2017 has being one of the phenomenal years for the people who had stayed invested till the last. It has given some of the unexpected rise during the last couple of months in 2017. Though the start of Jan 2018 was good the market kept moving up but during the later half the market started to sin and back to 10k levels at present.
How do you predict the 2018 year to be for bitcoin. Will it rise back like 2017 and if yes than what could lead to those rise and if no than what factors could be accounted for the downfall?
Looks like bitcoin in this year is not as good as in 2017, and it seems that by the end of this year bitcoin value will increase around 15k - 17k. Do not get upset with the current situation as even in last year, only the last quarter did gave some amazing results if you see across the 2017 so still we have 7 months left for 2018 to get done. So do expect a lot of upside could happen in the coming months as well. |

Your level is too low! Even if some projects allow you to participate in the bounty, the final payment is relatively low! It is recommended that you upgrade levels while doing the task!

The Bitcoin has the huge price last December 2017 . And the price suddenly changed this year. Many members and especially those active traders have been disappointed with the sudden drop in bitcoin price. That's why people are often comparing the price of bitcoin last year.
We can not predict the price of Bitcoin this year. It's too early to say that the cryptomarkets are not in depths and gradually returns into the light. So i'm still waiting what is the good news happen in this year.

Yes I have believe that the price of bitcoin is now much better and the market is also better because there are not much rivals of bitcoin and now people are in the favor of bitcoin and they all now believe that the price of bitcoin will increase in the recent months so in this situation is is sure that sooner the price of bitcoin will irse to a high price. we all believe in that, only for now the price of bitcoin back down. I do not know what makes it down, but I feel that this will only happen temporarily. I just hope that the decline does not go down at $ 8000. It is only a temporary fall as few would be making profits and want to sell and get out of it in short term. Due to this people might do some panic selling and thus the fall is happening. But does not seem to be a worry as in next couple of days should be all good and we will see btc back rising. |

I think Gates simply got irritated with the responses to his earlier opinion. He used to be ok with it but earlier this year said that BTC is bad because it enables criminals with new ways to trade drugs and such. People criticized him for this opinion and I'm sure he read those comments and got even more salty that the world not only doesn't react or support him, but laughs. He's becoming a grumpy old man. If they do not find any value or the use their business can make it they would say such things. But yes btc could help Microsoft or blockchain technology as well like many other business are making use of it. But may be Microsoft would like to create a new thing or something of its own so would like to disrupt the btc first before they come up. |

I think you can see for yourself that your speculation did not come to fulfilment and i encourage you and everyone else to always be positive in your speculation so we will not end up with panic information about Bitcoin and crypto currency in general.

really lucky for u while u sold all urs at $20k me bought at $17k  and still holding until now This happens generally because people avoid buying in the falling market instead they buy at rising market. Thus if you keep following it, this is what happens hope so you had bought when market had being for 7k or near that so that you can average out the price and once it reaches 15k+ you are in good profit. |

I also want to add a little, set your target how much you want to get from one trade, do not be tempted by big profits, control your emotions, and play it safe.
If you cannot take huge risks then do the small trades and be happy with the profits you gain rather than thinking that you missed it had you bought or sold at that rate etc. Never think about it else you would never be happy with your trades and it will have a bad impact on your future trades too. |

It is possible that it could be an insider trading job just t attract more investors or traders to pump in money and so they can exit or just to increase the value of the coin the money is being pumped in and one day when they sell it the market will crash of this coin and it will not recover back. |

i can't even imagine crypto world without bitcoin , i dont think btc will stay as top 1 5-10 years later but world without bitcoin is not good
Crypto started with btc as it is the first coin and still the strongest among all the coin and infact in coming five years I see btc still regain its top position and for next couple of decades we will have the crypto currency to be their may be new coins may keep coming. |

Uh yeah I read that article it was awful! A supposed Wall St analyst is advising not to buy an asset when it is at its low, but instead saying you should wait to buy an asset when it starts getting high and is pumping. I mean yeah if you are just looking to make a bunch of money in the very short term then waiting until a bull run starts so you can make a profit in a couple weeks is good, but otherwise that is the worst advice ever. How did this guy become an analyst?!?! He's literally advising people to NOT buy low and sell high.
Always understand that the big investors in real market always buy when the price is fallen or already falling as the rise is always higher compared to low point rather than to start buying when btc is pumping. This is the mistake which many new people or even experience do it and then when it falls they keep cursing the btc or market. |

Competition between local currencies Vs crypto currencies are in peak now. Crypto currencies have occupied currency market causing local currencies enforce (banks) banning of crypto currencies. We can see number of investors have turned towards to bitcoin and other crypto currencies with large scale. Will there be a chance / time bitcoin and other crypto currencies rule over currency market and local currencies get disappear slowly in a decade or two?
If any government decides to use cryptocurrencies then obviously the local currencies get disappeared. But remember there is whole lot of monetary economics involved there and things are not easy as we do in crypto. It will never get disappear because everybody in the country does not understand crypto currency and cannot use mobile due to illiteracy etc. So cash will always be their but yes it may reduce a bit as people may use crypto payment more who knows how to do it and make use of this technology. |
