15861  Economy / Securities / Re: NASTYFANS iOS APP VERSION 2.0 IS AVAILABLE FOR DOWNLOAD! on: May 18, 2015, 11:29:15 PM
Just saw your post and figured out how to edit the "Today View" screen to include the NastyFans widget! Pretty sweet being able to see the current Bitcoin and Seat Price instantly with just one swipe. The Bitcoin price showed fine but the Seat Price displayed a tiny line of code. Still, great job on that and I love the couple core Bitcoin apps I have on my phone. Do you do the coding for the IOS app yourself? Just wondering, I have considered looking into writing code for apps for a while but don't know where I would even start as far as learning materials, guides, etc.

Yes, I'm aware of the line of code bug.  The script I am using to convert the text into an image displays correctly only sometimes for some currently unknown reason.  I hope to have some help with a more elegant solution in the future.

I do the coding for the app myself.  I had help with the original build, and have had help along the way from several individuals.  For example, most of the data is provided by nonnakip through the feeds you can find on http://dev.nastyfans.org.  There is also data being pulled from websites like blockchain.info, blockexplorer.com, bitcoinwisdom.com, as well as 3rd party scripts which have been provided by naypalm & arsenische.

I would say if you were interested in learning to write code, the place to start would be downloading xcode and doing a few google searches on iOS App guides.  Here's a good one involving Bitcoin and the Today View: http://www.raywenderlich.com/83809/ios-8-today-extension-tutorial

a BTC0.10 coin should sell for BTC2.10.

I have one that I will sell for that price if anyone is interested.
15863  Economy / Services / Re: Money Drop For The Homeless on: May 17, 2015, 10:50:10 PM
I'd like to stick with the theme of helping the homeless if possible.  I could send it to the MrDove team to help with their private efforts, but I don't like the lack of transparency there.  Anyone know of any Bitcoin accepting established food banks?
15864  Economy / Games and rounds / Re: SFARDS: “Speaking IMHO”- The Best Miner is…contest, 1 BTC for winner! on: May 17, 2015, 07:18:02 PM
What about a stick miner that is pre-configurable and self running?  Meaning, a stickminer that you can just plug into a PC and it will mine using built in software to an address that you already programmed into it.  All it needs is a computer with an internet connection.  Perfect for people who want to hide them in their work computers, or perhaps behind a library computer without having to install any software.

I offer BTC0.1 upon Alpha's confirmation the order has changed to a 50MH/s miner, no balance is due, and the shipping address has been changed.

15868  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Let's Buy a bank on: May 15, 2015, 06:03:43 PM
You do realize that it is not banks that print money, it is the government mints. Banks money come from investors putting it in there. That is why banks have gone under, if all the investors suddenly want their money the bank cannot supply it because it has already lent it out.
As I understand it, banks create money each time a loan is made.

I think you are confused between central banks and retail banks.

15871  Economy / Gambling / Re: [POLL] What would get you to play NastyKeno? on: May 14, 2015, 04:25:01 PM
As for the bolded part. I dont see any notifications nor the "manual release notifications" on the website though all I see was this

My bet for A-F is in this block, which is a winning bet https://blockchain.info/block-index/882143 but I havent got my winning yet although it is now 4 confirmations atm. Should have make the winning payout instantly as well if possible.

So you want me to add a notification that your prediction is pending manual release?  It does show pending, but perhaps the manual release part could be more clear until it can be automated.  Unfortunately at the moment, I still have to click send, which means 3am predictions might have a few hour turnaround.  I also don't receive notifications until the prediction has a few confirmations, so you should expect a little wait for payouts on instant predictions.
15872  Economy / Services / Re: Money Drop For The Homeless on: May 14, 2015, 04:19:11 PM
It looks like this effort has pretty much died.  The MrDove team has stated they have given up on a community funded charity drop and are going forward with their own private effort.  They urged me to find a public Bitcoin charity to donate these coins to.

Anyone have a good charity suggestion?
15873  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Which is profitable, Dice Site Investment Vs Cloud Mining? on: May 14, 2015, 07:48:05 AM
No matter which you choose, know that historically it has been proven the biggest risk is the operator stealing all the coins.
15874  Economy / Gambling / Re: [POLL] What would get you to play NastyKeno? on: May 14, 2015, 03:01:44 AM
Since the instant predictions aren't currently incentivized to play...
In addition to the 10:1 payout, I will give a FREE $10 iTUNES GIFT CARD to the first person who CORRECTLY PREDICTS a "1" with an instant prediction.

The instant prediction address for "1" is:
1Keno1kMsCD6D5fwd3sx6PvNqsfwds8NPg

You could send 0.01 BTC, get back 0.1 BTC and a $10 iTunes Gift Code!  Someone is going to win.  Let it be you!

*Please remember that you must send between 0.01-0.02 BTC to make a prediction.

Fish tank heater?  Would need wifi, but would be a cool little device nonetheless.

I gave both addresses a shot, pretty sure I won at A-F.

Predicted 1: 632e460ab8f9f6c9d5f2b0eb68df7435f595252017b93819bda6cc8a16232107

Predicted A-F: 6fdb8f6b01c4dcb52b3d30c5d0614bf1b20dd61d113fca9b65e9e370ecc4721e

The prediction is based on the last character of the block's hash that confirms the transaction.  Your A-F prediction hit block #356324 and the hash ended in 3.   Sad

Thanks for testing it though!  It makes me very happy to see that the notification worked as it was supposed to.  Someone win this $10 iTunes Gift Card!

A good place to start would be researching NastyFans.

What's the website so that it can be verified you are selling?  Are you open to using escrow?  Any pictures or details regarding the inventory?
15879  Economy / Games and rounds / Re: ◢◤ NastyKeno ◢◤ on: May 12, 2015, 09:20:01 PM
So it that just 1 50% return (for 'loosers') per person? Cause last time I did 2 TX's (I figure one was not within the first 10 which is why I only got .01 instead of .02 back.)

Just trying to make sure I'm clear on the promo!

And thank you again for doing this!

It is only 1 per account per week.  You made 2 predictions last week, but only 1 was eligible.
15880  Economy / Games and rounds / Re: SFARDS: “Speaking IMHO”- The Best Miner is…contest, 1 BTC for winner! on: May 12, 2015, 08:45:25 PM
actually, pool circulation generally runs 24/7. its the heating functions that can be turned on or off.

fact is that if the water isnt circulating, or the pool is warm enough, you will have to turn off the unit or dump the heat elsewhere when mining.

Not any pool I've ever owned.  My current one for example only runs 8 hours per day, during off-peak hours.  Ideal mining time.
