations to make a trade order, so they can only base on guess, and guess trading will surely makes you lost more than earning money.

So a newbie wants to trade, they will need to accumulate enough knowledge, that will make them have a basis to make a prediction, although we do not know that prediction is right or wrong, but it would still be better than a prediction based on emotion. And even if the newbie has enough knowledge, they should only use a small amount of money because trading is a very special world, bad situations can always happen unexpectedly, newbie have a weak mentality and invest a lot of money, they will not have enough experience to solve those situations
1566  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What would happen if BTC was Banned? on: April 01, 2018, 01:36:11 PM
I think Bitcoin will be difficult to be ban. Because almost all over the world there are many bitcoin users. people will still use bitcoin as their investment and payment. Bitcoin has control so many side of the companies. The owner of the company will not let bitcoin to be ban or become something that will unprofitable for them.
Yeah, deep in the bitcoin is too many big companies or millionaires, even billionaires are investing in it, they have so many relationships and their influence is enormous to the economy, if the government wants to ban bitcoin, the government will face the anger of these people. So we can see very clearly that governments know about bitcoin but they still have no signs of banning it altogether or taking strong action with it, in addition, they also do not have the ability to manage bitcoin, ban or not, this does not have too much practical sense
1567  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin to eliminate unemployment. on: March 31, 2018, 02:46:32 PM
Yes, it is true Bitcoin is eliminating unemployment in most or the countries whether they are developed or undeveloped. Bitcoin is the boon for students they are paying their fees from Bitcoin work.
If you say that it eliminates unemployment, that seems to be quite wrong with the truth because I see very clearly that working with bitcoin is not easy, an unemployed person chooses between doing real work in society and working with bitcoin, few people would choose Bitcoin, Bitcoin do not provide stable income and guarantee for them. And so you should say that Bitcoin can only reduce unemployment but it probably does not reduce too much, that would be more accurate, unemployment is one thing can not be removed in this society
1568  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Does Bitcoin have a future? on: March 31, 2018, 02:28:37 PM
Yes ofcourse let's look the past of bitcoin the graph shows the progressive of bitcoin every year and  it most likely bitcoin have a future.
When we look at the past until the present time, although we see that bitcoin is slowly growing and rising over time but that is not enough to confirm that bitcoin has a future, the collapse of bitcoin can still happen quickly, typically as the current situation, the price of bitcoin from a very high price, it has dropped to a quite low price. The price of Bitcoin is too unstable and always under the control of whales, if the whale wants, the bitcoin will have a future, but if the whale is bored and wants to stop, the bitcoin will end
1569  Economy / Economics / Re: Are you thinking about the future? on: March 31, 2018, 02:11:58 PM
Thinking about the future of my children's and family are the reasons why I enter crypto world. I want to work to earn bitcoin and make it as an investment for the future of my family. I think I am not only one on this purpose, I know everyone here investing in bitcoin/crypto for their future.
I am similar to you, I entered this world just because I wanted to make money and improve my life and family, and Bitcoin is a chance to make a lot of money, I will not easily ignore it, but I never intended or thought bitcoin as an investment for the future. Bitcoin has no certainty for the future, it can end at any time, I do not want to put blind faith in itso instead of saving as an investment for the future, I always choose to convert bitcoin into cash as much as possible, it will be a more realistic savings for the future
1570  Economy / Economics / Re: Do you think billionaires invest in BTC? on: March 31, 2018, 01:56:36 PM
No doubt that the billionaires are also investing in bitcoin, I'm sure that without their role the bitcoin price is zero, they also understand that the future of bitcoin is so good and promising that they dare to invest in bitcoins that are very risky.
They are big whales in this market, the price of Bitcoin always pumped to a higher and higher, this is due to their strong support and capital injection, they like to invest in bitcoin because bitcoin is not under control of the government. They can launder money and evade taxes by the special features of bitcoin, however, I believe they will not reveal that they are investing in bitcoin, even they will always talk bad about bitcoin, their purpose is not to let the government pay attention to what they are doing.
1571  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: did you place all your funds into bitcoin? on: March 30, 2018, 04:33:55 PM
of course no. this is not an investment.  it is a gambling. I think that we need to prepare knowledge and skill carefully to work in long time. Do not just trade based on infomation. It is not good. It cant help you earn money in long term.
Although this seems to be very dangerous and this is a gamble but I feel that this idea if applied at the right time, the risk will be very low and what we get is huge, typical as present, the price of bitcoin is very cheap. If we put all the funds into bitcoin, the chances of success are very high, the profits are horrible only in a short time, investment is a job that requires analysis and knowledge, long-term strategy but sometimes, we also need to break those things and listen to our emotions, and we will get great pleasure
1572  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it better to save money or invest it? on: March 30, 2018, 04:02:02 PM
If you save money i the bank without investing it is a wrong decision, you will definitely spend it without replacing it ,and it will yield no interest for you,so it will be best you investing
Depositing money in your bank will not benefit you. More and more popular inflation in the world, the currency will depreciate in the future. If you invest in gold or bitcoin you will be profitable
Banks are only using our money to make more money, what we get from them is only a small part of their profits, so we should not be saving too much at the bank, we should focus on using our money to invest and receive better benefits. Many people want to live better and become richer but they live forever in savings, they are afraid of risk, that is very funny, to achieve what is bigger, we are forced to face the greater challenge, we should clearly understand and define what we want and go into the investment to get those things
1573  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Worried about btc future on: March 29, 2018, 01:52:51 PM
I didn't worried at all as I believe bitcoin will recover soon which this kind of situation was happened way back many years ago. We all know how great bitcoin is and makes everyone happy to be part on this job. Also,  the bitcoin community will continue to be part of it as we all know will survived all the different difficulties that will encounter.
Yeah, the past of bitcoin is so great, it does not make anyone disappointed, and now it's becoming more and more popular, many old and new investors are pouring more money into this field, promises to be a bright future. However, it is with the near future, with the more distant future, I really have to worry about Bitcoin because the value of Bitcoin becomes too high and too high after each pump, it is similar to a bubble, to a certain extent, it will probably burst and disappear, and I feel this moment is getting closer, can not not worry
1574  Economy / Economics / Re: If you achieve your target in crypto field then what you are going to do next? on: March 29, 2018, 01:37:46 PM
I do not have a certain amount that I would like to earn in the crypto industry. The main thing that would have enough money for life, the family, to pay for shopping and a little entertainment. I think that I never convert more than 50% of my crypto currency into fiat money, because I consider it very promising.
I also have no fixed target, the money is never enough, as long as the field of crypto can still make money, I would still be here and continue making money with it, as much money as possible. And although many people say that crypto has a good future but I feel sometimes it is very unstable and many governments do not like it, it made me fear and doubt, especially in this moment, so I thought I would need something more stable, instead of focusing on it, that was probably a career for the future.
1575  Economy / Economics / Re: DON'T DO PANIC SELLING !!! on: March 29, 2018, 01:21:58 PM
Hey everyone Smiley

finally the price of bitcoins is increasing and was becoming more stable but ! Its price is again decreasing now... You know it will be very nice if you guys instead of dumping them hold on to them...
Dumping the bitcoins in panic because of the fear of the price never reaching this high value in future.. does affects the price of bitcoins in a very bad way!
Yes some people get profit form it but!!!it decrease your future chances of earning even more higher profit... And so does for everyone else...

I agree don’t panic . Trust God and yourselves . you know that Bitcoin are really rising up . it’s normal that there is down side but you know the best of it is that it will rise .
You say seems very simple, but you want to do it is very difficult, our psychology is easily affected by the market, what we are losing is money, not paper, panic is a very normal thing, we can not force ourselves is not panic. Although I know that things will soon recover, especially bitcoin, it always comes back stronger than in the past but want to stabilize the psychology is impossible, and whales always take advantage of this to make money from us, we know this scenario is often occur but we still can not resist
1576  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin affects students' performance in school on: March 29, 2018, 01:03:15 PM
As far as I can observe being a teacher, I am definitely happy that my students are involve in cryptocurrencies and they earn for themselves and help their families. But, their school perfomance is getting worse. Please give your thoughts how will you help students to earn and at the same time it won't affect their school works?

It played a great part in the students life that bitcoin and cryptocurrency existence provided them extra source of income without compromising their time and energy for throughout the day. Unlike have a part time job, students will have more time flexible enough to adjust to their schedule and still earn.
I think the work with Bitcoin will affect the achievement of students because they will need some time for Bitcoin and of course, if they study the morning, the evening they will do, they will not have time to sum up the knowledge and affect learning. Even if they can arrange time, this is also very stressful, to balance learning and bitcoin in the best way is not simple, in addition, bitcoin provides a large income, it will make them less interested in learning, the income of a formal job is not equal to the income from the bitcoin, why they need to continue to study, that is their thinking.
1577  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Are you a full time trader or just part timer? on: March 29, 2018, 12:42:28 PM
If you are not money dependent ,you can do this trade as full time. With this you have some huge money for the independent inversement. If you had inverse in bitcoin a independent money means, you can hold till the price of bitcoin reach to next moon. Then you will get more profit than the part time trading.I am a full time trader.
I think most of the people who are related here to bitcoin are part time trader. I do not think that it is not so difficult to crypto trading as well as continue our day job, to me i personally have a day job but still i can give good time to bitcoin and other altcoin trading. I never feel any difficulties to give good time to crypto trading. I will like to continue it and get profit from it.
Of course, part-time is right because people know that trading is an unpredictable job, we can not depend on it and hope that we will have a steady income with it, this is almost impossible, it can only be an extra work and bring an additional source of income for us. I really never encourage putting full time into it because this is too dangerous, it is very difficult to control emotions when it is a very stressful job and it is very easy for us to have a heart attack, nobody wants to face the stress every day
1578  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Does any bank accept Bitcoin? on: March 28, 2018, 04:01:39 PM
Is there any bank/financial institution somewhere in the world that has embraced Bitcoin? Not that I'd deposit my money there, I'm just curious to know it.
Cryptocurrency is competing with banks, especially the ripple. This is why big banks always try to crush Bitcoins, ripples or other cryptocurrency. Therefore, no bank accepts bitcoin
For everyone, ripple or crypto is just one form of investing, they do not have complete trust in it, to a suitable time, they will also convert into cash  and savings in the bank, so the bank really has no competition or worry about crypto. Even, they are implicitly accepting it when the fees for sending and receiving money around the crypto are too great, bring them a lot of money, although the government does not allow, some governments also forbid bitcoin but the bank is still supporting and accepting it by their way
1579  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bitcoin or Altcoin on: March 28, 2018, 03:46:27 PM
I'd prefer bitcoin as I can be more assured of my investments to be in good amount in the future but seeing the difference of bitcoin to other cryptos, you should be aware that you are in for a long term investment. Right now, it is good to consider investing on great projects that has a huge potential in the crypto community. You can earn faster in altcoins that in bitcoin because alts has a higher chance of going 0-100% of profit.
Well, I think we choose altcoin or bitcoin is depending on the situation and the timing, that gives us a better source of income, instead of holding only one in both, typical as now, Bitcoin is probably a good choice when prices are becoming too cheap. However, if the price of bitcoin becomes too high, we should use bitcoin to buy altcoin because the price of altcoin at that time is low, when it bounces back, we will have more bitcoin, in short, trading is a job that requires conversion and proper strategy for each stage, we can not just focus on something, it will make opportunity to make money becomes less
1580  Economy / Economics / Re: Best tip on saving money on: March 28, 2018, 03:29:03 PM
The best way save money is to save money in a bank, or with the way invested.
And I love is to invest because invested can give us advantage that we will feel after a long, because the investment it wait and be patient to get profit
I also like to invest instead of saving in the bank because the bank does not bring us a source of profit that is consistent with what we bring to them, although safe but the profit is too low, it will not be something too attractive. Investment is not completely safe but risk is acceptable, it is a wise way to do both saving and developing our money, in addition, some of my other experiences of saving money are setting a goal every day for myself, we have limits, we will spend reasonable, however, this does not mean that we are too stingy with ourselves
