No, I do not have weapons and in our country the sale of weapons is prohibited. I think that this is right, because many people will want to have fun with weapons or commit a crime.
What should trigger people to commit a crime? Especially when victim might be armed.
People are killing each other even without firearms so why do you think that they will start killing more?

Ending debt slavery - This is why Bitcoin exists and it's begun.

It doesent seem ike the bitcoin i a solution for debts that you or your country don't want to pay. Creating a new kind of money won't solve your problems.
But anyway i'm curious how do you think the bitcoin can solve the debt crisis?

Fist of all, you can't lend mre money tha you don't actually have.
This alone would be a big vantage when compared to fiat

Sounds like "You can't lend money because you don't have it". If you want to borrow money then you will find the way to do it. No matter what kind of money are you planning to use.
The problem is that someone (for example country - Greece) can't pay it's debts so how bitcoin can help here?

The problem is that Greeks are actually paying hard for money that the banks just printed out (or to say better accredited - they didn't even took the effort to print). Btc won't solve the actual problem, but the future ones.

As it was mentioned on the first post debt restructing might be a solution for the current problem. But what should stop ppl from borrowing money in bitcoins? If you use a new kind of money it doesn't mean that you won't be able to borrow more. The problem is how you use those money.
1583  Economy / Economics / Re: India should consider using Bitcoin to prevent " Demonitization " on: August 31, 2017, 08:58:45 PM
So what is your offer? You want government to make people register their BTC adresses or give everyone just 1 adress and ban people from using the other adresses (like making the "national" wallet)? Anyway those regulations will be easily avoidable.

Don't know about US but in most countries bitcoin is taken as an asset so buying btc you are making an investment (not just exchanging your money). The rates are specific in diferent countries (I think in the US they could be even different in different states) but if you won't withdraw it in large amounts everything would be fine.
1587  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Where is my private key? on: August 30, 2017, 06:03:14 PM
Remember not to keep your money on exchanges if you are not going to trade or invest in something (what is not recomended to do if you are a beginner). Better choose other wallet (or a paper wallet) if you just need to keep your money.
1588  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: A new bitcoin fork? on: August 30, 2017, 05:56:07 PM
Is there any possible advantages of bitcoin gold? The normal bitcoin is sometiles equal to gold with the only disedvantage of big fee and everything works fine atm with all exchanges. Why someone will need another instrument of speculations?
1589  Economy / Exchanges / Re: BTC card on: August 30, 2017, 05:48:47 PM
There are some prepaid cards around. But comparing the fees, Tenx and Monaco seems to be cheaper.

Monaco has not yet issued its card.

Now you can get a card from the following companies:
Tenx https://www.tenx.tech/
Bitpay https://bitpay.com/card/
Cryptopay https://cryptopay.me/bitcoin-debit-card
Xapo https://xapo.com/card/

Are those listed cards giving any advantages with the other currencies? Or cryptocurrencies?
Seems like if you are trying to speculate with other crypto there is not mutch difference between crypto and fiat.
1590  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Uber finally getting close to accepting Bitcoin ? on: August 30, 2017, 05:43:34 PM
They alreay showed some movement to the cryptocurrencies by accepting the bitcoin tips so the question of bitcoin payments is just a matter of time. Hopefully a new CEO will implement those changes a bit faster.

1592  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What are the chances of Russian government to find a way to control Bitcoin? on: August 29, 2017, 09:01:53 PM
It is more likely that Rusian government will try to control bitcoin users (or businesses that accept bitcoin in russia) rather than the whole blockchain. imho the worst think they can do is to ban mining. Don't see any sense in such actions but russian government doesen't seem to be smart.
1593  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin huge fees on: August 29, 2017, 08:53:35 PM
Is there any ways to calculate the transaction size before sending coins? I mean is there any fixed size of one single input? And how can I chose an input before performing a transaction? Just read that it is possible to resend the unconfirmed frozen transactions if you send this input somewhere else and now curious how to do it.
1594  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What can you do with Bitcoins but can't do with Dollars? on: August 29, 2017, 08:32:15 PM
You can trade it for most of the other currencies what is sometimes can be unavailable. For example if you can't add funds to the PayPal acc from your card because of some different rules or restrictions but you can trade BTC for PP from other users.
That is just an example.
1595  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin and forex market on: August 29, 2017, 08:26:14 PM
In general they are similar to each other but cryptomarket is more unstable so you should analyze it in a bit different way than forex. Also as i noticed  in forex most people are using a bit leverage. As I've seen a typical newb mistake on forex is to set a huge leverage and get a call from the bank with saying that you now have a huge debt.
1596  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Do you have a gun? on: August 29, 2017, 01:16:09 PM
No. In my country, people want to own guns so they can scare people. They use it to act like they run around things in their place. Guns are only used for violence and not for the protection of their own so police and authorities should only be the ones to own it.

So if someone is trying to kill you or your friends you think you can't protect yourself aganist any threat? The fact is that police is not efficient and I dont think that someone else knows  better than me how to protect me and my property.
Here is some numbers.

1597  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Prepaid card paid by Bitcoin? on: August 28, 2017, 05:48:55 PM
Yes, there is a dozen. If you go to the "service discussions" forum you will find plenty of topics about it. Basically you deposit Bitcoin then it is converted to $, €, £ then you order a virtual/plastic card and that it.
Is there any trusted list of such services (including physical cards)? Also how are they regulated? Is there any chance to get this card annonimously (at least from your own government)? It seems a bit unsafe if any issues will happen.
1598  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: My failure experience with bitcoin on: August 28, 2017, 05:29:45 PM
Hi bitcointalkers .
I made this poste to show the dark side within bitcoin .
Well, I saw many posts talking about success stories with this cryptocurrency , but no one talks about FAILURE in BTC .
For example : I knew bitcoin since it was 500 usd , I used to use faucets and collected some 0.01 BTC ( that time was worthless) I sold some If the amount to a SCMER on localbitcoin , I lost the big part on yobit , and the rest is still blocked on virwox .
This was my story with bitcoin , it's true that I did not pay attention , but failure can be reality with bitcoin.
Can you pls tell more details about localbitcoins scam? I've been curious about  any possible problems with those escrow systems but haven't seen anything usefull on the forum. Thought whe worse thing is that your funds can freeze for a long time on escrow acc.
Months ago , I saw a person on localbitcoin buying bitcoin ( higher than the price average) , I sold some coins to this person , but he didn't send me anythingto my PayPal account...he was simply SCAMER .

Did you sent your bitcoin straight to his adress avoiding the escrow system? I thought  it is nessecary for all localbitcoins transactions.
Also remember that PayPal is reversable and such offers might be a scam even if you get your funds after the deal.
1599  Economy / Economics / Re: Next "dot-com bubble"? on: August 28, 2017, 03:56:43 PM
Sorry, if this question is asked here before, but i feel that the cryptocurrency "industry" is pretty much like
internet companies back in 1997-2001.Too much optimism and no regulations.
2017 has been an awesome year for all the cryptocurrencies and all the ICOs and more and more people are buying tokens. What do we need for the next big crash?(This question sounds stupid,i know. Grin)
Some big exchange platform hacked,or some major ICO failure?
I don`t want a big crash to happen, but we have to be prepared, anyway.

How do you think the BTC price should be regulated? The only thing that I've seen is a governmental restrictions on using cryptocurrencies. imho this can't be called a regulation. Also everyone knows that sometimes BTC makes a bubble so if for example  the price will drop to 3k USD for 1 BTC it will be nothing but a correction whitch also is not a crash.
