We just wanted to get information available and visual for people as fast as possible.

CSS is not X's strong suit... so putting it all on a single page maybe really fast or really slow... but for now, at least you can see the historic data.

I do plan on us having it all on 1 page because we want people seeing those charts by default.
Got it, BayAreaCoins. It is your good plan to build up more user-friendly exchange, for your exchange, and for CLAM community as well. I appreciated your time to build up such exchange from sratch. It does especially make more sense after CLAM deslited from its long-lasting exchanges months ago.

The exchange built by you and your team (?) is a very good preparation for the coming rally of Altcoins, this year or next year.

bac is a rookie, freiexchange needs more volume :-D weeee

1582  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][DOGE] Dogecoin - very currency many coin - v1.10.0 on: January 07, 2020, 04:06:03 AM
Doge is 9% up according to cmc, can't believe how strong this coin has turned out to be, to be frank, I never took this coin serious, never thought the price will ever go this high, otherwise, I would have bought a shit load of doge coin and hold for as long as I can, apparently, doge turned out to be one of the most respected coin in the market even though it was initially created as a joke coin, way to go Doge.

I am not sure about the percentage rise you mentioned but Dogecoin has a strong vibrant user base, there would always be a strong case for investing in it for the forseable future until/unless something changes.

Little faucet traders trading DOGE in the mid 30 satoshi range today on XChange today.

A belated Happy New Year to you BayAreaCoins and to all...

How is the exchange coming along? I hope it has been going well since you launched.

Happy belated New Year and Christmas to you as well!

Things are good... nice smooth and slow.  We just hooked the faucet up to the XChange and it seems to be breathing a little life into her.  It's kind of fun to see how people spend or use their free coins... which is sort of the heart of DOGE.  It's nice having folks test stuff too.

Little faucet folks are just little minnows, but my theory is that minnows come before fish.

Luckily, the Class Action notes damage to all Corn Hodlers regardless of gains or losses, since they compromised everyone's hands.

RIP Pex Peppers.  It just doesn't pay to use Paycoin.

Nice, maybe if Yobit or anyone else can be made aware, they would consider adding the CLAM/BTC pair.

Yobit already has CLAM/BTC, but CLAM withdrawals don't work.

We have reached out to YoBit multiple times with no luck.

Do not use Yobit.

Trading and volume have still occured sparsely but at least they have gradually improved and increased. I checked the exchange and found that visitor or (users ?) have to click on "Check out our BTC_CLAM charts" to view the chart. Would you mind adding and displaying the chart by default, in the space between the columns for Bid and Ask, please.

You said that we have 250 free satochies in the tap

Faucet amounts kind of fluctuate... I need to do a better job of staying on top of my Bitcointalk posts saying #'s.

ps / will there also be dividends on your platform? and if yes will there be a specific altcoin or will there be a partnership with dgb?

We have no plans to offer dividends or make partnerships with coins.  I'm not saying we wouldn't... it's just not in the plans atm.  We enjoy doing whatever we want and letting other people do what they want too... I imagine we will naturally meet up if it is meant to be!  Tongue

I'll create a thread on the Digibyte forums as well in the near future.

even though right this second my browser is sitting on the 'Please Wait' worm for the exchange.

Hmmm!  Perhaps try refreshing.  We are working on things and that possibly could have did it.

If the problem persists... let me know more details and such so we can make it happen on our end.

We don't have much coinage atm, but we will and do pay bug bounties as best we can.

Hi BAC,
May I give you a suggestion for xchange?

Think withdrawal fees are too high for some coins, noticed you already reduced withdrawal fees for Doge recently and said you will try to transactions to be confirmed by the next block, but 0.10 DGB, 1 or 2 Doges, and 10k sats for BTC is more than enough fees to be confirmed fast, the other coins think is OK.

What I would suggest is that members could choose high priority, medium priority and low priority  withdrawal, linke 5 Doges, 3 Doges, 1 Doge or 40k, 25k, 10k sats for BTC, respectively.

Thanks and good luck.

Hey my friend,

Sorry, I just saw this.  I meant to answer you earlier, but missed it.  I'll PM this to you.

The withdrawal fees are structured specifically by me.  I know there is room for improvement for sure.  However, the fees are currently structured to favor the CLAM market... we are trying to push our "free" traffic into these markets specifically on purpose atm.

If I was a gambling man... I would imagine with a little more time, we will be able to come up with a dynamic withdraw fee that customers pay exactly what the fee is for the # of blocks they wish to wait for their coins.

Thanks for your continued support as always buddy and I hope all is well!
1589  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: [Official] FreeBitcoins.com BitcoinTalk Directory on: January 04, 2020, 08:38:25 PM
Do you offer any special listing conditions for coins that lost their home when Cryptopia, Novaexchange and Coinexchange shut down?

We are open to ideas and coins for sure!  What coin were you thinking?

Right now we are learning XMR and DASH a little better.  We think our style of exchange favors coins with a hit of privacy to them.  However, I don't like doing customer support for XMR, so we are seeing what the options are.  The best option is just to get it running and working properly then not have any customer support questions.

Mazacoin is syncing up as well.  My old partner Kef did a bit with Mazacoin and another friend of ours like thems too.

I will send you my shipping address in a minute.

I just sent your stickers out the door!

I found that I was able to fold a bumper sticker PERFECTLY to fit in the envelopes I use... I'm really interested to see if it arrives alive to you!

P.S. I noticed that all Bitcoin faucets on your website are empty. Do you plan to fill them or find a donor?

Always!  We do the best we can to keep her full, but she's getting smashed these days and it runs out of coins.... not a whole lot we can do about that right now except keep trying to grow and do better.

I'm going to refill her in about 5-15 minutes hopefully!

Thank you very much and I hope you enjoy the stickers too!

Looking to buy Wallyworld giftcards @ 50% market price on preev.com.

No stolen or carded things or otherwise sketchy things, please.

Payment sent after I sweep the card (takes about 10 minutes).

This is a great way to turn your holiday partial used wallyworld cards into Bitcoins.
1594  Economy / Currency exchange / [WTS] $125,000 Iraq Dinar for USD @ spot price! (Free USA shipping) on: January 03, 2020, 05:49:53 PM
I have five $25,000 Iraq bills that I'm looking to sell for spot price. ($105.04 USD atm google says)

They come with an open safety bag from SafeDinar.com.  The bills are probably uncirculated because they aren't covered in sand or anything weird.

Free shipping USA, but will ship elsewhere.

(real bills you will receive)

These would be a great gift to give someone that's about to get shipped off over there!  (Or at least that's what I'd do, but I have a fucked up sense of humor)

BayAreaCoins, I must admit that your faucets are something different from what most people use today.

Thanks!  I enjoy different... it's likely why I've enjoyed Bitcoin for years.

Unlike micro wallets, you need to register here for an exchange or another site.

You know what they say:  "You're always registering somewhere!"  Even if you give a faucet your Bitcoin address only... it's still a style of registration.

I check your withdraw fees, and 40 000 satoshi for BTC is something that is not fit in faucet world - 400 claims only to cover withdraw fee?

Polofux, Paxful and others charge 50,000 Satoshi.  We are 20% cheaper to withdraw than them.  I'm still hoping we get better in the future.

Exchanges usually have healthy BTC fees for customers because customers want their Bitcoins to confirm on the very next block... as we saw in 2017, these Bitcoin fees can go CRAZY high.

Our exchange also has no minimum deposits... which is super convenient for faucet users but can be costly for the service.

400 claims only to cover withdraw fee?

Maybe if you want to withdraw Bitcoin on the blockchain, but the key is... don't withdraw Bitcoin!! Simple use your faucet BTC to purchase an altcoin such as DOGE.  You can withdraw using the blockchain using Dogecoin after hitting the Bitcoin faucet only 10 times (100 minutes wait) (1000 satoshi min trade requirement).  Doge withdraw fee is 5 DOGE (or 5 hits from the doge faucet).  I don't think any other website doing it that good.

I'm sure there are smarter combinations than that, but that's just for example. [CLAM withdraw is 0.001 CLAM, CLAM's current value is 0.000141, so that means 1 satoshi and 1/4 to put coins on the blockchain]

If you were the affiliate of that person, you would earn 50% of their trade fees while they converted to an easy to withdraw altcoin.

Correct me if something is wrong with my observations, but your site is actually exchange with the addition of faucets.

Our website is a faucet that is designed to teach people how to use cryptocurrency for free... a huge part of cryptocurrency is learning how to use an exchange, so we created one too.

We started in 2015 with a faucet that used the blockchain directly, but we found that we literally can kill coins like that, so we have evolved since then.

You sure can!

I just finished your envelope just now in fact!

I'm headed out the door to drop her in the mail box.

Two packaged going out this afternoon and I still have stamps to burn!  Please let me know if you'd like free stickers.  Specifically mention if you want a hat and the color if so as well, please!

OP i have question like where i can withdraw your coins if i try your faucets or direct to the wallets then of course you do this to promote something so can i ask what is that like example casino, dice site, trading site then more so i will try after you answer back to few question

Edit: Ok i will try to register then find answer in my own thanks

You can totally withdraw the coins to your own wallet.  There are no play requirements or trade requirements.  There are however fees for withdraw.  For examples, Xchange charges 25 DOGE atm, 0.001 CLAM or 0.0004 BTC... pick your poison! Tongue

However, you can totally withdraw where ever your sweet little heart desires!  Just be careful with your coins!
