Decided to pull my investment amount out, and HODL the rest of my coins, and Cryptopia just double sold my coins even though I clicked the sell button once, taking twice as many as I wanted to sell
you will be glad it did that trust me. Will DUMP hard......  Better off selling all of them and re buying after it dips. It could drop as low as .01 honestly. Probably more like .02-.03 but you never know. I agree. If most are still waiting on their ico coins, then you might have just had a "miracle"  |

For those holding don't worry about the price decrease as this is temporary. If anything buy the dip. For those like me waiting for the sh*t storm get ready because here it comes. Under 400 sats now and dropping.  |

Very few people have gotten access to coins which is why it hasn't dumped hard. Pre ICO people were buying at .003 so even .01 is a 200% gain. I will admit I pulled all mine out the first chance I got and sold 50% of them at .06. Sold half of what was left a few hours later for .085. I bought for .007 so its a huge return. Knowing it will most likely drop down to .01 -.02 range in the next day or two. If it doesn't well I'll ust have to live with only getting a 900% return on my investment  Has nothing to do with loyalty it has to do with business. We are all here to make money end of story. The risk of making very little money is great than the risk it might take off beyond current pricing. I am grateful half my coins got tied up for a couple more hours and price went back up considerably. People need to be more realistic. Anyone in their right mind would dump if they could get an instant 4X let alone an 8X or higher ........ Bird in the hand is worth two in the bush as they say. i do not care for the dump right now ,i get in ico.and bought 1700000 etn.i will not sell for a penney .i am aim for $10,let the dumpers cry one years later.
looks like ICO coins are starting to hit market ETN dropping below the sat support level into 450 sat territory I'm salivating over here just waiting for the dip. |

By the way I have been making frequent updates, either on facebook or BTCT since the re-launch countdown ended. Some of the issues are resolved, but the reason there has not been a dump, is because the ICO coins are still not making it to the exchange. The blockchain currently seems to be broken as it does not seem to be accepting hardly any transactions. This does not seem to be the fault of cryptopia after viewing the block explorer here https://blockexplorer.electroneum.com/ Looks like the majority of coins being traded are still mined coins. ICO users with coin access seems to be a rare exception currently. I would strongly consider this a second failed launch by the Electroneum dev team. My BTC transactions are slow, but don't even take this long, and show up on the the blockchain almost immediately even during high volume times. Cryptopia appeared to crash. Nothing has been moving for minutes now. Update. It's moving again. |

Now app, wallet and registration works, but there isn't the big dump that someone expected My first transaction was initiated about 8 hours ago, and is still pending....Please see my above post for additional issues currently being experienced with ETN, such as the mobile app telling me that the Wallet address to Cryptopia is too short....Not sure what is going on, but it seems that the relaunch is also a fail! From the looks of it it's probably intentional. If everyone got their coins there would be a sh*t storm of dumpers so this might be a good thing for those holding and not flipping. I was one of the first 15k investors in the ICO, I should at least be able to access my coins. I don't plan on dumping at this point, maybe pulling enough to cover my initial investment, but HODLing the rest. The only reason I want my coins off there web wallet, is so I know that I am in full control of them. The fact that I can scan the QR code from cryptopia, and enter the wallet address manually and get the same error that the wallet address is too short is concerning. That's a pretty big failure. Has anyone accessed their ICO coins? And actually transferred them from the website to a wallet? I have same problem as legion_miracle, I'm a day one investor and this is the most awful "launch" yet. I suspect we don't see the true dump because most ICO peeps are STILL locked out of their coins.
Wow that tells me a lot. So most people still have their ico coins which they got at $.01??? You would think there will be a massive sell off if this is true. |

What is your view around piracy and copyright infringement?
Considering there is money involved, I see potential risk unless the system has a way to tackle it.
We don't support it but we are only the client/protocol - therefore, we don't control what people will share. Any 2 peers can share any files and exchange UFR via the built-in smart contracts. There will be ways for the community and UFR holders to regulate some of the content in case any inappropriate or copyrighted material is seeded. How would you deal with pirated/prohibited content? Restrictions in some countries could make this illegal.
Pirated content is illegal in every country if I'm not mistaken but yet it still happens. Yes, some countries are more lenient than others but they will never stop file sharing. I know there are several countries where it's not illegal to download pirated content if it's for personal use only. I think like Spain, Switzerland and some other countries don't really care but I'm not 100% sure about that. Now incentivized file sharing with crypto would make things spread like a wildfire if marketed correctly that is why this is such a great idea. |

They have dropped the fee to .001 which is still high but MUCH better than .002.

Very promising. This is not a short term investment due to the pace at which the dev's are moving. But, when this is fully operational it could be huge next year. |

I can't believe eth just jump to $530 within few hours since last i check it, i thought the network is over clogged as a result cryptokittens-ish, i shoulda bought yesterdaywhen it was $475+  , very funny. Sentiment: I am strong believer in the technology of Ethereum.
I believe it will surpass Bitcoin in price just as Google smashed Altavista out of the water within a few years.
We are at the ground floor of a major revolution of how businesses trade and society functions.
It is going to open up possibilities and use cases people haven't even considered.
Relax - Ethereum will have its day.. it may be 2018.. maybe 2019 maybe 2020..
One thing is for sure though - it will be the dominant crypto in society as we know it.
So was I until a stupid cat game came along and showed a flaw. It still has not been fixed. Imagine if there were several of those stupid games. Doesn't look good is all I'm saying and it has to be fixed. I mean, it's not like EVERYONE didn't know this was an issue, even way before CryptoKitties launched. Scalability has been the #1 problem for blockchain for fucking years now. And I do mean blockchain, meaning Ethereum is by no means the only coin that is facing this problem. Of course it hasn't been "fixed" yet. It's not like some trivial bug that can just be patched. Fuck, we've seen the public war over scalability solutions in the Bitcoin space for over 3 years now. Does the general public (Ethereum community) not understand the issue? Literally all that is happening is an increase in network usage. When your network can't handle that increase, you get the kind of congestion that we see now. Still though, Ethereum is by far the fastest blockchain (in transactions/sec), and fees are still lower (generally) than say...Bitcoin. And, as we all know, scalability solutions have been under research and work since before Ethereum even launched. Latest news I saw was we should see Casper/sharding update in ~ a year. Yes, I agree. You would think with so many brilliant minds in crypto now this would have been resolved. Gas cost and transaction time has dropped significantly. So not sure if it's less people playing that stupid cat game or they are actually fixing the problem. Any update would be appreciated. |
