Yes using the Nike logo is the violation of their trademark unless they have ties up with the Nike and for sure they have not done it. They would say that they have put colors in that logo so they are not copying the exact but still any body looking at it can tell what is that logo about.

I think instead of that OP you should have either created your own logo or used the B sign of Bitcoin to make it purely a bitcoin tshirt.

I think the major concern for any government is that it is not their space where they can regulate it 100% by themselves so it becomes difficult for them to regulate. Thus majorly due to this many countries do not want to take any risk which could lead to various scam or citizens of their country lose their money.

Some investment is good in BTC and others could be invested in major top 10 altcoin and some % should also be invested in the new ICO so that you can advantage of the price which is being offered at discount during ICO stages. This way you would stay invested in good coins and also in news coins as well.

Holding the btc and some relevant altcoins might really help you to grow your profits in your coming year. I think major factor that is driving today Btc in the world markets is due to its price . If its price would not be high as it is it would have not being covered in the all the news channel everywhere in the world . I think price plays the major role today to make where Bitcoin has reach today .

Ripple always had a huge potential to make it big . Till last month it was too much undervalued and consisting the back from top back this coin has received the coin will cross many dollars in coming time . I think people should feel bad when they lose small amount in starting itself so what will happen is that they would think 10 times before gambling. If they start feeling nothing when they lose smaller bets it is very much possible that they will continue gambling in longer time by placing smaller bet and mostly will lose out. It is gaining momentum and adoption is also increasing. and If Btc would have being the bubble than it would have not even stayed to 17k for so long and would have fallen very quickly and crashed till it reaches 0. It has not happened and may not happen also. Yes, there would be some correction happening due to which it may fall to some extent but does not mean it is bubble just because it has rose so much. It went till around 16k and now it’s back to 17700$. Just not sure what could have caused this drastic fall and then again it started rising quickly and at the end of the day may even cross 18k again. Just a good opportunity for the traders who had sold as it started falling and bought from low of 16k . A good quick gain in couple of hours would have easily being made. Just wondering how many would have done the panic selling in this fallen market.

Is this the confirmed news from the central banks side, since due to huge volatility their reserves in few mins may go up or down very quickly . First the futures got listed and now if it happens it will be a very big news .

I think ripple could have a good future beacuse it is now being back by various top banks . Also as the price is very low it is getting a lot of attention from investors and buying this coin seems to be a good option considering good return could be make for 2018.
