Why dont u just make it a daily drawing

I could guarantee that people will still not be playing if it is a daily drawing. Since most people like immediate result and that is why the majority likes dice sites (simple and fast).
If there is a chance that Ognasty could turn this into an immediate result based on the TX ID of the sender than there is a chance that it might attract some players

I think the minimum amount to play should be lower, maybe 0.001, a better design would be nice but not necessary, and like others have said, daily drawings, or immediate picks.

Your feedback has been heard and soon TheAnalogKid will be updating the website with some new features as well as extending his promotion.  The new promotion will be less generous (50% refunds for the first 15 incorrect predictions and instant predictions will be excluded from the promotion) but there will be an emphasis on continuing a sustainable promotion long term going forward.  There will also be an added instant predictions section.  You will be able to check and see whether you are a winner as soon as your prediction transaction is included in a block.  Payouts will happen multiple times daily to save on transaction fees.  There is also a new free games section for those of you who may feel the 0.01 BTC minimum prediction is too high and the Keno game alone isn't exciting enough.  Keep your eye out for this update later today and thanks to those of you who have played so far!  Keep the feedback coming.

Since he is working with this , perhaps it is best to record all transaction for the game instantly/ directly at the website without the need to post on prediction in the nastykeno thread. If the "posting predictions" is recorded in the site than the nastykeno thread could be move to gambling section since it is not a forum-based game anymore. Thus then the game will gain some attention from the gambler here

The "posting" of predictions is to keep users involved while the game gets traction.  While automating and displaying everything on the site is the goal, we thought it would be best to take baby steps there, so that there would be no wasted development on things that we don't want.  At some point it will move away from a forum game and into a more robust website, but I'd rather that happened after we worked out all of the kinks. 

The website update went live yesterday I believe.  I'd be curious to know how people felt about the free games and I haven't had a chance to test the instant predictions yet, so I would welcome anyone placing an instant prediction to make sure the notifications and manual release notification are working.  However, instant predictions will be exempt from the promotion of refunding predictions.

So, I have just been able to trust the "instant predictions" now. All I can say is it is much better than waiting the whole week just to know the result of course but still it is a bit hassle if I will need to verify this myself . Any plan of adding automatic verification as well? could be great addition for the game though.

perhaps it could be more specific like pending payout for address X . Since I was the only one playing and there is 1 pending 0.01 BTC , I could easily know that was mine but what if there are several people playing, it would be hard to distinguish it.

We haven't built any type of system to handle instant payouts.  It remains to be seen whether the demand exists to invest resources in developing that functionality.  Very few people have even tried the instant predictions as they exist currently.

Currently there are only two selection for the instant game while for the weekly game there are predictions address for the numbers as well. The house edge for the instant game seems like almost 50 % because the dissability to choose the numbers option

Mostly because it was a test to see if the lack of an instant result was what was keeping people on the sidelines.  It appears that the lack of an instant result is not what is deterring people, or it would see more action.  It is quite possible that instant bets will be discontinued if there remains little to no interest.  If there was an uptick in instant predictions, we would look at making them ALL instant predictions and thus giving the entire keno board prediction set.  Perhaps after more time it will slowly gain a following of players and more investment in development would be warranted.  I understand this is a bit backwards thinking, but this is a group organization project and not a gambling business focused on profits.  Hopefully over a long period of time, the user base and experience is greatly improved.
